We loved this place! We could not have found a better location- steps from ponte vecchio and palazzo vecchio. Clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Note: plan to carry a suitcase up one floor from the tiny elevator. Second bathroom shower was usable but broken. All in all, fantastic!

Apartment was very clean. Elevator to top floor was very easy to use. There was an extra flight of stairs to get to apartment but they were easy to traverse! Views were spectacular and completely consistent with the pictures. Washing machine was great. We put clothes on drying rack and things were dry the next morning. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location and views of this property could not be better for Florence. We had easy access to Duomo, Pont Vecchio, Uffizi, Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens, etc. Terraces on both sides of the apartment provided views of almost all of the major landmarks.

On the plus side, the view is fabulous and the location excellent. The restaurant next door, Buca Poldo, was great. On the minus side, the description fails to mention that the elevator only goes to the 6th floor and that the attic is 19 marble steps up. My friend uses a cane and that made coming and going challenging. Some TLC is also in order.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location. Great views on both sides. The lift was easy and convenient, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. The apartment is large and was clean enough, but does need some TLC compared to the listing photos. Our group was quiet but larger group may annoy downstairs neighbor, just fyi. Overall we enjoyed it and loved the views and location.

Could not be a better location- very short walk to everything and views from the balconies were amazing. We missed having a microwave, but everything else was delightful.
