We were warmly welcomed by Marina who showed us around the beautiful villa, which was extremely well equipped and tastefully decorated. Minor queries through the week were dealt with efficiently and promptly. We had an unforgettable week and the whole family agreed that we had a perfect holiday. We had two cars, which helped us explore the area and then return for the rest of the day/evening by the fabulous pool.

Amazing vacation retreat!

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful house. The house is well appointed with everything our family of 7 needed and served as a great base for us to explore the Algarve. The property is large and very private while also centrally located to many of the beautiful sights across the region we wanted to explore. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway.

We had an amazing holiday at the Villa. Inside was lovely but the outside area was simply stunning, a beautiful pool, hot tub & wonderful seating areas. A big thank to the owner Vicki who was so helpful. This Villa made for the perfect family holiday for our family

The property was beautiful, well equipped and laid out and perfectly clean. Ideal for our family holiday.The location is within around 30 minutes drive from Faro airport and within a short drive to many lovely locations - Olhao, Tavira, Fuseta etc. There is a supermarket in Moncarapacho about a 10 minute drive away. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the property to other holiday makers.

We were a family of ten, six adults and four children. The villa was as described immaculate and very well equipped. A few outside areas looking tired but this this did not detract from our enjoyment. Location is very quiet and a car is necessary. Communication with villa manager good. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend.

Relaxing Family Villa with great amenities

Lovely villa with fantastic pool. We were two families with four children ranging in ages from 7 to 22, and all had a brilliant time. Great to laze at the villa all day, swimming, playing pool, and reading in the sunshine, or head out for the day into the local area. Great restaurants nearby with fabulous food for low cost. Easy check in, and well looked after by Vicki and Tetyiana. Would highly recommend

Fantastic house with great pool

The house was really great and spacious. Easy to find. Had all we needed including master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom, three other bedrooms and two more bathrooms and a toilet. The garden was lovely with a great pool and hot tub.We didn’t use the nearby town so much as we usually went to Tavira for restaurants and beach, but close to large super. Would really recommend.

Our stay

We had a great time. The villa was in a lovely quiet place. In the middle of nowhere. The pool and gardens were lovely. The villa was spacious and had everything you needed. We did have a few little issues , one of the ovens was not working, the dishwasher didn’t work properly. The sun beds were in poor condition and the pool table was in a awful condition, but this did not ruin our holiday.

The property is very good, but it's on an unnamed road to getting taxis or anything like that is very very difficult. We had to walk round the corner to another address to get picked up and then drive to the property to collect the rest of the family. Everything else was really good

Hi Andy Thank you for your review. I am so sorry that the taxi firm could not find you. If you would have used uber then you can send them a live location. As we say on the website car is essential as we are very lucky that we are just off the registered road and it is remote but lucky that we have so much space and can make as much noise as you like.

Outside furniture needs replacing all sun loungers ripped and very uncomfortable advised new ones would be with us in a couple of days but did not arrive towels were left for us to use on them Villa inside very clean and everything there you would require excellent for young children. Neads a lot of TLC

This is a lovely villa but desperately needs things renewing. Downstairs bedroom bed needs changing you can feel every spring in your body. Upstairs double bedroom bed has broken slatts Some patio furniture needs renewing every shabby Seal around patio doors hanging off In the present state value for money it was not.if I paid £1500.00 to stay in a hotel I would expect the beds to be of a better standard Also the OXO on the children's play house has sharp edges had to keep the children away from this OH yes and the villa was not ready at 4pm But we made the best of our holiday great location a car a must

I am sorry you had thought you had these problems to which none was reported to the management team, but I can assure you this house was left like new in June this year. I have received photographic evidence of foot prints running all over the double beds which in turn seems likely to have damaged/broken the beds, if you would like to see I have forwarded these to owners direct and they are happy to send onto you if you wish. As for the OXO being sharp on the play-centre this can only be through sun damage and if reported then my team would have sorted for you so that this was not an issue. I am sorry that the outside furniture has worn slightly but this was new at the beginning of the season and is solely due to sun damage being left out all the time. I spoke to the management team and they told me you turned up at 3.30pm to which they showed you around then that delayed them till 4.15pm.

Great villa and fantastic pool area.

The villa is a good size, comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner and agent was very good. On arrival we were disappointed with the condition of the sun loungers but these were replaced with new ones part way through our stay. The pool table and dart board are in poor condition and unusable. However, the pool and the various sitting areas are fantastic. The pool water was warm as it is in sun all day and is not too deep (about 1.5metres). The hot tub and bubble pool added to the enjoyment of the pool area. The house is in a large plot of land and is very private. We liked the location (we have stayed in this area before) but it might not be to everyone’s taste as getting to the beaches is not straight forward. The are some good places to eat within a short drive especially Maria’s (Casa De Pasto Do Carmo) and the doughnut shop (Bolinhas do Carlos).

