Superbe villa individuelle de 3 chambres avec piscine privée primée Las Colinas Gol

Situé dans le quartier résidentiel Acacia du club de golf et de loisirs primé Las Colinas, cette villa moderne de 2 étages avec piscine privée et jardin est parfaite pour une pause détente. Las Colinas a récemment reçu le World Travel Award annuel en tant que Leading Villa Resort en Espagne et le World Golf Award pour le meilleur parcours de golf d'Espagne.

Le rez de chaussée est à aire ouverte dans la zone cuisine, salon et salle à manger. Les hauts plafonds avec éclairage d'ambiance intégrée, derrière motifs de style carreaux traditionnels est une caractéristique unique. Un canapé-lit confortable dans le salon avec télévision par satellite en font un endroit très agréable pour se détendre.

La cuisine a tous les appareils dont vous pourriez avoir besoin et est très bien équipée. Juste à côté de cette zone ouverte sont 3 chambres supplémentaires. Une buanderie avec machine à laver, une promenade dans pluie salle de bains et la 3ème chambre qui a 2 lits jumeaux qui peuvent être joints pour faire un double.

A l'étage 3 autres chambres. Chambre 2 ayant également des lits jumeaux qui peuvent être joints et de son propre balcon avec table et chaises et un coucher de soleil. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size avec grand balcon, table et chaises et une forêt de pins naturel et vue sur la mer. Il y a une salle de bains commune avec douche à effet pluie.

Le jardin est spacieux avec 2 grandes terrasses depuis le salon et la salle à manger, et une piscine privée de 8m x 4m. Un barbecue Weber, table, chaises et parasol sont sur le côté de la propriété offrant un espace parfait pour manger en plein air.

Un parking est disponible pour 2 véhicules.

Le club dispose d'un bar avec un menu varié pour les repas à midi et le soir et utilise des ingrédients de qualité. Il rencontre le terrain de golf avec une grande terrasse donnant sur le lac au 18ème trou.

Très belle demeure bien située

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et bien profité de la maison, du jardin et de la piscine. Le complexe est très moderne, sécurisé et à proximité des golfs et des plages. Je recommande.

En pleine nature mais proche de la mer et des commodités.

Pour ceux qui aime la nature, le complexe est très beau. Afin de ne pas devoir sortir du Golf, il y a une supérette ouverte non stop. C'est le calme absolu à seulement 10 à 15 minutes de la mer et des commodités (bars, restaurants, ...). L'endroit est sécurisé par des barrières mais aussi des gardes. La maison est magnifique. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour tout le monde du transat aux jeux pour les enfants et la cuisine est superbement équipée. Tout est neuf ou presque. J'avais lu dans les commentaires qu'il y avait des constructions en cours à proximité, ce qui est vrai, mais pas vraiment dérangeant. Cette propriété est vraiment à recommander sans hésitation.

En pleine nature

Nous avons été accueillis par un ecureuil au bord de la piscine. La maison est t'es agréable ainsi que le cadre. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et répondent à vos question peu importe l heure. Si vous cherchez la tranquillité c est le lieu idéal néanmoins la maison est à 5 minutes de restaurant et supermarchés et 10 12 minute de la zenia Boulevard ou des plages. Seul bémol pas de tv en espagnol...

Limpieza escasa, cuando se lo comunicamos, su solución llegó tarde, porque ya habíamos limpiado la casa. Nos dijeron que pasarían a limpiar la piscina, tampoco lo hicieron. Escribimos emails tanto a los propietarios como a la inmobiliaria y no obtuvimos respuesta. La casa no está en condiciones para el coste tan elevado

Amazing Villa

We’ve spent there two weeks in a raw and it was a great decision to take a rest and refill our personal batteries. The Villa is great, very clean and comfortable, with everything you would need, very quite place with a fantastic private pool, three double rooms and two full equipped bathrooms. It really worth. It’s placed in a Golf Club resort so if you love playing golf this is your place. It algo worth to consider 10 minutes driving to the beach as well as to the closer supermarket. Owner support has been great and he has help us on anything we’ve needed.

