Perfect house for a girls long weekend. Lovely pool area for lounging, great having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Villa is in a nice quiet residential area but still walking distance to shop, restaurants and beach. We had a car so could also venture further afield. Maria met us at the airport to handover keys so very easy check-in.

Wonderful Villa

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Spotlessly clean and catered for our every requirement. Tomas was so helpful and friendly and answered every question immediately both prior and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. We asked for a cot and highchair for our grandchild and it was there on our arrival. Everything we needed was within walking distance from the property and parking outside was extremely easy. The villa itself had brilliant air conditioning and the rooms and bathrooms were exactly as described in the details. Tomas even provided charcoal and firelighters for the BBQ which we used a number of times.

Lovely modern villa with a pool. Very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, Bathroom towels and pool towels provided along with soap, shampoo, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. plus some spices for cooking and there was water and milk in the fridge ready for our arrival. Outside there is a barbeque and there were lots of pool toys which the kids loved. It was only a 15 minute walk to shops/few bars/restaurants and about 25 minutes to the marina where there are quite a few nice places to eat/drink. We had a very tasty meal in La Terraza on the marina with stunning views. Our host was on hand to answer any queries and was very friendly and helpful. The local bus services to Santa Ponsa and Palma were good and only a 10 minute walk to the bus stop. There is a taxi rank near the marina. We did a boat trip with water toys at Portals Nous and also paddleboarding from the marina at Port Adriano. The whole family had a brilliant holiday.

We hebben heerlijk genoten van het huis, lekker schoon en alles wat je je maar kan bedenken was aanwezig. Heel klein puntje van kritiek, het poortje waar je door naar binnen moet, gaat nogal stroef.

Wonderful villa close to all amenities

Tomas and wife were fantastic hosts. The villa was perfect for our group weekend getaway. We loved the number of bathrooms, the pool and the little extras like milk and water and shampoo on arrival. Really thoughtful. The villa is in close walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach so it was a perfect location. Our hosts were always on hand to answer questions and help us get the most from our stay. We would definitely come back!

Relaxing Holiday and a family wedding

The Villa was exactly as described, with a lovely size pool and sunbathing area, a barbecue that we made great use of. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants with a slightly further walk (15 mins) to Port Adriano. The Villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and had excellent facilities, modern bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Tomas the host was very helpful and easy to contact for any queries we had. We would thoroughly recommend the property which can cater for 8 (although we were a six - 3 adult couples)
