Rénové 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec un lot supplémentaire pour le stationnement des véhicules récréatifs, des remorques à bateaux et de nombreuses voitures. Cette maison a tout avec 4 chambres et deux salles de bain complÚtes. Dispositions de couchage confortables: chambre principale avec lit king-size, deuxiÚme chambre avec deux lits superposés (un jumeau / jumeau et un jumeau / complet), troisiÚme chambre avec lit queen-size et une salle de jeux avec un lit king-size et deux futons pleine grandeur. Un canapé-lit dans le salon complÚte les couchages et rend cet endroit idéal pour plusieurs escapades familiales. Les tarifs de location sont basés sur 8 personnes. Les invités supplémentaires sont de 25 $ par nuit.

Le bras de la riviÚre Llano du lac LBJ est un endroit unique en raison du fond sablonneux qui est idéal pour les enfants et les adultes. Ne tentez pas votre chance sur un canal ou une crique lorsque l'eau la plus claire et la plus propre du lac est disponible au SAKS Retreat.

La profondeur de l'eau au quai est de 3 Ă  4 pieds et le quai est de 75 pieds de long. Beaucoup d'espace pour plusieurs bateaux et motomarines.

Toute la zone en face de la maison est une zone sans sillage, il est donc sûr pour la baignade. Pas un amoureux de l'eau? Ensuite, détendez-vous sur le pont avec un bon livre tout en profitant de la meilleure vue sur Packsaddle Mountain, ou faites une partie de golf juste en bas de la rue au Lighthouse Golf Club.

Family Get Away

Great location on the river, sandy water and quite shallow so great for kids and pets. House was cool and comfortable with plenty of space and a fantastic view across the lake at sunrise and sunset.

Great location and plenty of space to spread out at the lake.

We loved our stay. Loved the location and all the amenities. My only wish was that the water was a little deeper at the property. Deeper water was only 200-300 yards away so it would not be a deterrent. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Sibling reunion

Our stay with the Kingsland lake property was well received by all family members. Plenty of space for comfort and nothing could beat the views from property. There were plenty of activities from fishing, kayaking, and hanging out with family. It truly was a chance to relax and experience "lake life." Enjoyed our time on the lake and would do it again.

Family’s Summer Fun

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Thank you for turning up the air conditioner before we arrived. Rooms were comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook indoors or out. HEB only a short distance away. Kayaks were a hit. Only complaint was there wasn’t enough seating in family room for a family of 6 adults and 2 grown teenagers and enjoy. A sectional sofa in your future may help. Also brush pile was left on property. Perfect home for snakes and bees. Would come again. 😊

River fun

There are no pics of the kitchen so I worried there was something wrong with it. It is small but nice and well equipped. There is a very nice deck overlooking the slope to the river and across. No pics of it. There is no development on the other side of the river. It’s beautiful. The kids loved having their own large space in the converted garage. The river in front of the dock is just as described. We enjoyed wading out from the dock to get to a little deeper water to sit in chair floats when we were lazy. For deep water swimming there is an HOA beach several houses down, our kids are older and loved swimming there. We also used the kayaks to paddle down to the swimming beach, meeting the “lazy” branch of the family there for swims. Expect a good workout in the kayak. We enjoyed it. The slab was an awesome section of the river. Drive down to the road that crosses the river. Park on the side of the road near the bridge that crosses it. Explore going down river. Wear good water shoes. I read every review because the pics truly do not do it justice. Don’t expect a luxury stay but it’s updated, very clean, and perfect for a relaxing or active river stay, your choice. Any questions, the owner gets right back to you. I would visit this property again.

Great Place to Get Away

The sleeping arrangements were great, the location on the water is wonderful, and the amenities were just exactly what they said they were on the VRBO site. The family had a very memorable evening together the night before my father's funeral, and the rental home was the highlight of a very hard couple of days. I'll stay here again!

Lovely River Retreat

This is the 4th time we've stayed at this lovely house on the river. The house is perfect, and we love the big yard and wonderful river that is shallow enough for our grandson to walk across to the island and skip rocks in the river, yet deep enough for our kayaks. What a wonderful week-end!

Fun at the Lake

Great location for adults and kids. Nice water shallow enough for young kids, but clear and cool for adults. Easy access and plenty of kayaks and other equipment provided. Third time here and probably not our last.

Dog days of summer

My family enjoyed a quick weekend away to soak up the sun and play in the river. We had a wonderful time cooking out, late nights on the patio and extended deck under the stars and kayaking the llano river. The water was warm and perfect for our children. We had a wonderful time and already have requests to return.

GREAT place!

Property is a great location with beautiful view, home is spacious has everything you need and all the things you may have forgot. The beach down the road is a really nice place for all to swim. Water at the property is ideal for the littles to swim. Big kids and adults had a lot of fun in kayaks. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was very nice and responded quickly to any of our needs!

Nostalgic throwback

The property was just as I was expecting based on growing up going to the Llano river. Enough space for all cousins and family to have their own space. Paddle boarding, fishing off of the dock, watching the stars at night, and game nights were a great way to reconnect with all of our family. We all gre up visiting our grandads place a few houses down and this was perfect. Got a little hot in the house, but this is Texas and it gets hot. When I had questions the host was very prompt. Would totally recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun environment in the area.

The property was very clean. We had plenty of space for everyone! The kids enjoyed the river at night because it was shallow! You really can’t drive a boat up to the dock because it’s so shallow! Fun was had by all!

A great stay for the entire family!

The house just feels like home! All the bedding was new and the towels were amazing! Everything we could possibly need was provided. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, kayaking up the river, sunsets from the banks and evening games around the kitchen table. Plenty to do for the teens and even the grandparents. Definitely adding to our list of favorites! Also an easy drive to the Bluebonnet Cafe for pie!

Perfect family getaway

The home was a perfect weekend retreat for our family. The house was clean and well stocked, and the lake was quiet. The kayaks were in great condition and were easy to launch. We had a wonderful time. Next time we will stay longer!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Purchased this property because of the kid friendly location on the lake. Quiet, relaxing views of Packsaddle and a sandy lake bottom make this property a "must stay" for families with kids of all ages. The Llano River arm of Lake LBJ is the preferred spot to park your boat and hang out in the water that averages from 2 to 12 feet deep. It is also the preferred spot for wake boarders due to the long straight stretch of water and the limited boat traffic. A small sand island right off the shore is a favorite for smaller children and creates a private swim area. Kayaking is also a favorite activity on this part of the lake and 3 kayaks are provided for use during your stay. A paddle boat is also included and is a great way to explore the lake and meet the neighbors.

You won't find a better view on the lake. Undisturbed natural shoreline across the lake with Packsaddle mountain in the background. A Western view makes for beautiful sunsets.
