La cuisine bien approvisionnée comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la préparation des repas et le stockage des aliments. Notre condo est à distance de marche de l'accÚs à la plage, des magasins de plage, des boutiques, des restaurants, des restaurants et de l'épicerie. Deux places de parking couvertes sont prévues. Great location!

Condo was spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and we made good use of the beach cart included with the condo. Also easy walk to restaurants and shops.

Great location, and floorplan

This condo was great for our family beach trip. It was a short walk to the beach access & pool area. The 3 bedroom with open living room & kitchen area was a good fit for us. Bring your Roku or Firestick if you plan to stream anything.

What a perfect long weekend!!The host is so easy to communicate. The location allowed the teens to have solo walks to the beach and to get ice cream. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds are comfy and the house was amazingly clean. 10/10 all around!

Best Kept Secret of Oak Island

Wonderful Location!

My family had a wonderful long weekend trip to the condo. The sleep setup was perfect for our family of five. Everything was well stocked and communication with owner was easy. The location was great! Quick walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants on Oak Island.

Excellent vacation spot!

We had a fantastic time! This property was clean, well stocked and roomy. There were five of us. It was a short walk to the beach, Food Lion and an ice cream/ arcade as well as other places. The pool was great, big with lots of chairs! We would definitely stay again!

Convenient clean and nice

Mary was great - good communication, clear instructions, very friendly. Our place was clean and fully equipped with a view of the ocean and across the street from a good breakfast place. Love the electronic keypad, beach chairs, and easy walk to a perfect beach.

Close to the beach and restaurants

Condo was very clean, warm and welcoming, just as described. Beds were not the most comfortable (firm) but that’s a personal preference. The kitchen very well stocked. Property manager/owner was great, answered all questions asked and was readily available. The location can't be beat, views of the ocean, within walking distance of the beach, wonderful restaurants, shops and grocery store. We enjoyed our stay!

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Owner provided many basics such as soap, dw tablets, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Owner provided access to cart to wheel items to the beach.

Convenient Beach Access

We stayed for a week during 4th of July holiday. Things were hot & busy as expected, but beach access was only 3-5 min walk. Owner provides a beach cart which is helpful to take chairs etc. with you to beach. She responded quickly to our questions. Property had plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and one small child.

Great location and property

Very clean and well equipped property. Wonderful amenities and extras provided . Enjoyed the week. Nice and close to the beach and the pool was a plus. Only comment was that the beds are very high, making it difficult to get into for for shorter individuals. We ended up buying a stool - probably depends on your age and agility! Not a deal breaker, just would have taken a stool with us had we known. Mattresses were very firm.

Great vacation

This was the our first time to Oak Island and it was a great "ocean" vacation. The condo was very nice. Short walk to the beach. Convenient to grocery store. My only suggestion would be to have a phone number for building maintenance. The elevator that was very convenient to the condo was not working the whole time and this condo is on the third floor. Could not find a number to report this.

Mislead by Ad. Showed a swimming pool but did not disclose pool is seasonal. Had I known, this would have been a deal breaker. Upholstered furniture worn out & need s to be upgraded. Refrigerator not fully functional.. First time use of VRBO and will be very wary of using again.

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and spacious. It easily accommodated my husband and I. My daughter and her husband and their 2 children. It was only 1 block from the beach and restaurants. You could even see the ocean from the balcony

Very comfortable accommodation & great location

The owner thought of our every need. Starter supplies of soaps, tissues, detergent, coffee, filters was so nice. The condo is located close to restaurants, shops and, most importantly, the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for our long weekend

The condo was on the third floor but easily accessible by the elevator which is immediately next to the parking space under the building. The covered parking was awesome as the temp was in the 90's and the proximity to the elevator made it very easy for my elderly mother. It was a one block walk/drive to the beach. We drove because of my mother. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.. Would love to go back for another long weekend with my husband soon.

Oak Island Vacation

7301 is an excellent property and location. The condo was well stocked with everything as indicated, and we needed to ad very little. Perfect for 4-6, although we were just a family of 4. Beach was a short walk and never crowded. Pool every afternoon late, just to wind down. Highly recommend this unit. Go see the lighthouse and then see how fast you can build the lighthouse puzzle!! Be patient when going out to eat, as all the restaurants are short staffed. food was always good!

We have lived full-time on the island since 2015 after purchasing a second home in 2013. This is a great spot for vacationers, second-home owners or full-time residents. We enjoy the small beach town feel and find things to do all year long including festivals, events, parades and concerts. Our favorite past times are walking and shelling on the beach, pickleball, kayaking in the Davis Canal and riding our bikes along Yacht Drive.

We love the location of Ocean Walk with its proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants! The units are spacious, and the elevators are a huge help with luggage and groceries. Our pool is large with nice seating and tables.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Ocean Walk is convenient to shops, restaurants and groceries. Not to mention the short walk to the beach. Even though it's so convenient to everything, it is still quiet and peaceful. There are distant ocean views from this particular Ocean Walk unit. The spaciousness of the unit, outdoor balcony, elevator and pool sold us on this property.
