We had a group of 21 for a golf trip and we stayed in 2 houses that were across the street. These houses were fantastic. Great location, well kept, and great communication. This is the first time that I've had to rent sheets & towels, although it worked out great. We don't usually go back to the same location twice, although everyone liked the whole weekend so much we plan to run it back in a few years!

Great place!!

We loved the house, and it accommodated our family well. Just a couple of negatives were that bath mats didn’t look clean, and vacuum cleaner didn’t work. Otherwise, everything was great! Loved having a pool!

Wonderful Vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation - our teens enjoyed the pool and access to an ocean front pool. House was well equipped with everything we needed. We had penty of space for everyone. My only recommendation would be to bring sheets that has deep cups. The mattresses are very comfortable and thick.

Our favorite place to stay!

We host our annual girls trip here each year in May. Girls from 5 different states coming together and need a place to catch up and relax. There is plenty of room for everyone to be together or to spread out. We love this house and appreciate Mr. John always being super responsive and so helpful!

Fantastic House for a Big Group!

We rent a lot of houses on OIB and this is one of the best. The owner was very communicative and great to work with, and the house was even better than we expected. Every little detail (labels on light switches, kitchen organization, house/OIB info, etc) was so well-thought-out. The house sleeps 22 and actually had enough of everything for that number (2 refrigerators, 2 dish washers, plenty of space, etc.). We loved it and we will definitely rent this house again!

Church Ladies' Retreat

This house is a great house for large groups! Much thought has been given to hosting large groups - two refrigerators, two dishwashers, queen-size bunk beds. Location is great - very short walk to the beach. Our group loved staying here and would definitely rent again. The owner is very easy to work with.

Retreat

The house is beautiful and in a great location. Quiet street with friendly neighbors, quick walk to the clubhouse/beach. House is roomy, clean, good sized pool, great outside spaces. John was a dream owner to work with, quickly responded when we had questions. He went above and beyond and we can’t recommend this house enough!

A Perfect Week

We just finished our second stay at Vitamin Sea and it was just as amazing as our first stay. This house truly has everything needed for a family vacation. We had 6 adults and four little girls, in all we ranged in age from less than a year to 73 years old. There are great spaces for everyone to enjoy their interests including a really nice pool and bbq area. The elevator is such a huge plus as is access to the beach front clubhouse. The proximity is just perfect-one row back, which keeps the house away from road nose but a quick 5 minute walk from he house to the sand. John is a wonderful host, responsive and gracious. Thank you, John, I sincerely hope we are able to make this a tradition!

Annual Ladies Beach Trip

We were a group of 8 women who have been coming to the beach together for over 15 years. This was our first year in this home. The location was wonderful and a quick walk to the beach. We very much liked being able to go through the beach club entrance and use the restrooms. Having 2 refrigerators side by side in the kitchen along with 2 dishwashers was wonderful. Wish more beach house rentals had that. We also enjoyed having 2 separate living spaces. Would recommend this home.

Amazing Property

This rental was by far one of the best we have ever booked. The home is beautiful inside and out. The elevator was a huge bonus with my mother who is in a wheelchair, the older family members who came and for the five toddlers. The pool area was nice and just the right size. Having access to the beach club right across the street was perfect for getting over to the beach and then swimming in the clubhouse pool if the kids needed a break. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this rental!!
