À quelques pas de l'extrĂ©mitĂ© nord de Scarborough Beach, appelĂ©e Black Point, une plage quelque peu privĂ©e. Une promenade de deux Ă  trois minutes sur une route large et paisible. Vues sur l'ocĂ©an depuis certaines chambres. 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain complĂštes, salon et salle Ă  manger. Grande cour arriĂšre pour griller. La location comprend des chaises de plage et des parasols. Pas de frais d'accĂšs Ă  la plage ni de parking !!

Meubles, literie et décoration récemment repeints. Magnifique sensation de plage. Propre et confortable.

House was comfortable for the family. Outside shower was a plus. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. Access to beach was across the street where it wasn’t as busy made it more enjoyable. Walking trail close by as well. Tim was great to communicate with before and after the stay.

A great place for beaching

A great place to stay with all the amenities. A very short walk to beach and a short drive to nice restaurants, shopping and Brickley's ice cream. Tim was very accommodating and we'd definitely go back.

Perfect week

Literally steps from Scarborough Beach. Great neighborhood for walks or bike rides too. Outdoor shower was lovely. Home was well sanitized; and Tim was easily reachable.

Best place!

They are not kidding when they say location! Literally one minute walk to Scarborough beach. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. Tim is awesome! Best vacation in a very long time. We have alreadt rebooked! long time!

Great beach vacation!

We had a great time staying at the Eastward Look house. It had everything we needed. Proximity to Scarborough beach was unbeatable! Loved that it is on the quieter, less crowded end of the beach. During our stay, two of the smoke detectors expired and needed to be replaced. Tim was very responsive and replaced them the very next day along with a new battery for the ceiling fan. Hope to stay here again!

Perfect location for beach vacation

If you want a beach vacation away from the crowds, this is the location for you. Walk to the beach in 3 minutes. No parking at beach area so only local vacationers. Plenty of room for beach games. Dont miss Black Point Trail with great walking trails and rocks to play on.Great paved bike trail 10 minutes away.The house was spotless. 3 air conditioners kept the house cool on the hotter days. Large area for parking. Great having chairs, umbrella and beach cart provided. Washer and dryer were a big plus. Cleanest outdoor shower Ive ever used. Kitchen is well stocked. I was concerned with 7 adults and an infant about enough space in the house but it was perfect for us. Tim was quick to respond with any questions. Booking again was a unanimous decision from my family..

Great time in 'Gansett!

From the beginning, Tim was always available to answer any questions we had. The location is spectacular with just a 7 minute walk to the main pavilion at Scarborough beach. The house is adequately equipped with a stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, two full bathrooms and four bedrooms (a queen room downstairs and 2 twins and 1 queen upstairs. There are puzzles and monopoly games and some books. There are two air conditioner units, one in the living area on the first floor, and one in one of the twin rooms upstairs. If you run them both and leave the doors open, the entire house will get cool in a few hours. There are three fans as well to help at night. There is an outdoor shower and a place for all the beach items you will need. There are 4 chairs, a few beach blankets, a boogie board, and two beach umbrellas. The tommy bahama one is the best. There is also a cart to carry all your possessions to the beach. There was an outdoor grill but we did not use it during our stay. The location is minutes drive from anywhere. We had a lovely time and would certainly consider this location again in the future. Thank you, Tim for making our stay a memorable one.

Perfect!

Was searching for a home as close to the beach as possible and this one delivered! Just a few steps to the sand. Easily accommodated our group of 8 people. Outdoor shower was great. The kitchen was stocked with all the items necessary for your dinners at home. Restaurants were close by for our evenings out. Overall a perfect stay!

Great Location

The house had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was awesome. Washer & Dryer. Fully stocked kitchen supplies. Great outdoor shower. The only down side is it could use A/C units in all the bedrooms. We did get by with fans. Overall a great beach rental!!

Love Gansett!

This property was immaculate and so cute, it had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and hiking trail. The landlord was very responsive, immediately fixing something we broke. Loved this vacation spot, can’t wait to come back!

Location and Details

The owner Tim, provided a home not simply a place to stay. The attention to the details that make you feel as if you were at a home away from home were superlative. In addition, being so close to the beach was definitely a difference maker. If you drove to the beach there would be a good chance that you parked farther away from the beach than this home.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We know the hassle and hustle of getting families to the beach: loading the car, fighting for parking space, paying high fees for parking and beach access. THIS house is so close to beach, that if you forget your towel, no problem, you'll be back in a jiffy. And its a nice quiet beach. Even has some paths and ruins to explore nearby, access from the beach. Come and go as you please. A real benefit when you have little children.