Second stay in Las Colinas and this Villa

We had the great pleasure to stay in this beautiful Villa for the second time (last time 3 years ago) and felt comfortable and at home again straight from the beginning. Attributes to describe the villa are: spacious, flooded with light, modern interior with a clean chic and cosy at the same time, plenty of opportunities to sit, inside/ouside, well equipped kitchen with quality applicances, ample of wardrobe space. There are sufficient towels, also kitchen towels, practical little helpers such as thermo bags, shopping bags, cold packs, beach equipment (parasol, ball games, …), a good equipment of kitchen supplies, also spices, foils, vinegar/oil, cleaning supplies, … The plot: has a good size and some distance to neighbors, is in a quiet dead end road, tucked-away with good privacy, has a lovely and unique sized pool that fits very well with the plot. We stayed in the Villa the last 2 weeks of September. In this time of the year you will have sun starting from 9 am on the upper terrace to enjoy your morning coffee. The sun lasts until 7:30 pm on the ground level. At 10 the sun arrives on the ground terrace and already touches the pool a bit. Whether you prefer sun or shade, the plot has it all at the same time, you just need to move you chair and table or simply use the huge parasol. Las Colinas is a fantastic place to stay, a world of it’s own. Beautiful nature, a place very well maintained and looked after with a good security concept. Beaches and facilities are just 10-15 min drive away. We highly recommend the Las Colinas golf course, in our perception the most beautiful in the area. But also las Rambles and Lo Romero are worth playing, last has the best greens we have ever played The only negative aspect that is worth mentioning is that there is a lot of contruction work (buiding houses/appartments) going on Las Colinas, also along the golf course. That simply causes noise. Nevertheless we will surely come back to enjoy this beautiful place! Amanda and Paul are superb hosts. You will get feedback to any question in a very timely manner, they are fully reliable, generous and just very friendly characters.

Fabulous holiday villa

Just back from a lovely two week holiday in this spacious and well-equipped villa which has everything that you will need - private pool, table-tennis, BBQ and even mood lighting in the living room! The villa is located on a large golf course development and, as others have stated, a car is essential in order to explore the local area. If you enjoy a daily run (as we do) be prepared for a thorough workout as you climb and descend the hilly complex! Excellent communication with the owners, Amanda and Paul, who replied instantly to a couple queries.

Fantastic villa

An outstanding villa in a very beautiful location. The villa has all facilities needed for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday. Privat, ruhig und zum Wohlfühlen!

Wir haben mehr als 1 Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine alleinstehende Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und einem großen Wohnbereich. Das ganze Haus ist sehr modern gestaltet und die Ausstattung war für eine Ferienunterkunft perfekt. Noch ein paar Worte zur Umgebung: Die Villa liegt in Las Colinas - Akazien I. Las Colinas ist eine private Golfanlage, die 24 Stunden Security hat. Das Gebiet ist sehr weitläufig und alleine die Einfahrt durch den Canyon ist schon einen Ausflug dorthin wert. Wer gerne Golf spielt und in der Gegend ist, kennt den Platz sowieso und wenn nicht, sollte man ihn unbedingt mal spielen. Der Platz zählt zu den schönsten in Spanien (mit einigen Auszeichnungen) und ab und zu werden dort auch Profiturniere ausgetragen. Rund um den Golfplatz wird sehr viel gebaut - das ist vielleicht der einzige Kritikpunkt von unserer Seite: Wer dort ist - entweder für eine Runde Golf oder auch dort wohnt - muss sich über Tag auf Baulärm einstellen. Wir haben in diesem Haus die Bauaktivitäten nur aus der Ferne mitbekommen und der Lärm hielt sich auch in Grenzen, es gibt bisher keine Baustelle in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Amanda und Paul sind wunderbare Gastgeber und sowohl die Buchung als auch der Service in Spanien (durch Annick) waren perfekt. Das Haus hatte bereits eine gute Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln, Gewürzen und Getränken, was wir sehr geschätzt und auch wieder aufgefüllt haben und hoffen, dass auch andere Gäste so verfahren, man freut sich wirklich. Die Villa steht auf einem relativ großen Grundstück und hat eine gute Privatsphäre zu den Nachbarn - es gibt 2 Außenterassen und im 1. Stock noch 2 weitere Balkone - von einem hat man sogar Meerblick und kann morgens den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer bewundern. Der kleine, aber feine Pool passt sich wunderbar in das Gelände an und hat eine sehr geschmackvolle Beleuchtung (mit verschiedenen Farben). Wir haben uns von der 1. Minute in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder zurück - dafür gefallen uns die Gegend, Las Collinas und die Villa einfach zu gut!

