L'ensemble de l'appartement privé (1200 pieds carrés) au-dessus de cette maison historique à Tarpon Springs Fl. est à vous de profiter. Situé à quelques minutes de certaines des plus belles plages du pays. Promenez-vous dans notre célèbre village grec et goûtez aux meilleurs plats de fruits de mer et de cuisine grecque du monde. Cette maison est à quelques pas de Spring Bayou où vous pouvez regarder les lamantins s'ébattre dans l'eau. Une courte promenade vous mènera également à notre quartier des antiquaires ou au village grec où vous pourrez faire des emplettes ou manger à votre guise. Cette maison appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et comprend deux chambres à coucher, salon, cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bain, une grande terrasse privée pour bronzer. Il y a une entrée privée au deuxième étage. Il y a des escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement afin que certains handicapés puissent avoir du mal à naviguer. Une chambre a un lit Queen size confortable et l'autre a un lit complet confortable. Nous pouvons vous fournir un lit gonflable si vous avez besoin d'un espace de couchage supplémentaire pour votre famille. Les attractions à proximité incluent Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, le baseball de Ray, le football Buckeneer, deux heures à destination de Disney et de toutes les attractions d'Orlando. This apartment is cute and quiet and has everything you need for a visit to Tarpon Springs. We especially loved the walkable neighborhood and how close it was both driving and on foot to the downtown area. The beds were so comfortable. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very cozy. We liked that it was close to downtown & also within walking distance of the sponge docks & all the shops! Our host had everything we needed to cook a nice turkey breast for our Thanksgiving meal. We would definitely stay there again!

Staying at John and Lena’s place was a highlight of our paddling trip. The apartment has real character and felt like a proper home rather than a generic rental. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was a great spot to unwind in the evening, and the location was perfect for what we came to do. The paddling launch site was just a few minutes on foot, so we could grab our gear and go without any hassle.The kitchen had most of what we needed. A few items were missing on arrival, including bowls, baking sheets, tongs, and saran wrap. We mentioned it to John and he dropped everything off the same day with no fuss. We would happily book again.

This is a beautiful, very well maintained historical property, with modern amenities that don’t take away from the historical charm of the home. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood walking distance to downtown, and the hosts were easy to reach if we had needed them. We will definitely be staying here again.

What a great location to move around Tarpon Springs. The property was being worked on from previous hurricane damage and the owners and workers were totally respectful. My wife and I are looking forward to our next stay.

You can't go wrong with this place! It's clean, comfortable, has a great patio, and the hosts are great communicators! It's location is such that you can walk many places and ride bikes. Loved that the park was a block away too!

Perfect little place for a getaway

We loved the quiet location, amenities, cleanliness and HUGE rooftop deck. Super easy walk to Spring Bayou, Tarpon Ave, or the Sponge Docks... Owners are beyond accomodating and make everything so easy. We will absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I have been married since 1971. We have 2 children and 4 grandaughters. We love sharing our property with travelers from all over the world. We provide a very clean and comfortable vacation spot in a quiet neighborhood close to just about everything. We enjoy traveling, water sports, and just plain relaxing.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property is located in a quiet historic neighborhood close to beaches, shopping, antique hunting, restaurants, and miles of bike trails. We are close to several Golf courses, and wonderful parks. Tennis courts and boat launch are only 1 block away. We have a very famous Greek Village within walking distance with many fine restaurants. It's like taking a trip to Greece.
