Tequila Sunrise est situé au centre de l'ßle avec une vue sur l'océan et intracoastal depuis les ponts incroyables. La maison est située sur une route à circulation lente avec une piste cyclable désignée et se trouve à seulement 15 minutes à pied des attractions, des bars et des restaurants ici sur l'ßle. Il est à seulement deux minutes à pied de la piscine et du club-club Ocean Front, qui propose un parking pour voiturette de golf si vous choisissez de louer une voiturette de golf pendant votre séjour.

En plus des belles terrasses et vues extĂ©rieures, vous profiterez d'une piscine privĂ©e de 14 'x 26' avec un bar Tiki qui abrite une tĂ©lĂ©vision extĂ©rieure et de la musique. Pendant les mois les plus frais, la piscine peut ĂȘtre chauffĂ©e pour 100 $ de plus par jour. Veuillez vous renseigner lors de la rĂ©servation si vous souhaitez que la piscine soit chauffĂ©e.

Back again

This was the 3rd summer we've stayed in Tequila Sunrise. Location is perfect. House meets all of our needs for my kids and grandkids. Quick drive to store . Recommend renting a golf cart for more enjoyment and flexibility exploring the island.

House was amazing! Close access to beach. Easy walking distance to ocean with toddlers!

The house is new and has limited kitchen cooking ware but we managed. Kitchen table was amazing and seated our entire family. The tiki bar with outdoor TV and sound system was used daily as well as the pool! We even decided to take our family picture at the bar. We would love to return again next year!

Wonderful property

We enjoyed our first trip to Ocean Isle very much. We own an oceanfront property in Hilton Head that will no longer hold our growing family of 15 with grandchildren. So decided to try another beach. We loved the area but the house was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us and I must say one reason I chose this house was the wonderful kitchen table! I was right as it served us well for family dinners and family games. The pool was used for many hours daily and the easy access to the beach was perfect. Needless to say it is a wonderful property and I would highly recommend it!

Wedding Weekend

Tequilla Sunrise was perfect for my daughter's intimate wedding weekend. It was more than large enough for our immediate family/friends who were staying with us. But it was also large enough to invite the groom's family/friends over after the wedding/reception. The dining table was perfect for games and the pool table kept others entertained at the same time. The huge kitchen island was great to lay out breakfast, snacks, drinks, etc. The outside pool/tiki bar area was great as well. It was a wonderful place to gather and celebrate the happy occasion. Thank you!!

Tequila Sunrise

Great location and proximity to the beach. Loved the pool area and the surrounding palm trees. Pool well maintained and lots of chairs provide a great lounging area! Linens in some of the bedrooms required washing prior to use but overall the house was clean and well maintained. We would love to return for our next family reunion.

Disappointed and stressful

We have rented homes at the beach in N.C. for years and this was by far our worst experience. I never received the prestay info so we had no code to get in the house. I tried in vain to reach someone at the realty company and the contact person, Allie, on the HomeAway site. Finally my daughter was able to get a number and that person connected us to the owner, Wanda, who was very apologetic and gave us the entry code. Allie finally got back to me at 3:45 on SUNDAY wondering if I got the code. Hmmm, don’t know where we would have slept Sat night if I hadn’t. The house was very dirty and lots of bugs. The furniture is filthy and there was dirt and crumbs under the area rugs. The towels were dirty with long black hair on them. Only one pillow on each bed had a pillow case on it. We did not have enough hand towels and we had no dish towels. Trying to get in touch with Sabrina, the operations manager for Stellar Realty, took 24 hours. When she did get back to us, all the issues weren’t addressed. Nothing was done about the cleanliness or the bugs. We could sit and watch the bugs crawl out of the shower drain in the second floor bath. The decks were alive with them at night. Our golf cart wouldn’t charge. Sabrina did see that we got a new one, but never communicated that she got the message and was taking care of it. This is a lovely home and it is a real shame that it is not being taken care of. Wanda is certainly not getting her money’s worth from the management company. I realize it is the end of the summer, but if I have to pay the same as those at the beginning of the high season, then I should expect the house to look like it did then. On a positive note, the pool is very nice and our small grandchildren enjoyed it very much. The area around the pool and the Tiki Bar were disgustingly dirty. The outdoor shower was horrible and rusty water was what came out of the shower head. This was told to Sabrina but never addressed while we were there. We enjoyed our week with our family, but the house is one we won’t be returning to.

