Cette charmante petite maison de 1905 dans le quartier historique a été entièrement restaurée dans sa splendeur du début des années 1900, avec des murs en shiplap, de hauts plafonds et des planchers en bois. Situé à 2 pâtés de maisons du cœur du centre-ville et de la rue Nicholas Orthodox Chapel, c'est l'endroit idéal pour explorer cette belle petite ville grecque sur la côte du golfe! The furniture was outdated and dirty. Refrigerator and guest bath were not clean. The outside was extremely unkept and run down. Location is in a run down neighborhood. On top of all this…the air conditioner was not working.

This was a wonderful property! Very clean. Very close to everything we wanted to do in Tarpon Springs. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants. The communicstion with Carl was fantastic. He was very attentive before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Four Seniors on a 3 Day Escape

Great location to sponge docks and restaurants. Owner was very responsive and quickly answered our questions. Home was nice, clean and comfortable for the four of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this area.

Adorable house

The Cypress St. house is a wonderful place for a family get away. Carl was an amazing host, quick to respond and offered many amenities at his property. Great location for visiting Tarpon Springs.

Clean, Comfortable, Close to everything in Tarpon

Cute property conveniently located in between the main tourist areas of Tarpon Springs. The property is in a quiet neighborhood but everything you would want to visit is within a short walk. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay

Great communication with host.Cottage pictures on VRBO are accurate. Cozy home that offers easy walking to both the Sponge Docks and the Historic Downtown District. Easily walk to shopping, restaurants, taverns and parks. Will definitely stay again if we return to Tarpon Springs.

Wonderful house

We had a great family stay for a couple days in Tarpon Springs. The house is much bigger than it looks in the photos. It’s in a good neighborhood walking distance from the sponge docks. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Tarpon Springs.

Great visit

This home is lovely, clean and updated. It is very convenient to the sponge dock, shops and many restaurants. It was our first time exploring Tarpon Springs, and will be back for sure! I recommend the dolphin and shelling tour and Fred Howard Park (great beach and sunsets) Go to dinner at Hellas and listen for Opa!! So much fun - and a great place to stay.

Great Visit

We are an older couple (80) and visited Jan 2025. The weather was 20 degrees below average for our month. We are not beach/Pool people so because of the great central location, we were still able to enjoy Tarpon Springs and all it has to offer. The home was clean and beds were comfortable.
