This âboutique styleâ three level townhouse offers unobstructed ocean views and direct access to Scarborough Beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private deck while watching (and listening to) the waves crashing against the shore. The home has been completely renovated, from top to bottom.

âą A king bedroom with a private ocean view deck, (plus a queen sleeper sofa), custom closet, and flat screen TV.
âą A second bedroom with two twin beds (that can be made as a king bed), custom closet, and flat screen TV.
âą A main level den/TV room with two sofas (one is a queen sleeper sofa), custom closet, and flat screen TV.
âą A fully stocked designer kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
âą A large open living room/dining room with plenty of seating for dining and relaxing.
âą Two full bathrooms, beautifully tiled with cast iron tubs, showers, and modern vanities.
âą Central air conditioning, wireless internet, expanded cable TV
âą A private outdoor hot/cold shower, gas grill, tennis courts and an outdoor dining area on deck.
