Notre condo est parfaitement situé sur le coin ouest au-dessus de tous les complexes à côté avec une vue imprenable, 14e étage donnant directement sur la rivière Lazy à Phoenix Orange Beach avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1 980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!



Les commodités sont nombreuses dans ce condo Phoenix Orange Beach: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon, de 55 pouces dans le maître et de téléviseurs intelligents de 43 pouces dans les 2e, 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans la chambre principale et la 2ème chambre et deux lits Queen dans les 3ème et 4ème chambres plus un canapé-lit dans le salon pour dormir jusqu'à 14 personnes.



Il y a une impressionnante piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan qui se connecte à une rivière paresseuse, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux grands jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis au 10ème étage.

There is not enough words to describe the view. It was awesome and it also has a lazy river and several pools. Awesome all around. One thing I would add is a make up mirror on the side of the linen closet in the master.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at this condo in Orange Beach and overall had a really nice experience. The location is beautiful and very convenient, with a neighborhood market, grocery stores, and a few walkable spots nearby. Even though the area can get busy, crosswalks felt safe and getting in and out of the property was simple and stress-free.The condo worked well for our group of nine. The space and layout were comfortable, the rooms were a good size, and the beds were mostly comfortable. We especially enjoyed the balcony and used it often throughout our stay.Check-in was easy with keypad entry, which made coming and going very convenient. The removable wristbands were also a great feature, and on-site security helped us feel safe without being inconvenient.There are a few areas that could be improved. The indoor furniture is outdated, worn, and not very comfortable. The dining table was large but had a sticky surface that made it unusable. The kitchen could also be better stocked for larger groups, as there was only one frying pan, which made cooking difficult.Cleanliness could be improved overall. While a broom and vacuum were provided, there was no mop or Swiffer option, which made it hard to clean up sand and spills. The vacuum also had a strong odor when used. The elevators were clean but had an overpowering cleaning smell that caused headaches.The pool area was nice, though it would have been better if it were heated during our stay.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return. The location, security, and space made it an enjoyable trip. A few updates and improvements would go a long way, but it was still a place we were happy with and would stay at again.

Only 1 negative critique - cushions on lounge chairs and coach are getting old. Recommend replacement. When adults sit down they sink down to the springs and support bars. Cushions are not that expensive to replace. One of the wooden leg chairs one leg is loose and almost ready to come off. Don't recommend sitting on it till fixed. Rest of the condo and amenities were quite nice.

Our group enjoyed our stay at this condo. Unit was clean and views were awesome. Plenty of room for our group of 9. Keurig needs replaced and is not functional, water pressure in showers was also noticeably low. Could use more starter toilet paper and trash bags but listing was accurate for these items. We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!!!!

The 4 bedroom 3 bath was just right for our 6 adults and 3 children. The condo had lots of room and a large balcony looking down at the gulf. It had the furnishings that you would need to cook and enjoy your meal on a large dining table. The only appliance missing was a toaster. Great condo.

Spring Break 2025

We had a great time in Orange Beacb. This condo fit our family of 10 perfectly. The view is incredible. The building has great amenities. The beds were super comfortable. Overall, this unit was good however it could use some TLC. Missing a few kitchen items such as a toaster, the living room furniture could use some upholstery cleaning and the dining room absolutely needs to be refinished. We saw the reviews about the “sticky” feeling of the dining room table so we weren’t surprised.

The view was very nice and the condo is beautiful inside.Only problemIs the unit was very dirty and the toilets didn’t flush until my fiance put the chains back on.The furniture is stained badly and the pull out couch was filthy.Really nice unit just need some cleaning done.

Great Condo, Beautiful View, Right on Beach

We chose this condo for its size. There was a lot of room for the 12 of us. It is right on the beach and the views are amazing! The condo and building were very clean-inside and out. We emailed about a clogged shower and maintenance was there in less than 30 minutes and finished quickly. The only thing that could have been better is more skillets & pots for cooking. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!
