Notre belle Beach House est le meilleur choix pour vos vacances en famille bien-aimée (et / ou entre amis). Idéalement situé, à seulement 5 minutes à pied d'Emerald Beach et à quelques minutes des commerces, des restaurants et de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Avec 3 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bain et notre salle de jeux rénovée, il y a plus qu'assez de place pour 10 personnes (+ lit bébé), vous n'aurez donc pas à laisser personne derrière!

** Nous pouvons accueillir de grands groupes de plus de 70 personnes pour les vacances d'été, dans des maisons séparées situées dans le même complexe - #OhanaDestin Houses.

Lits confortables et téléviseurs HD dans toutes les chambres!
Cuisine entièrement équipée et toutes les commodités technologiques dont vous avez besoin: Roku, Netflix, PlayStation (Fifa, NBA et plus), set de poker, barre de son et Internet haut débit. De plus, pour garder tout le monde occupé pendant que vous travaillez sur le Grill, nous avons récemment rénové notre maison de plage et ajouté une grande salle de jeux pour enfants et adultes, dont Wii, Air-Hockey et Foosball!

Notre propriété, y compris une cour arrière intime, est située dans une communauté tranquille dans une rue sans issue. N'hésitez pas à faire un pas dehors de notre terrasse dans la piscine partagée tranquille ou à faire une courte promenade à la plage avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin en utilisant notre chariot de plage!
Un lit bébé peut être fourni sur demande.
Nous acceptons jusqu'à deux chiens avec un supplément.

Cuisine: Notre cuisine est entièrement équipée, prête à préparer des repas délicieux avec une grande salle à manger de fantaisie et des sièges de bar de petit-déjeuner. Nous avons même inclus un mélangeur pour vos smoothies frais.
Chambres et salles de bains: Toutes les chambres ont des matelas de luxe, des téléviseurs HD avec Roku et Netflix intégrés.

La 1ère chambre (le «King») comprend un lit king-size avec une salle de bains Jack & Jill et une baignoire (prête pour 2 personnes).

La 2ème chambre («The Queens») a un lit superposé queen sur queen avec une salle de bain Jack & Jill et une baignoire (prête pour 2 personnes).

La 3ème et dernière chambre (chambre principale), vous trouverez une chambre principale avec un lit king-size et un lit queen-size sur un lit superposé et une salle de bains principale complète (prête pour 4 personnes et un lit bébé-bébé est disponible et situé dans le grand placard des maîtres).

Salon: Profitez d'une nuit en famille dans notre grand salon avec une télévision de 65 pouces avec Roku et une barre de son pour rendre l'expérience du film encore plus agréable! PS3 avec une grande variété de jeux, films et compte Netflix, TOUT inclus.

Extras: Nous avons transformé notre garage en une grande SALLE DE JEUX pour petits et grands (Xbox 360, table de Air Hockey, baby-foot, etc.)! Super fun pour toute la famille! La chambre est entièrement climatisée!

Laveuse et sécheuse sont disponibles au 2e étage. Chaise haute est disponible pour vos sacs.

La maison est équipée d'Internet haute vitesse pour que toute la famille puisse accrocher et profiter de tous vos appareils.

Dehors: Nous avons une cour arrière intime, juste au bord de la piscine communautaire.

Tons of space, excellent location with a short walk to a gorgeous beach. It was so calm and quiet when we were there we often had beaches to ourselves. Great home for a dog, really comfortable beds and a great game room.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable, plenty of amenities. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool was a nice asset for the days the seaweed was overtaking us at the beach. The public beach access was only .46 miles away. There is a lovely walking/bike path. Quiet neighborhood. The property was clean, and the hosts provided excellent communication. We would stay here again.

Great place, great location

My family and I spent 5 nights at this property. It had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the large bunk beds for the kids and spacious living area. The pool was right outside the door and perfect for the kids. The house isn’t far from the beach. It was nice to not have to travel with an umbrella or beach toys. They provided plenty of things to entertain the kids and even the wagon to carry it all in. This place won’t disappoint you!

Great Stay

The house is clean, decorated great and very cozy beds! The garage game room made for an awesome place to send the kids so the adults could relax in the house. The only downside is that most of the beach within walking distance is considered "private" by the big resorts so we drove down to the public beach on most days.

Summer Trip

Not much from the outside but the inside is comfortable and its walking distance to the beach, which was a huge plus. They provided beach gear to save from renting and a wagon to get there. Gameroom was a fun place for the kids. King beds were super comfortable and an added bonus.

Perfect spot!

We had a lovely stay at this property! We have three kids and it was perfect for our family. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were a ton of little extra touches that made things super convenient, like shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, a beach wagon to load our stuff in, a boogie board, and even a dog gate/baby gate. The game room was a wonderful addition! Also, great customer service! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The property was perfect for our family vacation! It was within walking distance to the beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful! Jerry went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He checked in multiple times throughout our stay. The listing included an umbrella, beach chairs, and a wagon to haul everything to the beach. We met some of the full time residents who were very friendly during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous vacation home

We had a wonderful stay at Miramar Beach. This home is exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had plenty of room for our suitcases and other belongings. The bed situation is perfect for families with children. The pool is just steps from the back patio. It was only a short walk to the public beach which has soft, white sand. We would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Spacious, comfortable, close to beach!

We had an awesome visit to Miramar and a great experience with this rental. Clean, spacious, comfortable, well provisioned, and close to the beach. Owners were very helpful and had great communication. Unit was clean and organized, everything worked as advertised (appliances, beach wagon, grill, Roku - we used it all!), and the pool was very nice. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach and it was nice to stay in a small community just off the beach that wasn't loud or crowded. Great trip!

1st time to Destin

Family of 7 + dog, we couldn't be happier with our selection. There was plenty of room for all of us plus more. From our arrival, the place was clean and very well taken care of. Walking distance to the beach and lots of options for dining, groceries, shopping, and entertainment all within a few minutes drive. I was a little worried about taking our pet but the area has 2 dog waste stations and took our pet on morning walks along Scenic Gulf Dr. Everything worked out. i would highly recommend this place for families with young teenagers plus pets.

Good value

The property is about a 5 -10 minute walk to the beach; however there is no sidewalk so you have to walk in the road. We had a few hiccups upon checkin (battery not working in game room and tv in living room not working). The property manager was responsive and fast to rectify everything. You can tell it’s a high volume rental. But everything was clean. We would consider staying again. Thank you!!

Home away from home

The property was amazing and even better than what the listing shows. The owner is very responsive and genuinely cares about your stay. We had some remote issues and within an hour of notifying the owner they were fixed, that’s prompt and timely. Can’t speak highly enough about the property and the owner. The location is great, less than five mins from the beach but set back in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shops and stores, yet all the noise of the city streets are far away. A HUGE bonus is the pool is literally ten steps away from the condo, so it makes it easy and quick to transition your day. We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach vacation getaway

The townhouse was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The place was well appointed with everything we needed. The unit was so clean I didn't want to touch anything lol. The family room couches were so comfortable. The pis de resistance the bed mattress's and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. This was the entire parties consensus. The unit owner was easy to reach and very attentive. The beach which was about a 7 minute walk had the whitest sand and the most beautiful aqua clear water I have ever seen. Will absolutely return.
