Bienvenue à Pacific Beach Condo 11, votre chez vous lors de vacances réussies dans le Costa Rica ensoleillé et passionnant. Ce condo d'une chambre à coucher rend facile pour un couple de voyager et de profiter d'une fantastique escapade face à l'océan ou d'une fabuleuse lune de miel à Playa Potrero. Le condo a un lit king size, une salle de bain et deux télévisions à écran plat pour votre plus grand plaisir. Depuis ce confortable appartement, vous profiterez de la vue fabuleuse sur l’océan des îles Catalina, de la marina Flamingo et de la baie de Potrero et admirez les magnifiques couchers de soleil assis sur le balcon avec vue sur l’océan. Une grande cuisine à concept ouvert avec des comptoirs en granit et une salle à manger constitue un endroit idéal pour dîner, ou vous pouvez choisir de dîner sur le balcon. Situé directement sur la plage, vous pourrez vous réveiller avec des singes hurleurs faisant la ronde matinale et vous rendre à l’un des six restaurants de plage servant des plats locaux du Costa Rica et internationaux. Un marché de fruits et des épiceries sont facilement accessibles à pied. À proximité, profitez de la bonne musique et de la vie nocturne, du yoga sous la palapa au son de l’océan, des massages sur la plage, de la pêche sportive, des croisières au coucher du soleil, etc. L'aéroport international de Liberia est facilement accessible en une heure de route depuis le condo. Relaxing stay with a great view

Overall, I had a great time for one night as a solo woman traveler with a little dog. We enjoyed the property, the pool and the peace. David was available to answer any concerns and I would book again.

Great property. Has been updated so pics on website aren’t current. Right on the beach and the saltwater pool is nice as well. Can easily walk to several restaurants on the beach.

This place has it all!

Beautiful, clean condo with everything you need for your stay. Right on the beach and close to activities and nearby towns. Host was great and helpful and left information about many nearby restaurants, etc. Gorgeous sunsets right from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo on the beach!

We enjoyed a month long stay right on the beach in Potrero. The location is great, but it is very easy to visit other beaches along the coast too. Good food is walking distance, and our host was very responsive to questions or anything we needed. Definitely a place we’ll visit again.

Perfect apot in Guanacaste

First, the description was accurate and check in was a breeze. David was proactive asking about out arrival times etc, letting us know the space was avaiable early and notified us we could check out late if needed. This property was perfect for us to explore nearby beaches, restaurants and a lovely spot to just hang. We love having the shade on the deck in the morning and watching the stellar sunsets. Highly recommend.

The floor was not clean and the TV was very hard to work. Overall we had a great stay and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and stuff.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Our host gave great recommendations on restaurants in the area, let us check in early AND even brought us one of his staircases to take home after we bought too many souvenirs! Location is perfect. Fun area of CR! Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful, peaceful location equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen appeared fully stocked for all needs; but, we never cooked. The beach was quiet and within walking distance to a few stores, restaurants and Flamingo Beach, too. We felt very safe and our Host was very friendly and accommodating.

Amazing beachfront property

This one bedroom condo situated right one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rico was a diamond in the rough. Clean, beautiful, spectacular view was furnished with everything we needed, including water toys. The owner was so kind and generous quickly responding to all of our questions and needs. Look no farther, book this place and enjoy Costa Rica!

The only bad thing about this stay was the fact we had to go back home. Very clean and recently refreshed. Love the location. On the beach and close to restaurants and the market. We are the Rill family from Washington State in the USA. We have been coming to Costa Rica since 2009 and bought our first investment property in Playa Hermosa, Gte, Costa Rica called Hacienda Hermosa. We since have added three condos in the Presidential Suites complex in Playa Flamingo where we have been living and most recently a beachfront condo on Playa Potrero. Needless to say, we love Costa Rica. Both of our children have graduated from an international high school here in Costa Rica and my wife teaches there as well. We of course love the weather where we can be outside year round.

After living in Costa Rica permanently since 2014, we decided to have a property on the beach. Nothing like having the reason you come to Costa Rica right in front of where you are staying...blue skies and warm blue water. This condo is centrally located so you can experience all Costa Rica has to offer.
