When you initially contacted me regarding the air conditioning, I arranged for an HVAC technician to service the system within approximately 24 hours despite an exceptionally busy period during a regional heat wave. After that service call, I did not receive any further communication from you indicating that the air conditioning was still not meeting your expectations even after I followed up with you to ensure the temperature was to your liking. Had I been notified of any continuing issue during your stay, I would have immediately arranged for the technician to return. My goal is always to resolve concerns while guests are still at the property. Many of the other items mentioned in your review—including additional kitchen utensils, grilling accessories, and household items—were first brought to my attention the day before your scheduled departure. These are items I would have gladly provided or addressed immediately had I known about them earlier especially since spare items are located at the property. I was particularly surprised by the comments regarding cleanliness. The home is professionally cleaned before every guest's arrival, and I personally inspect the property before each check-in to ensure it meets our standards. While I take all feedback seriously and have reviewed each of your comments, your experience is not reflective of the consistent feedback we receive from the vast majority of our guests. After your stay, you requested a refund, which I respectfully declined based on the circumstances and the fact that I had responded promptly to the concerns that were brought to my attention during your stay. I understand you may have been disappointed with that decision, but I remain committed to addressing issues as they arise and providing responsive service to every guest.
