Great stay! Spacious unit with its own pool which was amazing! We enjoyed the porch views watching the sunrise each morning.Well equipped kitchen overall Loft with trundle beds were great for our kids We enjoyed being close to sunset beach where we took in a few sunsets and swam and laid in the sun when our pool was shaded.Host was very responsive We had a great week and hope to return next year!

Pure paradise

Wonderful stay for our Christmas break location was great close to the things you need and plenty to see and do. My boys enjoyed swimming daily in the heated pool which was a complete pleasure for all you used it. Great layout in the house two main bedrooms downstairs with bathrooms. The loft was perfect for my boys to share and have their own space to hang out Katie was so nice to work with very easy to contact and answered all our questions when we had them. We couldn’t be happier with our time here and absolutely recommend booking it

Holiday week

We stayed over the Fourth of July week. Had the kids and grandkids with us. It was an awesome house. Great location. Great for fishing. Lots of good restaurants. Close to the upper keys and Key West where we went for a day. Would definitely consider going back. The only downside was very expensive and long wait to put the boat in at the public ramp

Wonderful Week

The house listing speaks for itself. The property is lovely and well kept. We enjoyed a week on the water with our boat with quick access to the open water. The surrounding neighborhood is incredible with so many options for activities and dining. We would definitely stay here again.

Keys Getaway

The property was represented accurately. My family of 7 stayed and the accommodations were adequate. Nice neighborhood, rented a boat for 3 days and enjoyed every minute. Definitely would rent again

Great Family Rental

We stayed for two weeks to celebrate some birthdays in my family. My wife and I and our five kids had plenty of room and the kids loved the heated pool. The neighborhood is great and it’s close to everything you need on vacation. There are great walking/biking/running paths throughout the Key Colony community. It is a short drive to multiple beaches, restaurants and family friendly activities. Katie was great, super responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Family Getaway

Our family spent a week at this wonderful home. It had everything needed for a perfect stay. My sons enjoyed the manatees visiting the docks, swimming and even caught a few fish while there. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for young families! Definitely pay the extra for pool heat

We loved our stay here. Our group was 4 adults and 3 kids ages 6-10. We paid the extra fee for the pool to be heated and I strongly recommend it! We also rented a boat during our stay so being on the canal was so convenient. Kitchen and linens were well-stocked. We ended up buying some pool toys for the kids because the property did not have any (no big deal). House had starter paper towels and toilet paper but just enough for a day or 2. We also got laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent and dish soap at the store, so plan on that (not an issue, just sharing for those who want to plan ahead). The loft area was perfect for the kiddos. All the beds were pretty comfortable too. Thanks for a great stay! :)

Great location

Location was awesome but a few small issues. Storm stutters on the front of duplex were closed, not sure why, but it would have been nice to look out during sunset. One toilet paper roll in each of the two bathrooms, no spares. We had to get more for ourselves. The duplex was clean and had plenty of cookware and utensils. Pool was great and dock for my boat convenient but having to pay a $100 to store my trailer somewhere else was a hassle. We do love Key Colony as a whole, all the properties are well kept, and you feel very safe. The duplex setup was OK, but we would have preferred a house, had to take what we could get though. All in all, we had a good time and the place worked out for us.

Great stay!

We had the best time. Convenient location, great canal, clean home, great service. The ONLY issue we had was with the trash company (but that had nothing to do with the property or the property management). We were very happy with our choice. Katie is wonderful as well!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying here - it was very roomy and the pool was perfect. The house had everything we needed from kitchen necessities to blankets and lots of seating options around the pool and patio. We will be back.

Great get away!

Had a very relaxing time
really enjoyed the pool. Kitchen was well stocked, with everything we needed. My husband suggested that the grill burner needs to be replaced.

Great property and location

The house is great with all the amenities you can think of. We really enjoyed our stay. The one thing to clarify with the property manager before your visit is whether or not you want the pool heated. We did, and didn’t realize there was an extra cost to have it heated. They were quick to respond and we were happy to pay the extra (it was nice to have a heated pool at night), but it should be more clear up front in the details of the property.
