You don't need to get around for a detour to the sandy beach and the fashionable port of Port Adriano. After a ten-minute walk, you can enjoy the special atmosphere with yachts, boutiques, beautiful cafés, and restaurants at any time of the day.
The other facilities next door are particularly practical for a stress-free holiday: a bakery, a well-stocked supermarket, a beauty, and massage studio and a children's playground.
Day trips to the fantastic cliffs of the Tramuntana Mountains or to the pulsating capital Palma with their lively streets and tapas bars take just 20 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity of your vacation home, you will also find golf courses, tennis courts, riding facilities, a water park, countless opportunities for water sports and other marinas with boat rentals. The villa is not only easily accessible by car, the regional bus stop (approx. 100 meters) and a taxi rank are also nearby.
You live very centrally in the active village of El Toro, but you will find a rear terrace and chill-out area on the property, which faces the adjacent gardens of the neighbouring single-family houses and is therefore absolutely quiet.
The entrance gate can be opened easily from the outside with remote control. When you arrive you will notice the beautiful palm trees on the pool terrace - together with lush lemon and orange trees they form a harmonious, typical plant arrangement that characterises the entire entrance area of the property. Loving details, such as the original Mallorcan stone walls, round off the Mediterranean ambiance.
When you enter the house, the first thing that captivates you is the bright spaciousness of the open room concept - with one special feature: in the middle of the light-flooded room is the modern kitchen with a cozy island and counter. As a central element, it connects not only the dining and living area but also the two terraces of the villa, which are visible from everywhere.
The living room is equipped with modern furniture in subtle, friendly colours and a large Smart TV so that you can enjoy film evenings and cozy hours together in a lounge atmosphere. High-speed WiFi is of course available.
You enter the front, south-west facing pool terrace through a large sliding glass door directly from the living room. The Mallorca sun pampers this area until the evening hours. You relax on one of the sun loungers and look from the edge of the swimming pool at the surrounding pine trees, the Mediterranean garden with its palm trees and flowering bushes. Or you can simply enjoy the special sparkle of the turquoise water in the brightly tiled pool, the surroundings of which are covered with large, elegant tiles. If it gets too hot in the sun, the spacious roof of the terrace proves to be a clear advantage.
From the other side of the living-dining area, you can reach the rear terrace and the garden area in the east, also through a sliding glass door. Here is the ideal place for breakfast in the morning sun and for sheltered sunbathing in the winter months. The chill-out area and a hammock, surrounded by greenery and a gnarled olive tree, also offer pure relaxation. Another highlight is the in-house bowling alley directly on the south side of the house.
On the ground floor of the charming villa you will find, in addition to the spacious living area, one of the bedrooms with bathroom en suite and a separate guest toilet.
If you go up the modern and transparent staircase to the upper floor, you will reach three further, tastefully furnished double bedrooms. The equipment is Mediterranean throughout, ergonomic and - like everything in the house - newly purchased in 2019.
If you choose the master bedroom as a bedroom, you will enjoy a bathroom en suite with a spacious shower and direct access to the large upper terrace, from which the sea is glimpsed. Basically, all bathrooms are equipped with high-quality materials, bright and spacious showers promise a pleasant start of the day.
The entire vacation villa offers maximum comfort. In all rooms and in every season, air conditioning and underfloor heating always offer pleasant temperatures. The heating uses a highly efficient heat pump - for the sake of the environment. This house is therefore also ideal for Mallorca guests who prefer a stay in the transitional period and in winter.
