Your huge 3 bedroom, 2 full bath oceanfront condo awaits in North Myrtle Beach, at beautiful Surf Villas. It is a whopping ~1400 square feet. We chose the top floor (3rd floor) of Surf Villas because it is the best ocean view we could find. It is in a narrow section of the beach, so the view looks like the waves are crashing into the condo. All towels, sheets, kitchen towels, bedding etc are included in the price. Parking is free too, so there will be zero hidden fees.

The 30 restaurants of downtown North Myrtle Beach are just 5 blocks north. Even Kroger is just a few blocks away, you could spend a week here and never have to drive. It's a big condo! It is a 1260 square foot condo with a bonus 150 sq. foot walk-in mudroom/laundry room for coolers, rafts, flip-flops, wet towels etc. This helps keep the sand and beach clutter out of the condo. Most 3BR condos at our price point will be a much smaller 900-1,000 square feet. Surf Villas is a small peaceful complex. We love that you do not have to wait for elevators, fight for pool chairs, or any of the pains of high rises. Surf Villas is just an 8 minute walk to all the restaurants, shops, and bars of downtown North Myrtle Beach. Also the condo is just an 8 minute drive to Barefoot Landing (3 miles), and 20 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach (13 miles). There is tons to do for kids like mini golf, go-carts, aquariums, shopping, etc. There are five mini golfs within 1.5 miles. And finally, we love the more child-friendly area of North Myrtle Beach. Parking at our condo is right in front of the condo, so you just pull right up to the condo. The Rooms: The master bedroom is one king bed and private full bath, second bedroom is one twin and one queen bed, the third bedroom is also one twin and one queen bed, and there is a pullout sleeper sofa that makes a queen bed. Washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker, full kitchen. A few of the restaurants within a 6-8 minute walk: Buoys on the Boulevard, Harold's on the Ocean (HOTOs), Hoskins, Georgio's Pizza, OD Pavilion, Pirates Cove Grill, Deckerz, Ducks, International Cafe, Fat Harold's, Melt, SOHO, Molly Darcy's, Golden Griddle Pancake House, Nathan's Famous Hotdogs etc.
