Conçue pour le plaisir, cette maison comprend une connexion Wi-Fi, un nouveau plancher en bois, deux chambres et deux salles de bain, une spacieuse cuisine avec coin repas et tout le nécessaire Les caractéristiques comprennent une grande salle à manger, un salon ouvert menant à une véranda avec vue sur la riviÚre Llano et la colline, et la cheminée indispensable pour les soirées d'hiver.

Personnes comprennent un lit queen et un lit double dans la chambre principale, un lit et un lit superposé fixé dans la deuxiÚme chambre, et un canapé-lit complet avec un lit double dans la salle de soleil.

Sortez de ponts couverts pour la dĂ©tente, avec un barbecue pour les grillades, et un feu de camp pour griller des guimauves et de garder au chaud pendant l'observation des Ă©toiles. La cour herbeuse descend vers le bras de la riviĂšre Llano du lac LBJ oĂč vous pouvez pĂȘcher, Ă©clabousser ou flotter dans l’eau.

Pour votre plus grand plaisir, nous proposons un bateau Jon ou un kayak moyennant un faible coût de location.

Perfect Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fishing in the morning behind the house and drove 5 minutes to Llano Slab in the evening. Peaceful and quiet. The house has everything you need. Food options close in Kingsland and Marble Falls only takes 15 minute drive. Easy check in process. We will be back!

Very relaxing!

We had a blast! The river was perfect for catfishing and habing fun on the kayaks. Woth the water lvl being shallow in most spots (3' to 6') it was a perfect swimming spot for the kiddos. Neighbors were nice and welcoming. Our families will definitely be booking this location again for a get away.

Just Right

The house was exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. I slept in the twin in the sunroom, and it was great. We booked a fishing guide and needed a place to stay. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and telling stories. We found spices in the kitchen, but no oil. Also, bring your own bath wash and shampoo. The neighbors are nice and we enjoyed brief chats.

Beautiful location

The house was clean and well equipped, - plenty of kitchen items. Our only complaint would be the numerous cob webs under the covering of the deck. Spiders came down from the covering onto my husband twice. I understand Texas has bugs, but spraying the deck and under the covering a day or so before guests might help.

Great location

Relaxing Location, with a great view. Enjoyed our stay as the house was spacious and accommodated everyone. Toddlers and older kids loved the place and open living room. The river was flooded with all the recent rain but it looks like it’s a great spot to get in the water once it slows down a little bit. Would definitely stay again!

Disappointed

The location was nice. The house was nice, but lacking in amenities. We walked into a cold, dark house. The inside of the house was basically clean, with the exception of the centerpiece on the dining table that was stuck to it as a result of improper cleaning. I’m not much for plastic, so finding that there was no glass plates, or glasses was also a disappointment. Glass coffee cups were provided, but were stuck to the liner inside the cabinet. I was hesitant to use anything without prior washing on my part. Most of the serving dishes were also plastic I found this a concern as plastic is hard to sterilize. The patio cushions were dirty and the lights were covered with spiderwebs. The appearance suggested that it had not been cleaned in a really long time. The previous B&Bs that I have stayed in offered shampoo and soap for showers; this one did not. Since this was a lake house, I did expect to at least find a hairdryer, but this was not the case. The Wi-Fi and password did not work. I was finally able to get this access by using a different network which accepted the password. This B&B has so much potential as it does have nice access to the water. The visit with family made it possible to overlook the things that I had expected from this B&B.

Family lake weekend

It was very nice and quiet. We liked the back deck to sit and relax! The front door lock was a little difficult to open, but Julie was called and it was taken care of. The location was great for meeting other family members, we all had a great time!

Quiet house with a view

Quiet neighborhood with the perfect area to get in and stay in the water all day. Excellent for small children, because the water is not too deep. The house also has everything you’ll need for larger groups as well. Will definitely be back!

Decent stay!

The house was clean, it was nice having the river right there in the back yard. Property owner had great communication only complaints I have are the lock on the door is not easy to get in we struggled with it everyday, maybe the batteries just need to be changed, idk? And the neighbor to the left had some dogs that wouldn't stop barking every night, we walked over and asked then if they could bring them inside as we had to get up each morning at 4am. Other than that lots of deer, quiet neighborhood, and great communication!

Our favorite thing about the property is creating memories with family and friends! We enjoy the evening sunsets, fishing, playing football in the yard or splashing in the Llano River.

Spacious yard and covered decks that comfortably accommodates large families or small groups, just steps a way from the waters edge. Great fishing along the peaceful banks of Lake LBJ/Llano River and views of the lake, land and Packsaddle Mountains.
