Great communication with host who responded quickly to a couple of concerns. This accommodation has great potential. Good location and roomy. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms. I usually don't post annoyances in this way. However, most of the linens are old and sparse, the shower door in the back bathroom had to be propped closed so it didn't slide open during the shower and the overhead light in the back bedroom went on spontaneously during the night twice. Maybe it was operator error? Unfortunately, it was very rainy while we were visiting so we never saw the pool and the parking lot flooded.

Claimed to sleep 6, were only 2 beds. Dirty dishes in the cupboards, dust on all the cieling fans, water filter needs replaced, we had to buy water for our stay, the outdoor area was completely unkempt. Had animal feces in the yard, and debris from trees, etc...outdoor area was not usable. Shampoo and conditioner had gone rancid, bedding washed in something far too fragrant. Not enough extra blankets

Not what the pictures show

The refrigerator wasn't clean, pots and pans and dishes were dirty. The air quality wasn't good the apartment needs an air purifier. What puttin green? The sheets on both beds were pilling and need to be replaced. The barn doors to one of the bathroom wouldn't close for privacy and the curtains were falling off the rods.

Amenities misrepresented

Check in fine. Designer remodel/pool isn’t accurate. Claims to have fenced private pool. It’s a fenced communal pool. We booked believing we had a fenced private pool. Host didn’t respond when I asked him about the misinformation. The only way this property should describe the pool is fenced community pool. Very disappointing. Many things listed for property weren’t there. Would like compensation for some part of our expense. Going to run out of room to continue.

Great place to stay and great communication with host

Nicely updated property that worked great for my brother, husband and myself to stay at. We found the bed very comfortable - which is important to us! The host was fantastic with communication with us - he reached out to us! We weren’t having any issues so we weren’t always the best at responding but appreciate his communication.

9 day stay

We stayed at the townhome for 9 days - I had trouble getting into the lockbox and Daniel called me right away to help me get into it. He always responded back right away when I had questions. It was nice to stay in a place with a washer and dryer. Nice patio. The swimming pool was nice but it was too cold for us to use.

Daniel's property and communication are great! Thus the five star rating. I do however question the cleaning fee when we had to spend time cleaning it, sadly. But we would rent this property again.

Great for what we needed

3 adults was a great stay. There was enough room for all of us, beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and bedding. The outdoor space was wonderful, the only thing we missed was a gas fire pit or some lights over the porch for when it got dark. Great location to stores, groceries, bars and restaurants.

Convenient Location and Comfortable Stay

This location is convenient to the freeway and next to Mesa Community College and the Children’s Hospital. The unit is spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and the area is quiet. My mother, sister and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the mornings before it got too hot. The surrounding area is typical for being close to college, hospital, freeway, etc., but we never felt unsafe. There is a grocery store about a mile away, and we were able to get groceries to make some meals in the kitchen. Communication with the host was excellent and the check-in process is easy. Our only caveat is to be extra aware of uneven walking surfaces on the patio, which Daniel did mention in the check-in email. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Geat rental!

Entire rental process was easy. Daniel communicated immediately when booked and timely with details about rental. Had no issues at all. Daniels’s attention to detail for a great stay is so above and beyond. He obviously cares about a great experience for his guests. Plenty of towels, linens, cookware, spices, soaps, paper goods and more. Nice very quiet neighborhood with assigned parking.

This is a small community of townhomes. Very private.

The community only has 88 townhomes and the intimate pool isn't used very much that seems like a private majority of the time.
