Casita de piedra con encanto en pinar junto a la costa. Con un Amplio Jardín en diferentes Niveles, Varias Terrazas, Barbacoa con Horno de leña frente a la Piscina. Pose cuatro habitaciones en dos plantas independientes amplio salón con Chimenea, ideal para familias. Recuerde que a la llegada debera pagar la ecotasa que tiene un coste de 2 euros por persona y dia los menores estan exentos. Zona muy recogida y tranquila. Con espacio para Aparcar un coche dentro de la propiedad, y varios en el exterior. Hay un Chiringuito junto al mar a unos 400m de la casa, perfecto para ir a ver la puesta de Sol. Al estar la casa en un pinar, la temperatura es muy agradable, incluso en los días mas calurosos. Zona residencial.

Really great base. The main house has 2 bedrooms, a bunk and a double, with good shower/toilet room, good size sitting room with smart tv, and a good kitchen, with large fridge-freezer. There is an extra building down some steps, by the pool with 2 more double bedrooms and another shower/toilet. The air conditioning makes such a difference.The host, Rosa, is great. Communication was practically instant. Whenever I had a question, the answer came back in minutes.The surroundings are perfect. Although there are other houses around, you are not overlooked. There are beautiful trees, several places to sit, depending on whether you want to be in or out of the sun, a huge outside table with chairs, and a bbq area. Mostly, all you can hear are the birds singing. Having said that, its only a 5 minute walk into Costa de la Calma, with its shops, bars and restaurants, or 15 to 20 into Santa Ponsa, with its fabulous beach. If you want to get supplies in, Palmanova is only a 15 min drive and has a huge Lidl and Aldi. Its a great place for a day out, with so many shops and restaurants and another beautiful beach. If you're going with kids, its well worth a trip to Katmandu in Magaluf, just round the bay from Palmanova. Its a theme park, but SO much better tgan you get in England.We were a party of 5 adults, plus a 12 year old boy and 14 year old girl and all really loved our stay. We would definitely book again.

Great holiday house for 2 families

We were two families on holiday together. The house was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. It was very hot whilst we were there and the air conditioning was a life saver! We spent plenty of time in the pool, which was great too. The garden was a haven of cool under the trees - but make sure you have a mosquito coil in the evenings. The location is great - a peaceful area with a great beach bar and couple of restaurants nearby. The young adults in our group loved the nightlife of Santa Ponsa, which was a short walk away - and the great beach. The buses are really easy to use and Palma is a short hop away - and worth a visit. Rosa was super helpful too - thank you so much for everything. Highly recommended, we had a great holiday!

Big plot of land in quiet residential cul-de-sac, 10-15mins from main restaurants /bars & beach of Santa Ponsa.But things to take into account are, 2 of the bedrooms are not attached to the villa, they are underneath on a different level (which means families need to split) and then have the keys to be able to get into villa if no doors left open. The patio is very uneven and no fence to open stairs/drop to under villa bedrooms. Lots of pine trees which make it very shaded, not for us as love the sunshine so didn’t stay in villa and headed to the beach each days and bought dinners there. The pool full of pine needles & moths, maybe needs some attention?! Beds not particularly comfortable, pillows cheap and lumpy(personal opinions I know!). Sun lounger covers need to be replaced. Great communication with owner though.

Fantastic, quiet villa.

We (four friends) stayed at Rosa's villa to celebrate a 40th birthday in late April 2023 and were treated to some lovely weather. Rosa greeted us at the property and gave us all the information we needed before leaving us to our holiday. We were able to check in at 2pm, which was a big bonus as our flight arrived in the mid-morning. The property itself is lovely, very well located and easy to find. It has all the basics you'd need and the outdoor area, especially the bbq seating area and the pool are great to sit around chatting and cooking. The pool was a tad chilly / bracing but this was to be expected given the time of year. Standing in the shallow end in the sun was bliss. The 4 bedrooms are split between the house above and a smaller, lower poolhouse set under the upper patio that has its own bathroom. Very useful as each of us had one of the bedrooms. The Chiringuito Bar (5 mins walk away) is incredible where you can watch the sun-down whilst drinking excellent Gin tonics. There are some nice eateries and further bars down the hill into the busy (and sometimes rowdy) Santa Ponsa strip. Would definitely recommend.

