Tout neuf, charmant dans la maison de ville

Une rĂ©novation totale vient d'ĂȘtre achevĂ©e sur cette charmante maison en ville de 3 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bain construite Ă  l'origine en 1850. La maison prĂ©sente un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert avec des tonnes de fenĂȘtres, des planchers de bois franc partout et une cuisine gastronomique. La suite parentale avec douche Ă  l'italienne et buanderie complĂšte le premier Ă©tage. Le 2Ăšme Ă©tage avec poutres apparentes comprend un coin salon confortable, une salle de bain complĂšte et deux chambres. Le porche avant et le pont arriĂšre offrent beaucoup d'espace pour profiter du plein air. Cette maison est dans une rue sans issue et Ă  quelques pas de la ville, de la baie de Mount Hope et de la piste cyclable d'East Bay.

This was the perfect home for my family for my daughter's wedding.So convenient to everything in Bristol, our venue was at Blithewold right down the street.The house was so super clean and all stocked up with everything we could possibly need and more.Host was so very accommodating to us, truly appreciate her genuine hospitality.Highly recommend this home for your special getaway or event!My deepest thanks to our host!

The property was exactly as advertised and made for a wonderful place for the week. We especially enjoyed how the host graciously took care of so many little touches. The location is perfect a quick walk to the harbor and to town. The house was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had, and I would highly recommend it.

Perfect Location & Beautiful Stay

We loved our stay! The property was easy to get to and in a fantastic location. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Just a quick 3–5 minute drive to downtown and to our niece’s wedding venue, which made it perfect for our trip. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. It was so comfortable and spacious and had all the amenities one could ask for. The host was terrific - she was so responsive to any questions we had, both before we arrived and also while we were there. The place was immaculate - the host added some nice touches like having milk and coffee for us and bottles of water too. Bristol was a great place to stay - you could walk to restaurants, access the bike path, etc. and it's only about 30 minutes to Newport. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfection in Bristol!

Had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at this home in Bristol. The property is very well appointed and very clean! The host provided great instructions for our stay and we really appreciated the little extras in the kitchen to get us started (a few water bottles, coffee and creamer). Check in and out instructions were clear easy. Neighborhood is very quiet and easily accessible to downtown Bristol and close communities. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return Bristol and would love to stay at this property again someday!

Excellent home!

This house was immaculately clean. I’ve never stayed in a rental that was more spotless. Theresa was incredibly helpful and accessible to us during our stay. The yard and landscaping was also perfect and peaceful. The house offered every amenity you could possibly need. My one constructive criticism is that the twin beds are very firm but otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

In Bristol for daughter's wedding

We were in Bristol for our daughter's wedding. We wanted a place where we could be with good friends of ours and unwind for a few days. We were not disappointed. This home is absolutely beautiful. Theresa thought of everything we might possibly need. We fell in love with it the minute we walked in the door. It was an oasis during a very busy, wonderful weekend.

Beautiful, Clean, Peaceful Home

Our stay was perfect. From the moment we walked in, it was pristine. It was beautifully prepared for us, folded towels on the bed, water, coffee waiting for us. Even champagne! We were down for a wedding with a little down time and we enjoyed their beautiful backyard in a very peaceful neighborhood. Communication was also vey quick and helpful whenever we reached out. This house is beautiful and spacious, and we felt like we were at home!

Wonderful Stay

We were in Bristol for out daughter's wedding at Linden Place. The location was perfect ~ 2 minute drive to St. Mary's Church and the venue. The backyard was incredible ~ quiet, serene and just what we needed for a busy weekend. The property was exceptionally clean, and lots of nice touches such as fresh flowers, extra towels, coffee pods, etc. We can't thank Theresa enough. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

Bristol Beauty!

What a wonderful rental this was! With our family scattered through 4 states and the UK, our get-togethers are precious time. Theresa's home was the perfect setting to gather and relax. The entire home was meticulously clean and well appointed, with no detail missed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space in the beautiful backyard. My son was married in Bristol and I put the grooms grandmother, aunts and cousins from Calif there.

This is easily the nicest rental we have ever experienced and we rent a lot. No detail left unturned, immaculate space with quality lines and serveware in every nook and cranny. We just could not have been happier. Edward and Teresa weee a delight. The location is so close to downtown it was perfect. Highly highly recommended!!!

The location of the home is fantastic. You can walk everywhere you want to and everywhere you walk you see the beautiful Mount Hope Bay. The town of Bristol is filled with shops, restaurants, family owned markets, museums and lots of history including the Mount Hope Farm which hosts a Farmer's Market every Saturday all year long. People are friendly, courteous and always willing to assit. It's small town America at its very best!
