Our family trip to the beach was such a restful and delightful experience having this beautiful rental property as our homebase. There were nine of us and the house was more than spacious for that many people. John was very pleasant and accommodating to work with. We all give it a big thumbs up!

Everything in the house was first class and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers! The beds are all comfy, and the girls loved the queen-sized bunk beds with reading lights. We loved the pool and opted to have it heated. There were no pool toys, beach toys, or beach chairs available for guests, but plenty of seating in the house and on the decks. We walked to Pelican’s Perch for dinner one night and let the younger children play in the park afterward. We saw lots of dolphins and pretty sunsets during our stay. We would love to stay here again.

This house is the BEST of the BEST! Our family had a wonderful week here May 2026. We found it immaculate upon arrival. Beds and pillows were comfortable, air was cold, 2 refrigerators (plus another small one upstairs,) and 2 dishwashers came in handy, and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy each other. The table seats 12, and the bar seats 8 more. There are several additional tables with chairs outside. The outdoor chairs on decks and around the pool are plentiful and in top shape. There are 2 bedrooms on main level with 2 queen beds each. Upstairs is an additional living room, 1 king bedroom, one with 2 queens, and another with 4 queens. Every bedroom has a private bath, and there is an additional half bath on the main level. The ELEVATOR really came in handy for groceries and luggage. We also loved having a keypad for entry, and not having to keep up with keys. Look no further. This is the beach house you’ve been searching for!

Just got back from a great stay at this house with a large multi-family group. First time for many of us staying in Ocean Isle and John the host was extremely helpful is guiding us through logistics, locations of amenities, recommended vendors for rentals in the area etc. Sent him way too many emails over the course of the last year and he was extremely gracious in responding to each. As far as of the house goes - fantastic location literally steps from the beach and close to town/creek for fishing/crabbing as well. We walked into town with little kids/tired legs multiple times to access food/ice cream/park, etc. Adults were able to go for walks at night as well. Access to the community clubhouse for a semi-private pool and bathrooms during beach stays was great and very convenient with kids. In the house, the side by side refrigerators in the kitchen were necessary for our group and huge help for the week. Perfect for a big group and esp. with varying ages to help cover everyone's preferences. Similarly, the 2 dishwashers helped keep the kitchen organized/clean for a big group. Having separate living spaces on the 2 main floors and bedrooms split amongst them also was a huge factor in us choosing this house and indeed were a huge hit.Otherwise, house amenities were all as described; house was left in great shape cleanliness-wise and everything in working order. Highly highly recommend!!

Really pleasant stay.

All the 9 golfers enjoyed the condo facilities, the view from the balcony and the proximity of the beach. We will definitively recommend this place to our friends (golfers or not).
