Grand appartement au rez-de-chaussée privé avec cuisine, grande salle de bain, salon avec lit sectionnel et lit queen ainsi qu'une alcÎve privée avec un lit double et une grande salle de bain avec douche pleine grandeur et deux lavabos. The apt is very cute, clean, and comfortable. The hostess Sandra even added some extra thoughtful touches by supplying a basket of snacks, popcorn, keurig coffee maker/pods/coffeemate, and other appliances. I really liked how she had zip tied totes with cleaned pillows and blankets, which made me feel safe to use it knowing they are fresh/clean. Bathroom was very clean with ample fluffy white towels. The washer/dryer was a large capacity model in a nice large laundry room with a sink. She also provided a binder with information of nearby cafes and restaurants which was very helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Street parking was always available in front. We enjoyed several of the local corner restaurants in the neighborhood. The University Village close by also had many restaurants and stores to explore. All to say, I would definitely return to stay here again in the future.

Excellent location with easy access to public transportation and the Burke-Gilman Trail. We chose this location for its proximity to Seattle Children's Hospital, and it was excellent in that regard. The apartment is impeccably clean and nicely appointed with all the modern amenities. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. The only knock on the apartment is that it is not accessible for those with mobility concerns. Beyond that, it's top notch.

Great lil place, great location!

Perfectly located for all we needed in and around Seattle. Great space for a couple or small family. Kitchen stocked well for cooking in if you like and convenient to eating out. Hosts are very friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Noisier than expected

This is a very clean and well stocked apartment in a convenient and upscale neighborhood near children’s hospital and U of W. However if you’re looking for a tranquil, restful place for your evenings, this might not be for you. The hosts’ presence will be noticed.

Gem of a property

We traveled to Seattle to see our daughter for the weekend and had the great fortune to stay here. The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood with nice places to walk to, pleantly of parking and bunnies raining outside to greet you. The apartment itself was beautiful well stocked and comfortable. Everything was done with care and decorated beautifully. It is hard to post such a nice review because I'm afraid it will be booked next time we want to visit. Thank you for a great for us to stay.

Seattle Stay

The apartment and neighborhood were beautiful! Close to the Burke-Gilman trail for easy access to U Village and nearby restaurants or a quick run outside. Close to grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet. Loved our stay!

Great Apt!

This basement apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Seattle. Possibly the cleanest VRBO we've stayed in, the bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped to create all kinds of meals if needed. Loved it, hope to be back sometime!

We have lived in Bryant for years and could not love it more. We wanted to share our space with people visiting Seattle. We did this for a couple of years with a smaller space and decided to completely renovate the unit to have a full bedroom, kitchen and laundry for our guests. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We designed this unit as a short term rental. We did all LVP so it's super clean. We sound proofed the walls and and ceilings so it's very quiet too. There is plenty of parking but you don't really need a car to stay here. You can walk to many restaurants and stores and public transportation is very close too.
