The place is beautiful inside, in a great location and the AC was amazing in the summer heat. It didn't have a lot of supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, etc. Also, the dryer doesn't work.

We loved the location and the character of this apartment. The communication with the host was fabulous. The air conditioning was amazing. The unit was actually on three levels so a lot of stairs and no doors on two of the bedrooms. The second bathroom was in one of the bedrooms but that bedroom was really too small to make it a primary suite. So the configuration of bedrooms was a bit awkward for our group of 4 persons. Also - we had some issues with the washer/dryer set up and could not get clothes to dry. There were several floors of stone steps to get to the unit which were difficult mainly due to the heatwave. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the superb location but we would have been happier to be on one or even two levels and not have two flights of stone steps to get to the apartment.

The apartment was in an excellent location, clean, air-conditioned and very quirky (in a very good way). The only slight complaint was the lack of proactive communication prior to our arrival. Vrbo suggests the hosts should get in touch 3 days before check-in. Unfortunately that didn't happen, and I didn't get a response to my two messages leading up to our arrival. I had to phone the day before our arrival to check everything was OK, and was then given access to our host who was very helpful and quick to respond. It's a shame that process wasn't smoother as it's very stressful traveling with children when there are no check-in details provided.Having said all that, we would definitely stay again.

The space is 3 flights up. It’s beautiful and worth the climb. The apartment is a duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , kitchen and washing machine. The location is amazing: around the corner from Santa Croce Church— tons of restaurants, shops. 15 minute walk to the train station. It was a great location and gave us lots of space to relax at the end of the day.

We loved staying in this wonderful location in the heart of Florence. It was a short walk to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. Traveling with three young adult children, having three bathrooms was an absolute godsend. Our host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful property and will try to stay here again the next time we are in Florence.

Location was perfect

This spot allows a quick commute to restaurants, cathedrals and museums and with the right size group, you can grab a bottle of wine and finish off the night in this spacious and comfortable apartment and continue to soak up the atmosphere of Firenze.

This house was beyond incredible and the pictures do not do it justice. Amazing location in the center of Florance and an overall fantastic experience for our family. Only regret is that we didn't get to stay here longer!

A great spot to stay in Florence

The only thing I would strongly suggest would be some kind of doors for the two upper bedrooms The sound and light travel to both of those. Obviously the loft would still be partly open but even a lined curtain would assist those sleeping there The place is great !

Beautiful renovated apartment in historic building. The only negatives are the flights of stairs to navigate, 3rd sleeping area is just an open loft and per person tourist tax that wasn't communicated until we had been there 22 hours. The apartment was clean and well done overall.

Beautiful Florence Stay

The VRBO is conveniently located within walking distance to all the Florence downtown scenic historical attractions. It should be noted a city tax per person, per day will be required to be paid to the hostess during stay. Also just prior to the stay we found out the washer wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed until we left. Overall though a very comfortable VRBO and would recommend to stay while in Florence.

Perfect place and location for family

Great location for our visit in Firenze as we could easily walk to sites in the morning then enjoy some relaxing and recharge back in the place late afternoon and early evening before heading back out for dinner and the night. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Comfortable beds, quieter street, and great AC for sleeping. Kitchen was great as well for quick meals and snacking. Responsive and timely communication before and during stay. was
