Rénové 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec un lot supplémentaire pour le stationnement des véhicules récréatifs, des remorques à bateaux et de nombreuses voitures. Cette maison a tout avec 4 chambres et deux salles de bain complètes. Dispositions de couchage confortables: chambre principale avec lit king-size, deuxième chambre avec deux lits superposés (un jumeau / jumeau et un jumeau / complet), troisième chambre avec lit queen-size et une salle de jeux avec un lit king-size et deux futons pleine grandeur. Un canapé-lit dans le salon complète les couchages et rend cet endroit idéal pour plusieurs escapades familiales. Les tarifs de location sont basés sur 8 personnes. Les invités supplémentaires sont de 25 $ par nuit.

Le bras de la rivière Llano du lac LBJ est un endroit unique en raison du fond sablonneux qui est idéal pour les enfants et les adultes. Ne tentez pas votre chance sur un canal ou une crique lorsque l'eau la plus claire et la plus propre du lac est disponible au SAKS Retreat.

La profondeur de l'eau au quai est de 3 à 4 pieds et le quai est de 75 pieds de long. Beaucoup d'espace pour plusieurs bateaux et motomarines.

Toute la zone en face de la maison est une zone sans sillage, il est donc sûr pour la baignade. Pas un amoureux de l'eau? Ensuite, détendez-vous sur le pont avec un bon livre tout en profitant de la meilleure vue sur Packsaddle Mountain, ou faites une partie de golf juste en bas de la rue au Lighthouse Golf Club.

Great location and plenty of space to spread out at the lake.

We loved our stay. Loved the location and all the amenities. My only wish was that the water was a little deeper at the property. Deeper water was only 200-300 yards away so it would not be a deterrent. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great Place to Get Away

The sleeping arrangements were great, the location on the water is wonderful, and the amenities were just exactly what they said they were on the VRBO site. The family had a very memorable evening together the night before my father's funeral, and the rental home was the highlight of a very hard couple of days. I'll stay here again!

Wonderful House on River

This place is amazing--house is planned to bring people together but also give everyone private spaces. River was clean, we loved sandy bottom, and shallow enough for our six-year old. Gorgeous stars at night.

Absolute Best!

We had a wonderful time at SAKS!! It was the perfect spot with plenty of beds and lots of space outside for the kids to run around, stocked kitchen, clean, tons of extra towels/linens, and the kayaks & paddleboat were awesome too!!. The sandy beach area was fantastic for our 4 young kids to play safely along the river's edge! We loved it and will definitely visit again!!

Loved it!!

We loved are stay at this property kids all had a blast my grandmother loved that the water was shallow and we didn't have to worry about the kids as much house was very clean and well equipped for anything will definitely be staying here again!!

Lovely River Retreat

This is the 4th time we've stayed at this lovely house on the river. The house is perfect, and we love the big yard and wonderful river that is shallow enough for our grandson to walk across to the island and skip rocks in the river, yet deep enough for our kayaks. What a wonderful week-end!

Sibling reunion

Our stay with the Kingsland lake property was well received by all family members. Plenty of space for comfort and nothing could beat the views from property. There were plenty of activities from fishing, kayaking, and hanging out with family. It truly was a chance to relax and experience "lake life." Enjoyed our time on the lake and would do it again.

River Paradise

Lovely and comfortable house with a fabulous yard that leads down to river. Beautiful river perfect for children, shallow with sandy bottom (too shallow for power boats, which we liked). House layout affords both privacy, with the four bedrooms, and togetherness, with nice kitchen, dining area, living room and patio. We love this place!

A great stay for the entire family!

The house just feels like home! All the bedding was new and the towels were amazing! Everything we could possibly need was provided. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, kayaking up the river, sunsets from the banks and evening games around the kitchen table. Plenty to do for the teens and even the grandparents. Definitely adding to our list of favorites! Also an easy drive to the Bluebonnet Cafe for pie!

Relaxing vacation

The description is perfect and the house was a perfect size for a family vacation. We had teens and two 10 years olds that enjoyed every moment of our stay. Peaceful, relaxing and fun river access. The only minor hiccup was the fridge doesn’t cool hot drinks quickly. (About a day and a half to cool down bottled water )

The place was great. Could not ask for more. The propane bottles are very low or empty, but did not cause us problems. Probably should be filled all the same

The property was very clean. We had plenty of space for everyone! The kids enjoyed the river at night because it was shallow! You really can’t drive a boat up to the dock because it’s so shallow! Fun was had by all!

We are so glad you enjoyed the property. While the water is only 2 to 3 feet deep, small to medium sized boats with trimable motors can get to the dock. Our 22 foot pontoon is tied up often as is our center console bass boat and Sea-Doos. Wake boats are not able to make it to the dock and usually anchor up off shore. Hope to host you again.

Purchased this property because of the kid friendly location on the lake. Quiet, relaxing views of Packsaddle and a sandy lake bottom make this property a "must stay" for families with kids of all ages. The Llano River arm of Lake LBJ is the preferred spot to park your boat and hang out in the water that averages from 2 to 12 feet deep. It is also the preferred spot for wake boarders due to the long straight stretch of water and the limited boat traffic. A small sand island right off the shore is a favorite for smaller children and creates a private swim area. Kayaking is also a favorite activity on this part of the lake and 3 kayaks are provided for use during your stay. A paddle boat is also included and is a great way to explore the lake and meet the neighbors.

You won't find a better view on the lake. Undisturbed natural shoreline across the lake with Packsaddle mountain in the background. A Western view makes for beautiful sunsets.
