Notre location de maison de plage est situé dans la plage ensoleillée Miramar, à quelques minutes de Destin, en Floride. Il est parfait pour les couples, les familles, et / ou des amis prêts à profiter d'un séjour amusant et relaxant été !! Il est seulement une courte promenade de notre propriété pour profiter des eaux d'émeraude et des plages de sable de sucre sur le golfe du Mexique. Pour votre commodité, Le château de sable a des chaises de plage, parasols, et des jouets de plage.

Après une journée remplie de plaisir à la plage, vous pouvez prendre une bouchée à manger dans un restaurant de fruits de mer sur le golfe. Capitaine Dave propose fruits de mer, avec une salle à manger donnant sur l'océan. Pour une torsion cajun à votre repas, Kenny D's, juste en face de la rue du Capitaine Dave, a une belle gamme de fruits de mer de la Louisiane à choisir. Deux autres excellents restaurants de fruits de mer en bord de mer, The Crab Trap et Pompano Joe, sont seulement une courte distance en voiture sur la plage à l'ouest et à l'est.

Notre location de vacances est idéalement situé à quelques minutes des nombreux aménagements qui Destin a à offrir-shopping dans le plus grand centre de magasins d'usine aux Etats-Unis, célèbre pêche en haute mer, dauphins croisières regarder, et en soirée romantique des croisières océaniques. Destin propose également des animations et de divertissements pour toute la famille, tels que les parcs aquatiques, parachute ascensionnel, plongée en apnée, plongée, kayak, et bien plus encore! En outre, la zone Destin abrite une douzaine de beaux terrains de golf, un zoo, musées, et plusieurs parcs d'État avec des cours de marche et cyclistes. By far one of the cleanest VRBO properties we've ever stayed at. The house was spotless! We had a great stay and would definitely come back given the opportunity. The only downside was that the pool heater was not able to keep up with the cooler temperatures during our stay, so the pool was far colder than the set-point temperature. However, that is not a fault of the property owner. It was a great stay for a small family!

This is our second year staying here. The house was even cleaner than our last stay. Pool is a great size and the residence is a convenient location to the beach and surrounding activities/restaurants. Golf cart is great and highly recommended for trips to beach, etc. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Pool Oasis

This property was perfect for my family of 7 with our 2 fur babies! The beach is a stroll or golf cart ride away but the private pool and patio was our own private oasis! We would definitely rent again!

Perfect Getaway

We scheduled a very last minute getaway with the kids as soon as school ended. We scheduled Friday evening and were checked in Saturday evening. Rosemary was fantastic as a host and answered all of our questions very quickly. The location is perfect for what we wanted. A quiet gated community with a short golf cart ride to the beach and a private pool that was very big. We could not be more happy with our stay.

Everything you could need or ask for!

This home is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and very important, the beach. This house has the nicest pool in the gated community that we seen. Definitely recommend renting the golf cart to drive to the beach and some local shops and restaurants on old 98! Very quiet neighborhood and would recommend for families. Loved that it was no smoking!!! Very clean and equipped with everything you’d need! Rosemary is the best at communicating, too! Very easy process for reservation and payment and even afterward follow-up. Highly recommend!

We loved walking out the back door to get in your own private pool every day. It was close to the beach. The neighborhood is very nice and clean. This place we stayed at is nice. I think it needs some upgrades. It is pet friendly. Rosemary the host was wonderful. Every time I contacted her she would respond. Thank you we had a wonderful time

Stay at Sandcastle

This was my first time using VRBO and first time renting a house instead of a condo. I had a good experience with both and the process was easy. Rosemary was great staying in communication with me and quick to respond to questions and needs. We had a great stay, felt at home. When we couldn’t go to the beach we enjoyed swimming in the private pool. We were close to the beach and having the privacy and complimentary umbrella and chairs was so nice to just sit back and relax. We will definitely do it again and recommend to anyone looking for a vacation home rental.

We'd give this place an 4.5 as a whole. Our stay was great. We needed a place near the beach that would allow our 50 pound doodle stay with us. Only suggestions we have are some of the little things, knives and scissors were dull and difficult to use. Also, the grill might need an upgrade. The front burners flew flames which made for an interesting moment. Overall, we would definitely recommend it to a person with a fur friend .

Loved the pool and outside furniture! House was clean but needs updating. The hostess was very quick to rectify a couple situations- issue with front door lock and toaster. All were fixed very quickly. Parking was an issue; we had two vehicles and a golf cart that we rented extra. We could not park in garage, could not block sidewalk or park in street; therefore, we had to move a vehicle back and forth each time we wanted to use the golf cart. There were excessive “rules” that had costly penalties if violated- ex. had to move trash cans back to side of house after garbage pickup or would be fined. There were several add on costs if chosen- golf cart rental not included in price, heated pool cost extra plus tax and early checkin cost extra. Loved the neighborhood and beach access except the gate code provided did not work.

The property was clean & well maintained. The mattress in the master bedroom was too soft. It felt like sleeping on a marshmallow. The umbrella on the patio was broken. The front entrance light was burnt out and so were several light bulbs inside the house. The dryer needs servicing since it took several cycles to dry our clothes. One of the sinks in master bathroom did not drain well.

Wonderful Property Steps From The Beach

Sandcastle is a gorgeous property with all of the comforts of home! The home is in a safe, quiet, gated community just across the city line from Destin. It is in an excellent location due to its peaceful nature, but close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the gulf front. The private beach access (a short walk away) with the complementary umbrella and 2 chairs was awesome! The beach attendant was very helpful and attentive to guests on the beach. The house itself is perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. It is much larger in person than it appears in the listing. All of the furniture was in good repair and comfortable. The kitchen included a lot of nice amenities for cooking, and the garage had an awesome spare fridge for the adults to utilize. Other perks included a roll away bed, fold out sofa, and plenty of room for guests in the 3 bedrooms shown in the listing. The real star of the show at Sandcastle is the pool. It is a very well maintained salt water pool, surrounded by gorgeous landscaping that really puts off the Florida vibes. It was easy to kick back and enjoy the evenings grilling and swimming. Many pool toys and floats were available in the garage. We also traveled with dogs and found the home to be very pet friendly and welcoming! I am so glad my family and pups were able to spend our first vacation to Miramar at this property, and look forward to more in the future! The owner is extremely responsive and helpful if you should have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property for families and pet owners.

My family has been coming to Destin since 2005, and everytime we visited prior to acquiring this property, we would stay at one of the condos. We loved Destin so much that we decided it was time to invest in a property of our own, so in 2010, we bought The Sand Castle. One of the best parts of this home is definitely the location. It is so close to the beach, where the water is blue and the sand is like sugar. It has the largest designer outlet mall right down the road, restaurants that are absolutely exquisite, and amusements for the whole family to enjoy.

Destin has some of the most lovely beaches that I have ever seen. The waters are clear and blue, the sand is pearly white, the area is crime-free and safe for the whole family, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, the restaurants are divine, and the people are friendly. It doesn't get any better than that!
