We (3 adults 2 children) stayed at this villa in July 2026 and it is one of the best holidays we have had. The villa was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The air con in every room kept it nice and cool during a very hot spell and the outdoor area was lovely. We all loved it. The owner was a good communicator and quick to respond which made the booking process very easy. Kath and Derek who welcomed us were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. In fact they even went out of their way to help us with hiring a car when the car rental company let us down. They offered and provided lifts and helped with anything we wanted. They were absolutely brilliant. This was one of the best holidays we've had and would definitely recommend.

Villa sympathique

Il est juste dommage que la quiétude des lieux soit perturbé par un voisinage bruyant .

Here’s a version within the 1,500-character limit:Overall, the villa was good value for money and we enjoyed our stay. It is well laid out with three bedrooms: one double and two twins. However, the wardrobe in one bedroom was locked for the owner’s belongings, so that guest had to use storage in another room. The air conditioning was excellent and kept the villa cool during very hot weather. The pool was also first class, clean and well maintained. The TV had full UK access, which was useful during the World Cup.The main downside is that some furnishings and parts of the property are tired. The dining chairs are very uncomfortable as the padding has worn out and they need replacing. The exterior would benefit from a coat of paint, and some cracked concrete affects the first impression. A shaded cover over the upstairs outdoor table would also help. The location is reasonable. Lime Bar nearby is good, but the other facilities on the parade are limited. Villamartin, around 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes on foot, was much better for restaurants and cafés.Parking is tight but manageable. The front door could also use an outside handle or key box, as it can lock you out if the keys are left inside. The greeter, a lovely lady from Bolton, warned us and gave helpful advice.Overall, a good villa with excellent air conditioning and pool facilities. With a few small improvements, especially the chairs, wardrobe access and exterior, we would happily recommend it.

Wonderful villa in a great location

We had a fantastic ten day stay as a family of four in early August. The villa was spotlessly clean and is extremely well equipped. The pool was checked and cleaned throughout our stay, as well as having lots of room to eat / relax inside or out. The location of the villa is great, with a short walk to a complex with bars and restaurants - all of which are excellent value. There are many beaches to choose from, some busy, others that are quiet, take you time to research which suits you. We had a great stay at Kevin's villa and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others, we will definitely be returning in the future!

Highly Recommend this Villa

So enjoyed our time at this villa. Directions were very good we found it easily and received a warm welcome by Jacqui & Mike on our arrival. It's a lovely villa & the pool is great & well maintained by Mike. The villa was very clean and the aircon a bonus at this time of year. Only a short walk to some bars & restaurants at Via Park III would recommend the Chinese restaurant very good value for your money. If you want to venture a little further it's only 10 - 15 mins walk to the Emerald Isle which has a pool and good entertainment. A little further on there a more bars and restaurants, recommend The Abbey and Waldermars for eating. What better place to have celebrated by 60th Birthday! Only wish I had more holiday left to return this year!

Excellent Villa, perfect holiday

The villa was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Its in a great location with bars and restaurants within walking distance. the pool stayed warm all day from the sun. I will be definitely booking again. If I had to pick one fault it would be that it needs a good WIFI connection but other than that it was faultless. Many Thanks

Maintenance Required

Beautiful villa in a great location, however the villa is in need of some maintenance to external and internal areas. Great location, 10 mins from beach and walking distance to a few bars and restaurants but wont be visiting again unless maintenance has been carried out, shame because its a lovely villa just in need of a bit of TLC

Leanne visited the villa a year earlier in 2012 and absolutely loved it, so much so she booked again in 2013. The villa was the same in 2013 as it was in 2012. Unfortunately, in 2013 a member of her party broke a brand new parasol and we charged them 60 euros for a replacement. Leanne was not happy about being charged even though they were responsible. It seems coincidental that she should decide to leave negative comments, which are not justified, a year after having a great time!