Family Vacation July 2019

Tequila Sunrise was an impressive property. Family of13 stayed with room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the pool with all the games- water volleyball, floats. Ring toss and cornhole were there to play. The pool table was a big hit! Beach chairs, umbrellas and carts were all available to haul to the beach. Stellar Beach Rentals was amazing. Needed missing towels and linens, they were supplied immediately. There was a problem with the gas grill— they came out that day, inspected it and within 2 hours a new grill was delivered. Dealing with this Company was easy- great communication, and service to the customer. We had a great time and will rent again in Ocean Isle Beach ,with Stellar Beach Rentals.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Although we only had a short time at Tequila Sunrise we enjoyed it very much! The house was in superb condition and the location was ideal (only a short walk to the beach). When we weren't at the beach we had a blast laying by the pool! Overall a great time :)

Gorgeous beach house

You won’t regret staying at tequila sunrise. Pictures do not do this property justice. views of the crashing waves, awesome property. Just steps from the ocean or walk out back to your private pool oasis. My family looks forward to staying here again.

Brief, but wonderful vacation!

This is the third summer we have stayed at Tequila Sunrise and we're getting ready to book for 2019. Because of the hurricane, there was a mandatory evacuation. We expected this and "crammed" as much activity as possible. The eight adults and five children split time between the beach and our private pool and loved every minute of our three day abbreviated stay. Emma called us Monday and informed us of the evacuation Tuesday. Emma has issued a prorated refund of our four days remaining. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool after dark with the colored lights in the pool. There were also beach toys and beach chairs at our disposal. A great time was had by all and we look forward to returning next September, without a hurricane!

Beautiful Property, Great Pool, Wonderful Location

We were impressed with the entire place. To sum it up - the kitchen is fantastic, the bedrooms are nice with comfy beds, the pool table plays nicely, the swimming pool and pool area are perfect for lounging, swimming and relaxing, the crows nest was a beautiful place to see the sunset or sunrise, short easy walk to the clubhouse beach access location, and all the decks made it easy to enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor fun. The property managers were nothing but pleasant, not to mention easy to get in touch with and accommodating. I recommend this home to any and all!

Great!!!!!!

Family members from out of state stayed in this wonderful home for a week. We live locally, but spent our days and night gathering. So many things to love - proximity to the beach, plenty of parking, open living area, pool table...and, must mention the outdoor pool and area around it. Plenty of space for young and old to enjoy. If we ever need to rent on OIB again, we would not hesitate to rent this house. Only one little thing - Perhaps someone could make a checklist of kitchen items that could be added - we found beaters, but no body for mixer...and perhaps another large pot for pasta, etc.

Accommodating, convenient, comfortable

Our party of 13 had plenty of room. The beds are very comfortable and each has a bath, biggie for us. The many decks and porches were enjoyed for evening conversation. We enjoyed the tiki bar and large salt water pool. We could either all be together in one room or separate for individual enjoyment. The kids loved the pool table. Look forward to a return trip.

Great house for a large family

We had 8 adults and 7 children in the house last week and we had plenty of room. It was a short walk and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the pool, the Tiki bar and the front porches. The pool table was a nice touch. Kitchen was large and well equipped. There was enough room around the table for everyone to eat together. We had a wonderful week, great memories. Would highly recommend.

Loved it so much, came back again this year!

Perfect location! Just a short walk to the beach....2-3 minutes. We rent a golf cart which takes us everywhere we need to go on the island...beach areas, shopping, beer runs, ice cream, sound side, extra events, and the pier. The one and only downside....wish there was a daily fresh produce stand. Grocery store is 5 minutes away but veggies expensive. My family of 14 loves this house and the island! The elevator comes in very handy when returning from the store. The outdoor TV and tiki bar is where we hang out if not at the beach. Occasionally it rains and the pool table is our entertainment. We highly recommend this property....2 years in a row we've stayed and hope to come back!

Lovely home close to beach

The house was great but there was minor issues which we was made known of during the stay. I recommend it to a family looking for a peaceful get away also it like 7 min walk to fishing Pier. 2 on the island as well.

Great house!

We really enjoyed our girls weekend at Tequila Sunrise! The house was beautiful! It was very spacious and roomy. The owners were great as well! We would come back again!
