This condo includes access to 5 pools: indoor pool (heated year-round), water slide pool, lap/lounge pool, kids pool, waterfall pool, and pool with shallow end. This condo also includes: 4 hot tubs (heated year-round), exercise room, basketball, pickleball, and 3 playgrounds.

1 bed/1 bath. Sleeps 4. Maximum Occupancy 4. Bed Configuration: master - King. We also provide a queen sized Aerobed (comfortable air mattress). Bottom level. 705 sq feet. Garden view. Built 1984 (beautifully renovated in 2020).

The property was nicely located for what we wanted to do while we were in St. George. The property requires some tender-loving care; the floor rugs were really in need of cleaning or replacing, and the tub was old and needed a mat to prevent slipping. The kitchen and bathroom were good except for the lack of a tub mat. Before we would rent again, we would want to be assured that the above items were corrected.

Quaint one bedroom unit with all the necessities for a weekend get away. Minimal checkout requirements which made the stay all the better come time to pack up and leave.

Awesome Option in St. George

This is an awesome option if you are traveling without pets! We enjoyed the proximity to Snow Canyon State Park. Downtown is only 10 minutes or so away. I'd stay here again when visiting St. George.

Great location within resort

Nice clean and well maintained unit that is very close proximity to all of the resort amenities. The mattress was much too firm (HARD) for our liking but to be fair, we have a very plush mattress at home and nothing compares. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return to Las Palmas resort in the future.

decent place to stay for the price

it was exactly what we anticipated it to be. it had a nice size kitchen with all of the essentials. if you book through st. george rentals, use the number they text you from rather than through vrbo app! we had a couple small issues with the shower, but they were taken care of fairly quickly once we figured that out. other than that not being the most clear, it was a fine place to stay.

Senior Games week

This condo was somewhat misrepresented. Said it was newly renovated, new counters and flooring, but otherwise, not so much. Simple things like clean rugs in the bathroom ( had visible dirty footprint) and the rug in the bedroom was kinda disgusting( looked like someone had changed the oil on there bike or car in there). Just changing a few little things like this would make a big difference. The outside laundry wasn’t a favorite but not a game changer. Otherwise, a decent place to stay.

Great experience

We needed a “home” for 3 days and it was exactly what we needed and wanted in a space. The condo was clean and updated. It had everything we needed to cook meals. The walkout to the patio was a nice feature. It was convenient and still felt private. The clubhouse pool table is very dated but we still had fun playing a few rounds. The space is bright and inviting. We didn’t use it but the indoor pool was warm and looked like a great space to have kids in the cooler months (we visited when the weather was in the 50s). When we come back to the area we will definitely stay on property again.

NOT completely renovated unit as stated mold smell

Really disappointed in our stay. First off the unit is not fully renovated as stated. When we checked in it was filthy. Had feces on the wall and blood on the bathroom drawers. There was no change of sheets either not one extra set no extra towels either. You can also tell there was major water damage as well and the room has a moldy smell to it. The garbage right outside the unit was full the moment we arrived. I called 3 times for someone to come empty it only to be laughed at. I tried calling the unit owner from the moment we checked in and not one response. Very dissatisfied

I'd like to correct / clarify a few things: - This is a 30+ year old condo that has been beautifully renovated. We have over 30 reviews across 3 platforms gushing over how beautifully and fresh this condo is. The average rating is 4.9 our of 5 stars across those platforms. Please click through the photos and virtual tour to see the beautiful renovation for yourself. - We pride ourselves on having the cleanest condos in St George. We employ our own cleaning staff, we only hire the best cleaners, they average over 15 years of experience, and our guest reviews reflect our absolute commitment in this area. You will be very happy with the cleanliness of your condo. - Our phone system keeps a log of who calls, whether the call is answered or not. The guest called exactly one time (not three times) and it was answered (not ignored). The guest rightfully complained about a garbage can in the common area near their condo entrance. We told them we would contact the resort manager so they could take care of it. After the call, we immediately informed the resort manager who is responsible for these things. We can't ensure everything will go perfectly, but we are very responsive in addressing any concerns that come to our attention. - We provide 2 bath towels on the towel rack and 2 extra bath towels and 2 cabana towels in the bathroom cupboard (under the sink). No one has ever complained that 6 towels is insufficient for a 1BR condo before now. - The guest is correct that we don't provide extra sheets in the condo. The condo has a washer and dryer and we are happy to bring by an extra set if needed, just call or text.

Relaxing desert oasis

We really enjoyed our time here and wish we were staying longer. The condo is very clean and fresh feeling with modern decor. The pools were fun for all of us. The views of the rocks and cliffs and hills are gorgeous.
