Let this stunning updated 2BR/2BA beach oasis be your next home-away-from-home in beautiful Flagler Beach. Perfectly situated on A1A just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and the buildings own private beach access.

This spacious 1121-square-foot 2-bedroom, 2-bath dog friendly condo ($150 pet fee) has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway.

The primary bedroom has a King-sized bed, updated bathroom with walk in shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser, as well as ample dresser & closet space, Smart TV and DVD player.

The second bedroom has both Queen and Twin sized beds, complete with new mattresses and linens, ample dresser & closet space, Smart TV & DVD player. It’s also equipped with a desk, computer monitor and printer, for the traveler who needs dedicated workspace. High speed internet is also included. The guest bathroom has a full-sized tub with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser.

The living room has its own queen-sized pull-out couch with memory foam mattress, Smart TV, DVD player plus DVD’s, and X-Box 360 plus games for the gamers in your family. Kitchen is well-equipped with Kitchen Aid and Samsung appliances, as well as toaster oven, regular and K-Cup coffee maker, oversized toaster. Dining room comfortably seats six at the table (also has an extra leaf). This units sixth floor west-facing balcony overlooks the Ocean Palm Golf Course and Halifax River for gorgeous sunsets every night.

The building amenities include large pool, tennis/pickle ball court, shuffleboard, gym, on-site same floor laundry, grilling area, private underground parking and ample parking outside the building. Walk out the amenities deck and across A1A to enjoy a private, tranquil, dog friendly beach where you won’t have issues with social distancing.

Only three miles from downtown Flagler Beach, this condo offers the best of both worlds. Enjoy the quiet tranquility of your own beach or the hustle and bustle of downtown Flagler, with its famous Pier. Great food and shopping are only a short drive away. Only 26 miles to Daytona Beach, 36 miles to downtown St. Augustine, and 72 miles to Orlando make day tripping from this condo easy to do.

Included in the unit – high speed internet, basic cable, coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, football, basketball, volleyball, frisbee, paddle ball, beachball, golf clubs (two righthanded sets), and ring door bell.

We really enjoyed our stay

The property is a bit older but you wouldn't know it at this rental. It is updated throughout and is very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. No loud neighbors and we had the beach pretty much to ourselves.

Great condo in Flagler Beach

Definitely the best equipped and outfitted VRBO we've stayed in, anywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this 6th floor condo with a great balcony from which you can enjoy the setting sun. This condo is especially spacious for a two-bedroom and offers everything you need for the perfect Flagler Beach getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at our stay at Flagler Beach. Great communication with owner (he even called during our stay to be sure we were ok after there had been tornados in our ares). Very well equipped condo. Even our dogs totally enjoyed their first vacation! We would stay there again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our time in Flagler Beach and the condo was definitely part of that. The space was perfect for our group. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was also nice. We enjoyed walking across the street to the beach and putting our feet in the ocean. The neighbors we met were all very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful place to stay

You can tell the property owner wanted to make sure their visitors stay was enjoyable. From the moment we entered the property we felt right at home. From the clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen to all the amenities in the kitchen(coffee pods, sugar, cream, etc) and bathrooms(body soap, shampoo, and conditioner) we were treated well. I highly recommend this property.

Our Speed Week Home

No regrets at choosing this very nice condo for our speed week stay. Short drive to the track without having to deal with all the traffic. Very comfortable for 4 adults, well appointed, needed nothing. Great location for everything beach., and loved the secure parking garage. Truly everything you need for your stay.

Chris was great to deal with. The place was clean, and well stocked. Chris let us know that the pool was going to be closed during our stay due to cleaning, renovations. We would consider staying at the condo again in the future.

If you're looking for a relaxing getaway this is your place. Located in quaint Flagler Beach which is a complete throw back to the Florida beach towns from the 50's & 60's. Just about all the businesses are small mom and pops, other than a 7-11 there are no corporate chains beach side at all. Great food, sight seeing, and relaxing can be had in this super cute, pet friendly beach town.

The beach and most of the restaurants are all pet friendly.
The city is filled with a ton of great small businesses, the only corporate chain that is beach side is the 7-11.
