We enjoyed our stay at your home. Love being on the golf course and use of golf cart was a bonus. The house was as described, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Bedrooms roomy and mattresses comfortable. Would rent again in the future.

Sun Lakes Gem

The house was very clean and well equipped. The golf cart was a plus and very convenient getting around to the golf courses and club houses for dinner. We would stay at this property in the future.

Work week with a few days off

Very easy to find, I arrived at night. All amenities were in the house (except groceries and your own personal items). Very easy to communicate with the homeowners; very friendly and helpful. Great location, very quiet, friendly people in the neighborhood. Home was larger than I expected 😊! Great patio area, close to everything. Would definitely rent again!

Fun in the Sun

This home was well stocked, well appointed and spotless. The open back view of the golf course is nice as is the relaxing sounds of the water fountain. We also enjoyed some of the many activities the community had to offer. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for us

This home was perfect for us and our needs. We took advantage of the walking trails every morning, golfed each day, and then went to the pool. We also enjoyed the restaurants or grilling/cooking at home for our meals. The entire area was just what we had hoped for. The hosts were great and responded to any questions we had, and we hope to come back next year. We would highly recommend this comfortable and relaxing home.

Excellent hosts, property and location

We stayed at this beautiful golf course property while visiting the Phoenix area for our granddaughter’s graduation from ASU. The home exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and spacious. The master bedroom was quite large with double walk-in closet and en suite. The home was well lit; the kitchen very well equipped and a very covered large patio off the dining room was a favorite spot for morning coffee while watching golfers and nature. We very much appreciated the use of the owner’s golf cart for the short jaunt to the community pool and pickleball courts. Our hosts were very accommodating. We highly recommended this property and look forward to returning in the future.

The house and community were perfect for our stay. Beautiful home, clean, well stocked for cooking. Relaxing atmosphere with comfy furniture and a lovely patio to enjoy sitting outside. Owners were awesome. Friendly community and the renters' cards allowed access to many activities. Definitely 5 stars!

This Phoenix getaway was one of the best vacation experiences we have had.

The property is immaculate and a golfer's dream. The patio, the huge master bedroom, and the completely furnished house provided all our cooking needs. The Ambiance with the relaxing pond and lights at night was my favorite spot to unwind. You will want for nothing in this house. Conveniently located to everything.. I was able to use all the amenities on the property (pool, sauna, golf courses etc. Very Responsive Management I would give this property 10 stars.

Our hosts were great to work with - very quick to respond. How is well equipped for cooking, and relaxing. Loved the golf cart. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Fantastic

Loved the layout. Garage was a plus to park our motorcycles inside. Golf cart was fun and we used it once to actually golf. Ease of communication and check in. Kitchen has everything we needed, including a welcome gift of pumpkin bread from a local bakery. Nice touch. King bed was fantasticly comfy as was the bedding. Bring a fan if you like that for sleeping noise. Enjoyed the patio and the putting green in the back yard. The landscaping and the birds were great. Location was great for getting around and not crazy traffic. Would definitely stay here again!

Owners Were Very Attentive

This location was ideal for our summer visit to Arizona. We would have enjoyed more of the amenities but had family business to attend to for the duration of our stay. Jeff and Shannon were in frequent contact and the one small problem we reported was resolved within a couple of hours. Very pleased with all of their interactions and desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely stay here again if circumstances bring us to the valley in the future.

Fantastic Stay! - Gorgeous Home and Area

Our family booked this property for a week over the July 4 weekend, and it was wonderful. Very clean throughout, beautifully decorated,. and has all the amenities one could asked for. Golf cart was a nice touch to get back and forth to the pools. Amazing backyard with picturesque views, (coffee in the mornings, and dinner in the evenings). Owners are delightful, and nearby if you need anything. Thanks a bunch, Jeff and Shannon!!!! This was definitely 5 stars across the board. We will stay here again on next visit if it's available!!
