The condo was as advertised, good communication with the host. The only concern was that the garage is not large, a full sized truck would not fit.

A wonderful place to stay, steps from Front St and the beach. We here with our three kids under 9, and they had the best time!! Although I wouldn’t say it’s “child proof” (glass coffee table, no plastic plates or cups), we just kept a vigilant eye on the kids and it was fine. We loved the rooftop patio with a view of the lake in the distance. We made s'mores on the rooftop fire pit (my husband and I roasted the marshmallows to avoid any messes on the gas fire pit). It’s about a 12 minute walk to Clinch Park (super kid friendly) and the beach across the street was perfect (sandy and very few people there) for evening swims. Highly recommend staying here with or without kiddos!

Wonderful two nights in TC! Our family of four (two teenagers) had a great two night stay. The location was perfect for morning and evening walks by the water, easy two minute walk to front street for all of the shopping and dining and easy to find. For those with larger vehicles ask Ryan for an additional parking space in the parking lot behind the property. Garage is fairly small, our daughters Mazda CX5 barely fit. We had two vehicles so we paid and extra 25 per stay for an additional parking space for our larger vehicle in a parking lot directly behind the unit and that was great. Property was clean, beautiful, well maintained. AC cooled the main level really well but the upstairs was warm. However, each bedroom room has a floor fan and that helped move the air around. Would stay again. Love TC!

Overall the property was really nice and clean and so would stay again. But be warned, there are a decent amount of stairs as the garage is the first floor. It wasn’t a huge thing for us but for others it might be. Another reviewer mentioned how small/tight the garage is and that is true. I have a CRV and it was still tight getting out the drivers door. But it was nice to at least have a garage, plus there is a parking lot at the back of the building if you have a bigger vehicle. Things that were annoying but didn’t ruin our trip:1. The first night we were there the internet connection kept going out. It would work and then stop working for a while, then work again. The next morning (through the rest of our trip) it was working fine so I didn’t notify the owner. Could just be a freak thing. 2. There was a small amount of trash left in the upstairs bathroom garbage can. The guests are supposed to throw the trash out so the last guests must’ve forgotten. And maybe the cleaner didn’t notice. 3. Checkin was frustrating but I believe that could be b/c I booked the place the night before our stay. I did send a message to the owner telling him I would be showing up the next day and we therefore need the door codes, etc., earlier than expected. Messaging didn’t work so I ended up having to call the owner directly to get the door codes, etc. 4. If you are a tall person in the upper bunk won’t work for you.5. Only one roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. Awkward!!

Very nice place downtown Traverse City, very close to shops, restaurants, beach.A couple minor issues -- 1. Wifi information provided wasn't correct and had to contact host.2. The parking garage was nice, but too small to park either of our cars (Suburban and pickup truck).
