Lil Granny's Lake House - Maison de 750 pieds carrés dans une subdivision tranquille sur le lac LBJ

La maison du lac de Lil 'Granny est située dans la plus ancienne subdivision du lac LBJ à niveau constant. Détendez-vous sous de grands chênes ou dans la grande véranda grillagée. Si vous aimez pêcher, deux quais privés sont à seulement un pâté de maisons. Situé sur Chevy Cove, connu par les habitants comme l'un des meilleurs sites de pêche sur le lac LBJ. Je garde même les poissons nourris pour vous aider.

La maison dispose de 2 lits queen size, WIFI, TV satellite, DVR et Netflix. Une cuisine entièrement équipée avec cafetière goutte à goutte et cafetière à dosettes, lave-vaisselle, W / D, matelas gonflable pour les enfants, barbecue à gaz, foyer et un 14X24 grillagé dans le porche

De nombreuses activités sont à proximité. Vous êtes à 5 minutes de Kingsland. À cinq minutes de la maison historique où le classique de l'horreur, "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" a été filmé. La maison est maintenant un restaurant 5 étoiles nommé Grand Central Station. Vous êtes à 10 minutes de 2 terrains de golf, à 15 minutes de 2 parcs d'État, à 28 minutes de Llano et du célèbre barbecue Coopers, à 35 minutes de Johnson City. Lil Granny's Lake House

We loved staying here, Jackie was so accommodating and took really good care of us. We will be back to stay here, great neighborhood and clean place to stay with all the ammenities.

Great place to stay

We absolutely love this place. House was spotless and had everything we need. We fished for 3 days and loved that we could walk down to the lake. Kids had a blast swimming and fishing. We will definitely be staying here again.

Quaint cottage

This cozy cottage was perfect for our trip. Jackie was very helpful suggesting local restaurants and activities. The dock and paddle boat were just a short distance and the cove was a great fishing location.

Comfy at Granny’s

Lil Grannys has very comfortable beds, very clean, and has everything you need. It has a very nice dock at the end of the road and very accommodating hosts. I highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time here and we will be back again!

The perfect, simple, family vacation. Comfortable house and beautiful scenery. It’s exactly what we needed for our family get-away. Caught some fish, saw some shooting stars from the gorgeous deck, and enjoyed the kayaks too. Can’t wait until next year!

Small, but very comfortable.

We enjoyed the week we spent. Quiet location with quick access to a private boat ramp and a dock to keep your boat overnight if you choose to. Great owner lives next door and will do anything they can to make your stay enjoyable. We will be back.

Super clean, updated, comfortable, and quiet!

Very comfortable beds, spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, everything new/updated inside, zero noises at night, use of private pier down the street - all great! Wouldn't change a thing.

Super Stay

This place is a great place-it has all of the modern comforts (Especially great water pressure and comfy bedding and mattresses)…but it takes you back to a place that was the Hill country, before it became so well-known and crowded. Gorgeous oaks overhang the road, quiet street full of rolling green lawns down to the cove. Super experience and would stay again!

Very nice comfortable clean /good beds / good air-conditioning Will be equipped kitchen with washer and dryer nice enclosed porch and the landlord very helpful and nice . This property is just a short walk to the water .

Perfect Getaway

Extremely fortunate to have found this property! It was perfect for our family of three. My son learned to kayak. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Will is a great guy!! Caught a ton of sunfish, too.

Fabulous getaway cottage

This adorable cottage is great for getting away from the stresses of life. It is very clean, quiet, and affordable. Jackie and his wife go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The enclosed front porch is a wonderful feature. I spent an afternoon out there, just reading and relaxing. I hope to make another visit next year!

Ideal location for getaway

William was analyzing host. Our family had an amazing time. He was easy to get a hold of. He has a wealth of information about the area. He ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed. We can not wait to go back. This is a must stay for anyone looking for a nice peaceful getaway in the beautiful hill country.

Wonderful and peaceful

Such a great hidden gem. Super quiet street with wonderful trees. The house was perfect for 4 adults. Had everything we needed for the weekend at the lake. Used the private dock for some fishing and to launch our kayaks. We will be back for sure. Thank you Jackie!

Great Find

This was the best experience yet. Owner friendly and answered any questions we had. Neighborhood nice and quiet with screened in porch totally made stress of city life vanish away. You could not ask for a nicer cleaner rental. We will be back!!
