We hope to be back soon! We had such a fantastic time! We are a family of 5 and had more than enough space for us to sleep comfortably and enjoy Scott’s condo. Scott was an incredible communicator and thought of everything before we even arrived. The condo was clean, fresh, and in a perfect location. We are SO glad we reserved the golf cart! Our 9 year old was unexpectedly on crutches during our trip. I truly don’t know how we would have managed getting to and from the beach without it. It gave us the gift of extra time on the beach with the convenience of parking at the 6th ave access.The access took maybe 3-4 minutes to get to on the cart. This was amazing considering we were there for the 4th of July, which was the busiest I’ve ever seen the beach! Even with the holiday, the 6th ave access provided plenty of beach because it’s not right next to a large condo. The beach was clean and the water and waves were perfect for our boogie-boarding kiddos! We even got to see the 4th of July air show and flag walk. The condo’s back porch was so peaceful and made it easy to walk to the pool right behind the condo. The hose at the pool also made it easy to rinse the kids, toys, and the cart. We had such a great time, we actually extended our stay! We were close to Walmart, Kroger, and Starbucks. It was such a great spot because we had quick access to restaurants, but on a quiet side street so it didn’t feel busy at the condo. Thank you, Scott!

Fantastic Vacatiom

Scott does a great job with his condo. The place is very organized and the directions he gives for everything are spot on. The condo was very clean and very relaxing. Scott was an incredible resource for our vacation and responded almost immediately when I had questions. The check in process is easy and efficient. If I had any issue at all it’s the distance from the beach. Yes, it’s only five minutes from the gate, but from the condo it’s probably 12ish minutes. That is a small complaint, but the absolute only one. We will absolutely look to stay again. No doubt. 5 stars for sure! Thanks, Scott!

Our one week stay was amazing. Location was great- one block from the beach, 20 feet to the pool, grill area, 2 min ride to Walmart, National food chains and dining. 5 min ride to everything. Condo was very inviting and felt like home. Scott put much thought into this rental- all the forgettable items like dish soap, laundry detergent, rain umbrella and board games are included. The packable crib and high chair were life savers with having an 18 month old with us. Scott was always available by text or email. There were many great qualities in this rental and will definitely be back. I almost forgot. Book the golf cart!! You will definitely find it fun!

Wonderful week with the family!

We wanted a location close to all of the attractions, and the beach, but easy to get in and out of. Ocean Keys was perfect. The property was exactly as described. The owner, Scott Proctor, was extremely helpful and organized with all of the instructions for checking in. The condo was perfect for what we were needing....the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and dining utensils, beds were comfortable, linens were provided. Pool, workout and game rooms are 'very' close to this condo, so you didn't have to walk or drive. We brought our 3 year old grandson, and the condo had a high chair, and toys in a toybox that he loved. Big TV in living room, and tv's in the bedrooms were great. The owner goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay, and is truly easy to work with. Without hesitation, I would book this place again!

Clean, comfortable, convenient!

Scott was wonderful to work with right from the beginning. We rented his golf cart which was so handy and made for easy trips back and forth to the beach and around the property. Condo is super conveniently located to gym and rec center and the whole community is gated which made us feel extra secure. Very close location to many restaurants and attractions like Broadway on the Beach and Barefoot Landing, etc,. which our teenage son loved…and the beach is beautiful and far less crowded than you would expect for this area which we really appreciate.) The condo is nicely appointed with extras we weren’t expecting (hair dryer, iron, laundry detergent.) Scott provided excellent communication throughout our stay and even snagged us an early check in. We were sad to go home! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation. The first floor unit was great . One of the 6 pools was steps away from the screened patio. Nice condo and a short walk to beach and Ocean Drive.

The condo was perfect! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved being able to run out the back to the pool. The beach was close, we loved being able to walk to get ice cream in the evenings! Scott was easy to work with and very helpful. Will definately be back!!

Great location, great amenities

Scott was a great host. We really enjoyed our stay at his Ocean Keyes property. The beach is short walk away, and the community had great amenities. I wish the golf cart was available for us to use, but it was already reserved by someone else. Great experience, and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful rental

We were very happy with the stay at this property. Scott was amazing, on top of things from the moment we booked it. The whole process of communication prior and during our stay was absolutely flawless. The property Is located in the beautiful resort. The condo was very clean, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen offered everything you need. There was beach gear available. Also, we rented a golf cart which was a huge bonus. We used it daily to go to the beach. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again!

The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The beach and Walmart were a fun, quick golf cart ride away. The pool was right out our back door. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Great place!

Thank you for sharing your beach home with us. Scott was very friendly and helpful with our stay. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities of home and more! It was a treat to have the golf cart to use to take the family to the beach and back. The pool and work out facilities were very nice and the complex was quiet and family friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the near future.

Wonderful family vacation!!!!

My family and I were lucky enough to stay in this unit a few weeks ago. It was perfect. I especially loved the fact that we didn't have to worry about packing beach chairs, boogey boards and umbrellas. It was clean, very comfortable and close to everything. The first floor is a MUST for the kids. It was a lovely week.
