Charmante maison à distance de marche de Lake George à Million Dollar Beach, restaurants, lac et magasins! Porche victorien surdimensionné, terrasse arrière surdimensionnée avec piscine privée, 2 foyers au gaz, cuisine entièrement équipée améliorée, 3 chambres, plus 2 chambres bonus avec traverses. 12 personnes au total. 3 bains avec douches, terrasse au 2e étage hors chambre, buanderie.

La maison dispose de 3 chambres à l'étage et
il y a deux chambres bonus en bas. Ils sont des tanières reliées les unes aux autres avec des canapés-lits et un canapé supplémentaire. C’est presque comme une autre partie de la maison avec sa propre salle de bain, un escalier et des curseurs sur le pont et sa propre entrée. Mes enfants dorment là-bas et ils adorent tellement qu'ils ne dormiront nulle part ailleurs! TV également dans ce domaine et une cheminée. Le salon principal a une cheminée et il y a des curseurs sur la terrasse et la piscine de la cuisine entièrement équipée. Il y a un barbecue à l'arrière et la terrasse est grande avec plusieurs tables et sièges. Le joli porche avant a également des sièges.
et il y a de la place pour garer votre bateau, VTT, motoneige ou camping-car. Den Adirondack rustique, WIFI gratuit et câble. Faites revenir toute la famille et le barbecue. À distance de marche de Million Dollar Beach, Lake George Village, Lake George Marina / quais de bateau, parachute ascensionnel, restaurants, magasins et Usher Park / Beach.

Les attractions locales incluent à quelques minutes en voiture de Prospect Mountain, du parc d'attractions et parc aquatique Six Flags Great Escape, de l'équitation et des magasins d'usine du lac George. This spacious home exceeded our expectations. The large kitchen is well equipped and there are so many places to sit and relax on the main floor. The huge, fenced back yard has a pool, many seating areas and even a big fire pit to sit around and look up at the stars. Being so close to restaurants and Main Street was a nice bonus. The hosts were very communicative. helpful and friendly. We definitely will return to this Lake George gem!.

Friends getaway

We had an amazing stay at Lazy Bear! More than enough space and bathrooms for our group! Great yard with pool, bbq and fire pit. Check in process was simple and easy. Hopefully we will be back!!

Wonderful winter getaway!

Great house for us and our college bound kids for a work-ski cation. Quick trip to Gore for them while I worked. Nice walks w dog too! So close to Lake George and downtown - definetely on list for a summer visit!

Our Lake George Stay

We had a fabulous trip to Lake George! The house was perfect, kids (older) enjoyed the pool and shopping in the area, ziplining, and hanging out to relax. No issues at all, and we would be very happy to come back!

Mud Pies Vacation

Good location. Fun for our family of 8 with two under six. Plenty of areas to hang out. On the outside the pool and the large awning were perfect. Grill worked great. Inside was comfortable and clean. Not plush, but worked well for us.

Fun Time in Lake George!

We had a great time at this house. The property was close to town and the beach. The back yard was awesome with the pool and our kids loved the arcade games in the den. The house was exactly as listed. There were also tons of towels, sheets, blankets, etc. Annette and her husband were super quick to respond to any questions we had. Great place for a family vacation!

Great stay & great hosts

We had such a great stay over New Years Eve weekend. We slept comfortably with a bigger group. Annette was very quick to respond and immediately sent over her husband to help when we had an issue with the shower. The house was just what was listed and very close to town. I 100% recommend and I hope to be back in the summer :)

Great House

Short walk to downtown. Very well appointed. Lots of updates. Very accommodating owner to work with. Plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. Just bring your clothes, food & beverages! We had a great time.

My Dream Bachelorette Party

My friends and I celebrated my bachelorette here for a long weekend, and everything was just a dream come true. I am still in awe and just tickled to death with our time in Lake George. Annette’s property was a dream come true, plenty of space for all of us girls to sleep and get ready after a long day in the sun (3 full bathrooms is amazing!!) Pool is so clean, we had so much fun on the back deck. Thank you for a weekend J will remember for the rest of my life. Already want to go back!

Cleanliness

The house needs a good spring cleaning. Couldn't use the jetted tub because there was brown stains in and around the jets. The grout in the other bathroom was dirty, dusty throughout (ceiling fans, lamps, blinds, baseboards, exhaust fans in bathrooms dirty). The website shows a decor that is quality but so much of the decor was mismatched decor from 30 years ago to modern. The toilet paper was one ply. There are nice things about the property and the host was accommodating, but as stated above some things were not.

Wonderful stay

We were a group of three families (all friends) who rented this house. We ended up having four adults and four kids there- kids ranged in age from 3 to 7 and all loved it. Communication with the owner was terrific- she seems completely lovely and really easy to interact with and very quick to respond. The pool was great- it gets pretty deep at something like 9 ft. But the first half of the pool has stairs and a shallow until about 4 ft. And then there's a steep drop off. I mention it because even though there was a smaller area for the little kids to play in the pool, they still were able to have fun and play without needing floaties to stay upright. The location was great for our family esp with young kids. There is a very little beach (I think usher beach?)and park down the street. That was terrific. It's a short drive to the arcade. There were restaurants close by who delivered and we were able to get Walmart delivery for groceries. All in all great stay and would definitely consider staying there again!

Overall a great stay

This house is a nice cozy place and had just the right amount of room for our party of 12. The hosts were great and very prompt in responding to all our queries. A couple of things could have been better - the door in the big master bath didn't close properly. That should be fixed. Also, the heat in the house wasn't great in the living room and kitchen. Even with the fireplace on, the living room and kitchen were pretty cold. The furnace wasn't turning on even when the thermostat setting was 73F and the indoor temp was showing 60F. That needs to be checked as well. But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The heat was turning off because the fireplace was on, so the thermostat was reading the heat from the fireplace. Since you reported this issue we moved the thermostat to another room away from the fireplace. Thanks for letting us know of the issue. We also fixed the door not closing and replaced the mechanism.