We had a great week in this modern, clean and well equipped villa. It is situated in a quiet area well into the golf course so a car would be advisable for getting to and from the villa. The private pool is great for relaxing and the table tennis table provided good entertainment. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the property.

Wonderful villa in beautiful location

We had a great week at this beautiful villa. The location is quiet and beautiful, great golf course and club house and the villa had everything we needed. Our kids loved the private pool and the ping pong table. Overall we had a lovely stay :)

Fantastic Villa, great two weeks with the kids

A very pleasant couple of weeks spent at the villa with my wife and two young children. The villa was clean, spacious and well laid out and had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. The complex where the villa is situated is well maintained, safe and quiet so a great place for our young children. We were actually glad the villa didn't have its own pool due to our young children, also the complex pool (20m in length) was only 30 seconds walk away and had everything you needed to be able to relax and was a great place to meet other guests and was never overly busy. Unfortunately didn't get to try out the golf course but again that looked well maintained with a very friendly clubhouse and very welcoming for the whole family, I will make sure I try it out the next time we stay!!

Lovely villa

Arrived at the impressive entrance following an easy 15 minute drive from Murcia airport. First impression was of a beautifully maintained secure area with wide open spaces. The villa, which was accessed through security gates, was lovely - standing in its own spacious garden. Inside was equally spacious and beautifully equipped and appointed. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds comfy! and the bathrooms completed the luxury feel. The very well equipped kitchen made self catering a breeze and there was ample space to sit comfortably. Nice TV and WiFi should you feel the need! The golf course was amazing and it was easy to see why it is one of the top courses in Spain. The club house had a very nice restaurant with a variety of reasonably priced food and drinks. There is a beautiful pool very close to the villa -ideal to keep the children happy. With the beach around 20 minutes away this is an ideal spot for a quiet relaxing holiday. Only downside could be there are no restaurants within easy walking distance. However, there are plenty of all types to choose from, plus large supermarkets, an easy 15 minute drive away. Overall a beautiful place to stay in a lovely part of the Spanish countryside.

Stunning new villa. Close to pool, we loved it

A beautiful and modern villa which is open plan, clean, bright and has everything you need. The bedrooms are an excellent size with plenty of wardrobe space. Bathrooms are wonderful with excellent shower facilities. The large communal pool and sunbathing area is very close. The villa has a great sunbathing area itself with sunloungers. Well equipped kitchen and lovely area to sit outside to eat. Used both balconies from upstairs bedrooms wonderful views and a great area to sit and relax. Would highly recommend for a family holiday. Could not fault this villa.

Superbly equipped, spacious and clean.

In these uncertain times to enter Los Colinas through a 24 hour gate house felt reassuring. On to our villa entering again through a security gate with your own fob to a superb villa. With a large swimming pool at the end of the road and a fantastic golf course to which I hope to return and post a better score everything had a great feeling about it. With a supermarket on site for your basic needs there are numerous restaurants and shops a short drive away. Recommend and a much enjoyed holiday.
