Best house across from the beach

This house is perfect for a vacation get away house. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. I've rented houses before and this is by far the best one . I highly recommend this beautiful home .

It was very clean. It had everything we needed to cook, clean, and entertain ourselves. I encourage anyone looking for a home away from home to stay here. The owner is so nice and will help you with anything you need.

This was the fourth year staying here and each year it seems to be getting better, even with Hurricane Erin stopping us from going in the water. . Best place I've ever stayed!

The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. He even bought a Keurig for the house when I expressed concern about the type of coffee maker provided. The house was in great condition with a perfect location, beautiful view, and it had everything you need for a beach house stay. My family and I will definitely be back!

Beautiful home right across from Scarborough beach! My sisters and I had a wonderful stay and booked right away for next year! We had a cooler week so it was perfect to shut off the a/c and let the ocean breeze thru the house! Looking forward to going back! Thank you!

Wonderful location

Stayed with my spouse, 3 adult sons (2 of their spouses) and 2 grandchildren (19 months and 3 months). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is so close to the beach we went frequently. Bearing able to see and hear the water from the house was fabulous. We had an issue with the refrigerator and the owner was quick to respond and address.

See the ocean from your deck!!

What a wonderful stay we had once again!! Rich is the best host! He always goes above and beyond. I had asked Rich if there was a beach umbrella at the property. August 2024 stay

Second time staying in the house and not disappointed in any way. Excellent home, excellent people to talk to- very responsive. Location is great too. Love just walking back to the house after a day on the beach. We had 3 families, and the kids just love the house too. Plenty of room for everyone. The only thing we did this year was to bring cushions for the kitchen chairs, if you plan on sitting on them for a long time definitely helps. Just book for next year again! Can't Wait. Charlie

Scarborough beach July 2022

This was the first time renting a place on Scarborough Beach and the whole family really enjoyed the house and the area. Rich and Lisa were terrific hosts- a few things came up but they handled them quickly and efficiently. The house was nicely laid out and you cannot beat the five minute walk to the beach! Will look forward to staying there again!
