There are very thoughtful amenities that are not listed in the post for example the adjustable bed, crockpot, and blender. It was the cleanest Vrbo that I have ever booked.

Perfect Spot!

The home was immaculate! It had everything that you would need. The beds were comfortable and made resting easy. Walking distance to Greektown which made for easy shopping and dining. We will definitely be staying again.

Amazing location

This is a super cute house. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location couldn't be beat as we walked to the Historic Greek area and the Sponge Docks numerous times and to the other Historic Downtown several. Communicating with the property manager was super easy.

Prompt and precise

This property was precisely what my family and I needed for our visit. Every step of the way, Michelle was available and promptly replied to any inquiry or concern and just went above and beyond what we asked for. The location is perfect for my kids - next to the sponge docks, splash pad and pickle ball courts while being a short drive to the beach! The house was stocked with more than I could've asked for including games and toys for my kids!

Home away from home

Very clean, nicely decorated, open concept 3 bedroom home. Short, easy walk to the sponge docks and many restaurants. 2 couples stayed for a week while attending an on water training camp. We walked to Craig Park twice daily, cooked almost all meals at the house. Enjoyed the back porch and adirondack chairs. Host was quick and easy to communicate with. If we return to Tarpon Springs again next year, we definitely want to stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway

We stay in the Tarpon Springs area a few times a year and this vacation rental was the best so far. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Great house

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property. It is well located and very well decorated. There are very many restaurants and the Sponge Docks within walking distance. I was impressed with the smalls things add that you normally don’t see in a rental like charging ports, nightlights in bathrooms, and comfortable beds. We also had good communication with the owners. We will stay in here again when visiting the area in the future.

Great location

Very clean and modern home, perfectly situated to the Spong Dock area and the Pinellas Trail. This house was stocked with everything you will need to stay in or head out for the day including games/puzzles, beach chairs, and travel cups for your coffee. Want to stay in? The covered porches and firepit were perfect. We were able to rent bikes and experience the Pinellas Trail, which was perfect for our cooler than average days here. The hosts were very responsive and have a meticulously clean home. We highly recommend this location and would love to stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Long family weekend

We went to Tarpon Springs for a surprise birthday celebration for my aunt. The location of this rental is absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to The Sponge Docks while we had some down time and everything else was just a short drive away. The house was perfect for us and our daughter and family. We will be back the next time we are in the area visiting family.

Clean and well appointed

This property has everything you would ever need. They even supply chairs for the beach and movies although we didn’t use any of those but thought they were nice for those who were planning such activities. There were lots of movies and games, and each room had a TV. The kitchen had anything you would need, and the place was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and there is a washer and dryer also. You can walk to the sponge docs and several different restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

With you and your family in mind

Spongers, this is your place! Communication was superb off the bat! The hosts are thoughtful, accommodating and quick to help if needed. The house was stocked with everything you'd need for you and your family whether you're just using the house as home-base for all your adventures OR being a homebody at a Vrbo. The open floor plan was large and spacious (he pictures don't do it justice IMO), perfect for your family to be in the same space while maybe engaging in different activities. The location was perfect to walk to restaurants, breweries, splash pad, pinellas trail and sponge docks. One of our best visits to Tarpon. Can't wait to do it again!

Best VRBO Ever!

What a great house in a great location! Beautifully appointed with a well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. The house was comfortable and immaculate. We were able to walk down to the sponge docks and local restaurants. We did the wine walk that is sponsored through Tarpon Springs Merchant Association. So much fun and a great way to see the area. Everyone was so friendly. Will definitely come back. 10 out of 10, can’t say enough. Thank you for being a great host!

Great Place and Great Location

Very nice rental with everything you need to enjoy a visit to Tarpon Springs. The house is bright and cheery with 3 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with plenty of towels and linens, a great back porch and private yard area with fire-pit. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to all my questions. The house is walking distance to the sponge docks, shopping and restaurants. We even walked to the historic downtown area which was quite unique and charming. Found a great beach too at Honeymoon Island that was only about a half hour away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home

This was the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. It was comfortable and well-stocked. There was also beautiful artwork and furniture throughout the home. The house was walking distance from all our favorite attractions! It was also a short drive to the beach. We loved the house and our vacation!

Tarpon Staycation

We had our family girls weekend here! Amazing location. VERY CLEAN!!! Perfect spaces for everyone. Fun backyard area with a grill for Florida cookout. Got to watch a rocket launch from the back yard on our last evening. Perfect extended weekend. Communication with host was very timely and pleasant :)

Cute little House

Loved the little house very cute! Looks just like the pictures. Perfect for my family. Asked the owner if the house had a cooler and beach chairs. She had a cooler bag, cooler and chairs there for us to use when we arrived. Great location also!

Awesome place

This was a great property. Clean and very spacious. The house had everything you could imagine. The family even enjoyed 3d movies that were included with the rental. The owners were very responsive and check in and out was extremely easy. Truly the best VRBO i have stayed in. The location was close to everything in Tarpon.

Most convenient spot for family with kids

This property is fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. Everything we could possibly need was there. The back porch was very cozy for chatting in the evenings. Walking distance to downtown Tarpon Springs and to a fantastic splash pad for kids. Michelle was a wonderful host and was very flexible with our stay when our flight was cancelled. We are looking forward to staying there again.

We purchased this new build almost 3 years ago, we are always investing in upgrades, the house is furnished with quality furniture, linens and towels. We push hard to make sure our place is clean and comfortable.

You can walk to the docks, for the best Greek food in the country, dolphin tours, shops and breweries.
We’re minutes from Fred Howard park for a no hassle beach experience.

We also have a bike trail at the end of the street that goes for 80+ miles, we have a covered back porch to house your bikes in the fenced back yard.

Tarpon now has the largest Stumpys Hatchet throwing location with in walking distance.

Downtown can be accessed by the bike trail in a quick 10 minute walk where you can rent golf carts, bikes and e-bikes.
