Sterline Sands will be top of the list to stay again. AC is great! BRs far apart. No noise from street traffic, pool or neighbors above, below or beside. Maintenance reacted next day to my request to repair the lock on sliding glass door, the MW and fridge, and dishwasher and the sliding closet door off track. Thank you Real Joy and VRBO.

Wonderful stay, only wished it was longer. The beach was amazing, the water was perfect for swimming and the pool was very clean and great for morning swimming. The location was wonderful and the staff at Real Joy Vacations were excellent at communicating with us. Will love to go back.

This 2nd floor condo was perfect for my family of 5. The unit was clean and is tastefully decorated. The mirrors provided a view of the ocean no matter where we were in the main area. We found some beach toys & chairs in the outdoor closet that came in handy every day, as well as the cooler! (There is also a borrow bin down by the pool of left behind toys and floats to use). Our kids were able to easily split time all day between beach and pool because of the ease of access. The Sterling Sands property is very clean as well. We appreciated the communication from the host, checking in that we were settled in and if we needed anything! We knew if an issue came up there would be no problem getting a response. Our kids are asking us to book again for next years trip!!

Clean condo. Easy access to pool and beach. Within walking distance to shopping and food. The cost was a little pricey when you have to supply all paper goods if you're staying longer than 2 or 3 days with more than 3 or 4 people. 2 Rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. Hot tub out of order for the week. Grills out of order for 4 days of our stay. No basic seasonings to cook with so bring some from home so you're not buying it just for the condo.

End of Year Trip

This was our first trip to the gulf at the end of the year and it was great. The pool was heated and the hot tub was nice and hot. The condo was comfy and had everything we needed to cook meals.
