Guest access
The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home, thats why you are here. There is one closet that is locked and used for supplies.

COVID-19 SANITIZATION
Health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are very importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

** Additional rules **
NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in our home. Again NO PARTIES!
• ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED within the reservation request; max number of overnight guests is 10.
- NO SMOKING
• Visitors must be cleared with me before inviting them over. Visitors to the guests should not exceed 10 (for a max number of 10 people in my home at any one time).
- Any guest in reservation must verify identity with the platform VRBO or host. No access will be granted and no refunds or exceptions if ID is not recognize. We take serious to identify the person who is actually staying in our home and like any person we need to confirm who is staying in.
- Extra guest fee - After 8 guests (home limit), $50 per person, per night
• All guests are liable for any and all damage to the home and common areas, including legal fees.
- A refundable deposit might be require at booking
• Illegal drugs are not permitted on our property.
• Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises.
• No smoking of any kind nor pets, these are not permitted in our home – guests will be charged a $250 fine per day of full staying plus the cost to remove smoke or odor from the unit.
- An additional cleaning fee of $295 total to be applied on longer reservations, 3 weeks and over for deeper cleaning.
• Guests must treat our home with respect please keep the place tidy. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans or frying pans.
• Please remove all footwear at the door of our house.
• Smelly garbage must be disposed of in the garbage (adjacent near garage bins are available outside) before the smell fills my home.
• Do not stain the white towels – a $25 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels
• Excessive use of towels or linens may result in an extra laundry fee. Extra linens are provided when the number of overnight guests exceeds two or when requested.
• All makeup must be removed before using the pillows. Removal of makeup from the linens is very difficult and time-consuming.
- Fireplace is only decorative. DONOT intend to turn on. We have never used it. Damages will be fully guest responsibility.
• Candles are only to be used in the rare event of a power outage. They are decorative elements and not for regular guest use as they pose a significant fire hazard.
• Late check-outs and early check-ins are challenging since the listing is always booked back to back. Depending on the circumstance, fees for an early check-in and/or late check-out may range from $50 up to fully cost of the nightly rate of the reservation, and that will not grant you the night.

Summary:
We take our Airbnb business and these rules very seriously. We do this to ensure the next guest will receive our home in the same immaculate condition as you did. For most guests, these will be common sense, but in some cases, they may not be obvious at all. Fees for disrespecting our house and violating these rules will be levied through a Resolution Centre in accordance with the VRBO Terms of Use, grant you eviction and no refunds.