Magnifique villa au calme dans une région riche en découvertes !

Nous avons passé deux merveilleuses semaines cet été dans cette villa tout confort. Très spacieuse pour 8 personnes (2 couples et leurs 4 adolescents), elle permet à chacun d'avoir un petit espace de liberté. Tout est climatisé. Le salon est confortable, la télévision par satellite ne permet malheureusement pas d'avoir une chaîne en français hormis TV5. La piscine est splendide, le petit jardin permet de jouer au football, le billard a été souvent utilisé et le petit salon extérieur est bien ombragé. Le jacuzzi a permis aux jeunes de refaire le monde chaque nuit sur la terrasse supérieure. Nous avons utilisé le barbecue au gaz mais il y a également un barbecue au bois. Deux petites choses à arranger toutefois : il manque de grandes casseroles et les lourds parasols doivent être souvent déplacés pour rester à l'ombre aux différents repas, peut-être qu'un auvent serait bienvenu. Par ailleurs, en cas de panne ou souci, quelqu'un sur place se déplace rapidement pour le régler. La villa est excentrée, au calme mais proche d'un tas de lieux magiques en voiture. Pour les amateurs d'étoiles, c'est un régal chaque nuit, un véritable planetarium ! Enfin, nous vous conseillons le restaurant "Casa de Pasto do Carmo" situé à 5 minutes, typique avec grillades et desserts faits maison à tomber par terre et un personnel adorable ! Besser als in der Beschreibung

Das Haus mit der angrenzenden Terrasse hat alle unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Erwachsenen-Schlafzimmer sind alle sehr schön eingerichtet und von der Fläche großzügig bemessen. Ebenso die drei dazugehörigen Badezimmer. Alle Zimmer im Obergeschoß hatten auch zusätzlich einen Balkon, sehr angenehm für eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Der Pool hat gute Dimensionen, um auch zu schwimmen oder nur zum Verweilen. Zusätzlich zum Whirlpool am Pool selbst gibt es noch einen "klassischen" beheizten Whirlpool. Die Lage des Hauses ist 200-300m von der Durchgangsstraße entfernt, in einer Sackgasse. Eine für uns herrlich ruhig Lage zum Entspannen. Alles zusammengefasst ein großzügiges und schönes Anwesen. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren immer gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und freuen uns bereits auf ein Wiederkommen.

Ein FANTASTISCHER Aufenthalt, GRNADIOSE Villa, super für Familien; die Kinder hatten unglaublich viel Spaß im flachen Kinderpool, im großen Schwimmpool, im Whirpool und im Spa. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gebaut, ausreichend Platz, eine Abstellkammer mit separatem Waschbecken, Waschmaschine; eine sehr große Küche und sehr aufmerksame Verwaltung; Gesellschaftspiele waren vorhanden und auch Malbücher-Sets für die Kinder waren vorhanden. Mit dem SmartTV konnten wir uns mit dem deutschen Netflix Account anmelden und während die Kinder Abends einen Film geguckt haben, konnten wir Billiard spielen. Das abgeschlossene Gelände war sehr gut, sodass wir die Kinder alleine herumlaufen lassen konnten. Ein sehr großes Areal mit sehr viel Potential. Besonders vorzuheben ist auch die sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche; keine abgezählten Gläser und Teller, es war ausreichend vorhanden, auch Kindersets waren ausreichend vorhanden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und alles in einer HERVORRAGENDEN Qualität und Ausstattung!

Perfecte vakantie met kleine kinderen!

Geweldig verblijf in een prachtig en zeer compleet huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Een enorme tuin rondom het huis met groot zwembad, kinderbad en spa en apart nog een jacuzzi. Verder een speelhuisje met schommel en glijbaan en een groot grasveld waar de kinderen zich iedere dag enorm vermaakt hebben. Prachtige en vrij liggende locatie met leuke plaatsjes in de omgeving. Enige jammere was dat het zwembad niet verwarmd was en dat het water in mei nog vrij koud is…. Verder een fantastische week!

We stayed for 2 weeks in July 2022 and had a fantastic time. Air conditioning wasn't working in one room on our arrival but was sorted after reporting it to the manager although it took a few days as the guys were so busy. A couple of other issues were sorted quickly. The villa is beautiful, spacious and of great quality with lots of extras such as toys for children, books etc. The bedrooms were good sizes, the kitchen very well equipped. Everything we needed was there. Location was beautiful and very easy access to main towns and tourist attractions of The Algarve but you do need a car. Overall I would highly recommend this villa.
