Casita BEACHFRONT incroyable.

Nous offrons une belle casita BEACHFRONT à Penca Beach, une petite plage de sable blanc magique et secrète à seulement 25 minutes de Tamarindo. Cette plage primée est reconnue comme l'une des plus belles plages du pays.

La casita est située dans une propriété de 1 acre en bord de mer magnifiquement aménagée avec des palmiers et des almendro. La brise de l'océan arrive jusqu'à la maison, qui n'est qu'à 10 pieds de la plage. De grandes portes coulissantes relient le studio à la terrasse et à la plage.

La plage de Penca est située dans une baie calme, juste en face de l'île de Chocoyas, où vous pourrez profiter du kayak, du stand-up paddle et de la plongée en apnée dans des eaux calmes et vitreuses. Vraiment unique pour profiter de l'intimité, se connecter avec la nature et trouver l'équilibre.

Cette grande casita lumineuse et confortable est entièrement équipée: cuisine, réfrigérateur, A / C, Internet et eau chaude. La propriété est fréquentée par un couple local qui assure des services de sécurité et de nettoyage 24h / 24.

Depuis notre grande terrasse, vous pourrez admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil, prendre le petit-déjeuner ou profiter de la vue sur la mer de jour comme de nuit. La terrasse est ornée d'une belle fontaine de style espagnol.

La plage de Penca a obtenu 8 années consécutives le prix de la «plage du drapeau bleu», une reconnaissance accordée aux plages les plus propres du Costa Rica. Accessible à toute voiture. Route pavée jusqu'à 1 mille avant la plage. La ville la plus proche est Potrero, située également à 1,6 km de la propriété, c'est une belle petite ville de Guanacaste avec des épiceries, des restaurants, des cantines et 1 petite église.

Les bons restaurants ne manquent pas dans la région, avec Flamingo et Catalinas à seulement 10 minutes en voiture. D'autres plages incroyables dans la région incluent Conchal, Prieta, Sugar Beach ou Danta. Tous les paradis tranquilles de sable blanc pour se connecter avec la nature.

La Penca was everything we hoped it would be and more. Beautiful property, amazing beach and so close to great food and fun! Digna and Omar were amazing hosts and so very helpful. We will definitely be back again.

The beach location is absolutely stunning!! You can’t get any better or closer to the beach. The beach area had very few people around. The accommodation had everything we needed and it was by far our favourite place and beach spot.

Absolutely loved staying here. The most relaxing trip I’ve ever had. If you want to walk out the door and spend the day on a quiet beach, this is the place. Short walk to groceries and restaurants. Did not explore the other beaches along the coast because there was no reason to leave. I was able to get private transport to come right to the house for drop off and pick up.

Digna and Omar were very welcoming and helpful if needed. The studio was exactly as advertised, very clean. What an amazing spot, right on a beautiful beach! The mornings were so peaceful and quiet there, you had the beach to yourself most mornings.

The studio was stylish and very clean, and just as it appears in the pictures. Digna and Omar are lovely unobtrusive caretakers. The views and steps-to-the-beach access are unmatched. We arrived, parked our car behind the pretty white gate in the yard, and we didn’t move it for 4days. We could get everything we wanted just a few blocks away: casual delicious cafes, fruit stand, market. It was heaven.

The room is right on the beach with a postcard perfect view. Patio has a bar facing the water for morning coffee and sunset viewing. Private cabana with comfy lounge chairs were great for napping, reading, hanging out. Bed was solid and very comfortable. Hosts are friendly and attentive.Of course there are some ants, this a a tropical beach. And getting there has some challenges, recommend a small 4x4. And this is not a hotel or a brand new building, so don’t expect that. Do expect to sleep well hearing waves lap at the shore, and to be blown away by the beauty.

Steps from the beach this property has the potential to be amazing. Some noticeable draw backs were- fire ants coming up through the shower drain ( the care takers responded to the issue immediately). The AC remote needs replacing (the screen was broken so you could not adjust anything), as well as maintenance on the AC. Our biggest complaint with our stay was unfortunately due to the door being too small for the frame the Jejenes or no-see-ums were able to get into the room, It made it hard to sleep at night. We would wake up everyday with bug bites every day.The end tables are beginning to come off of the wall. Fix those things and this place could be spectacular! This location does have one of the best beaches right outside your door, so even with the issues it was a beautiful location.

The property was delightful and our late arrival still was warmly welco ed by the manager and her husband. We felt safe to walk the beach and surrounding streets which have some great little eating places. This place was the perfect end to our stay in Costa Rica.

Stunning, breathtaking, one of a kind! Literally steps from the water at high tide and a couple of more steps at low tide. The "road" separating the private patio from the sand is just part of the beach people drive on. The room was utterly sand free and clean when we arrived (I have no clue how they got this place so clean). A warm welcome to grab the keys and help us park (after dark) was super after a LONG day of travel. Great communication. High ceilings, essential cooking items & the closest you can possibly be to the ocean!All photos included were taken from the private patio.

This was better than described- such a gem to stay here! Beach was amazing and seen lots of fish snorkelling.Was our favourite place out of our whole trip! We plan to stay here next time we come down.

Wow. Never had a harder time leaving somewhere. Never been closer to the beach - and felt it was our own personal beach. Soft sand, waves crashing, and never saw more than a dozen people - hidden gem! Digna / Omar were fantastic, communication was on point, and very hospitable. Location seemed a bit sketchy driving through but learned was not an issue and super safe. Isolated enough to be quiet, 10 mins from shops, cafes, restaurants, 40 to Tamarindo.Hidden gem! Cant wait to stay here again!

Amazing stay!

This property was beautiful. Close enough to walk to things but far enough away to feel secluded. Loved waking up and sitting on the beach drinking coffee. Hammocks during the afternoon thunderstorms were fun. This was an incredible space for our anniversary/birthday trip.

Absolutely Epic

The pictures of this place don’t do it justice at all, not to mention the hospitality. As far as I’m concerned, we won’t stay anywhere else next time we are in CR on this side of the country. Hands down the best place to stay on a beach in the world.

Amazing stay

What a gorgeous beach and area! So quiet compared with flamingo beach. You can’t beet that view from the room, kitchen and shower! Best sunsets ever. Soft sand beach swimmable.

Beach was not crowded which is what we wanted. Sodas were a great place to enjoy the local cuisine. Must do dinner at Sentido Norte - food and service was outstanding.
