Judys Island Getaway179

Take a break and enjoy the spectacular views from Washington State overlooking the Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier from the deck of this island home. Located in the gated community of Hartstene Pointe about a 2 hour drive from Seattle and a 1 hour drive from Tacoma. Whether you are an individual, couple, or a family there is something for everyone.
There are so many different amenities to choose from this gated community. Some of the amenities include: private propane gas barbecue, private propane gas fireplace, seasonal jacuzzi, seasonal pool, seasonal toddler pool, marina, multiple tennis courts, basketball court, pickleball court (must bring own ball and paddles), clubhouse library, clubhouse pool table, several picnic areas, kids playground, 12 various hiking trails throughout the community, fire pits located on the beach (known to locals as “the spit”), horseshoes at North Beach, and seasonal clam digging (visit https://wdfw.wa.gov/licenses/fishing/types-fees for fishing/clamming regulations).

Such a quaint, charming cabin. Was the perfect size for our family and had all of the amenities we could want. And the view is absolutely spectacular! Chuck and Vicky were wonderful hosts!

Unbelievable View!

We were up just for the weekend and had a fabulous time! I owned a cabin at the Pointe for 25 years and sold it about 5 years ago. I brought back my two grown daughters and 4 grandkids. The home accommodated us perfectly. Check in was great. Vicki was very helpful and the owner is very nice. We loved the pool, the beach and rope swing and the wildlife. It was amazing to dine outside on the deck with the spectacular view!! We will definitely be back. Nancy

Tranquility

It has to be all about the view over the water and at Mt Rainier - just gorgeous! Very quiet and soothing, a great place to do a reset. Coffee in the moring on the outside deck was bliss itself. All you can hear are birds and maybe a squirl. We did have a nice deer visit a couple of times. Walking on the trail and along the beach was a lovely was to spend time.

Amazing Getaway-What a GEM!!!!

What a wonderful escape from Seattle. Such beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Judy's Getaway exceeded our expectations. Amazing views, huge deck and nice open spaces indoors. Plenty of room for 8 people and so quiet. Tons of hiking trails and beach walks from this property-never had to drive anywhere. Fun club house with AC room with pool table and ping pong and a library. Huge outdoor pool and jacuzzi and 2 kayaks come with this rental. Vicki and Chuck were outstanding hosts, warm, accommodating and welcoming. We can't wait to return to this gem of a getaway!

Friends weekend

We stayed the weekend and had a great time. Everything we needed was available to us. Nice touches included snacks, friendly check ins to see if we needed anything. Would definitely visit again!!!

Stunnig view

We really enjoyed our stay here. Vicki was very nice, communicative, and hospitable. We could do everything we need to make the most of the summer of WA - Kayaking, heated swimming pool, hiking, discovering wildlife, playing tennis, and most of all, chilling out on the deck with the stunning view of southern Puget Sound and Mt. Rainer. Would love visit again.