Beware of staying

We went for Christmas knowing much of the area would be closed due to off season. We arrived and got checked in. Some of the lights weren't working, so the host sent an electrician to fix it. Now, I reread reviews, and this seems to occur often. While one set of lights were fixed, the lower sections lights went out the next day. Finally, we were able to flip the breaker to get them back on. I didn't want to bother the host on Christmas. It was only our family and we rushed to the store to get food, knowing it would be difficult to find places open on Christmas Eve and Christmas. We had only been there a half of a day and we ran out of toilet paper in both the upstairs and downstairs. Then we were leaving early in the morning. We discovered 2 of our suitcases were stolen. It is a very secluded area, so I am shocked that it occurred. It also did not appear anyone else in the immediate area was broken into. When I contacted the owner, she said there was nothing she could do. I have contacted the authorities, but it is difficult since we are not in the country. Then I was charged for something that I know we did not do any damage.

Lamento el inconveniente de la luz, yo fui la que se dio cuenta que las luces exteriores no encendían por lo que llamé al electricista que acudió el día de noche buena de urgencia. En cuanto al apagón no depende de mí es general de la compañía eléctrica. Durante más de un mes han estado cambiando fechas de llegada y no contestando a mis mensajes, tuvimos la consideración de aceptar la llegada el 24 cuando no se aceptan reservas en estas fechas tan señaladas. En el momento del checking hacemos una revisión en la que se observa cualquier cosa que pueda faltar y en los baños se encontraba todo lo necesario incluyendo los rollos de papel higienico, si son necesarios más depende de los huespedes.

Superbe maison avec piscine, entourée de pins, un cadre parfait. à 4 minutes à pieds de la mer, avec un spot magnifique pour le coucher du soleil. la clim, la piscine, les nombreux transats et espaces extérieurs. - manque quelques grands verres, carafes, pour des grandes tablées, mais rien de grave! Prévoir anti moustique! Nous avons passé un super séjour, je recommande cette villa! Merci Rosa!

Sejour fin juin 2023 Localisation maison idéale pour visiter l'île proximités autoroute. Manque équipements cuisine épluche légumes vaisselle cela serait sympa parasol glacière... Rosa est une super hôte disponible et généreuse je conseille cette maison clime bruyante mais efficace Litterie corecte. Séjour en famille idéal.

Beautiful garden

The house was as expected from the photos. Beautiful garden with swimming pool. The house was just not very clean, especially the 2 rooms downstairs were very dirty with a lot of hair on the floor. All the rest was fine. Communication was good. Warm water didn't work the first day, but they did their best to fix it as soon as possible.

Hatten ein entspannten Aufenthalt. Bloß im Nachhinein gab es Probleme. Wir wurden aufgefordert für eine Sonnenliege zu zahlen die bei Ankunft schon kaputt war. Bis dahin kann ich die Finca empfehlen.

Die Begrüßung vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Es war ein mega schöner Kurzurlaub. Der Supermarkt BIP BIP ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Außengelände der Finca hat noch Luft nach oben. Der Poolboy hatte in den Tagen wo wir vor Ort waren auch frei. Aber alles in allem echt nett. Wir würden es wieder buchen. #team_zimtschnecke

Fantastic Villa

Our stay at Rosa’s villa was fantastic she was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The pool was fantastic for the kids with plenty of pool toys. We used the bbq and the terrace was great for family entertaining. The photos do not do it just the villa has been refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom and flooring all out. As a family we tended to eat in and the kitchen was well equipped. I would whole heartedly recommend a stay here.

A great stay in Costa De La Calma

Would highly recommend this villa for the tranquil surroundings and location for amenities. Pool is a bit chilly in the afternoon with the tree cover but this wasn't an issue for us.
