House sleeps 7 people. The primary bedroom has a king and one twin bed. The second bedroom has a queen and two twin beds. NO bunk beds.

From the patio and deck there are beautiful lake and hill county views. Right off the covered patio is the second full bathroom to get ready for a day on the lake or wash off after playing in the sand and fresh water.

The two car garage provides additional relaxation space and contains several chairs, a card table and carpeted space to play around.

- Beach is 75 ft wide and 150 ft deep. Good sand suitable for volleyball

- Far from city lights, enjoy watching the stars at night.
- Fishing and playing in the water without jellyfish, sharks, tar balls or saltwater.

Once you book house with us, we will send you our rental agreement for you to sign. A couple of weeks before your stay we will send you a list of nearby restaurants, local attractions and local boat rental businesses.
