Bienvenue dans votre nouvelle destination de vacances! Sandprints est un condo entièrement rénové et conçu par des professionnels, c'est exactement ce dont vous et votre famille avez besoin pour une escapade amusante! Bénéficiant de 3 grandes chambres avec salle de bain privée, d'un salon et salle à manger à aire ouverte et d'un immense patio extérieur - sans parler de superbes vues sur le golfe!

Passez la piscine par la porte d'entrée et vous trouverez le salon confortable avec une grande télévision à écran plat, un mobilier neuf et de nombreux sièges. La cuisine avec des sièges de bar aura tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner votre famille un repas maison. Juste après la cuisine, la porte patio arrière s'ouvre sur un grand patio avec table à manger et beaucoup d'ombre!

Montez les escaliers et vous trouverez la chambre principale avec lit king size, télévision à écran plat et salle de bain privée. À cet étage se trouve également une chambre d'hôtes spacieuse avec un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bains privative.

Un autre escalier vous amènera dans la chambre avec lits superposés! Avec un lit superposé au-dessus d'un lit queen, cette chambre est assez grande pour une petite famille à partager ou pour quelques enfants pour passer la semaine! Cette chambre comprend également une télévision à écran plat, une salle de bains privative et de grandes fenêtres pour avoir un aperçu de cette vue sur le golfe!

The townhouse has direct access to the beach, a major plus. It was so much easier than loading tents, chairs, and supplies in a wagon or car and finding the public access points!

The house is exactly as pictured. Community pool was nice extra and just steps away from private beach access. Our family of 5 enjoyed spacious townhouse.

Great location, easy access to beach

We had a wonderful stay. Clean townhouse, close to the beach. My only compliant would be a bit of traffic noise from 30a, but it really didn't bother us much. Would stay here again.

Great Rental

Very clean and updated. Right on the beach. Location is great for walking/biking. Check in process was simple. Would definitely stay here again.

Seaside Half Marathon stay

We rented this property for the weekend to run the Seaside half marathon. It was perfect for the three of us and all the ladies who stayed there thought it was a great place and a great location! Met all of our needs!

Great location and unit

The unit is perfect for a small family. Kitchen is well equipped, with good quality utensils, and it's own grill. Bonus are the bikes that come with the unit.

Nice & convenient!

Property looked just like the listing. It was clean. The decor was cute! Very convenient location, do NOT have to walk across the street to get to the beach which is such a plus. Close to the Main Square and Publix. I was impressed by the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very spacious for 6 people! Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Nice Unit but ...

Very nice and clean unit. Kitchen was well equipped. My only complaint was the amount of street noise since unit is right on 30A. I heard every noise from the street and didn't sleep well the whole time.

Paradise on 30A

We had a great time. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The beach is a few steps away. Our kids loved to ride the bikes around 30A. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the bunk bedroom on 3rd floor has no AC and that information is not disclosed on the listing. It gets very hot and the ceiling fan was not enough for my kids to sleep comfortably there.

Nice place

You definitely need to get a window unit air conditioner on the 3rd floor. Please. For the love of God. I had to freeze so my kid wouldn’t be hot on the 3rd floor. Tnx!

Never going back

The house was filthy. We stayed here last year and it was fine, but this year it wasn’t The floors turned our white socks black!!! The showers had mold and mildew everywhere, not to mention all of the dust in the house. We called and they literally sent someone over with a swifter and a bottle of spray to fix the issues. Also, the room on the third floor was so hot my son cldnt even sleep up there. This house needs major work!!!!

This property is more of a townhome than condo and the setup was perfect for my family. The location to the beach and to seaside were phenomenal! Check-in was ok- I didn’t receive the email requesting names and ages of all guests until after checkin. Luckily someone with the mgt group texted me that they would not release the door code until provided.There was trash outside around table, pills on floor of bedroom, trash on floor, and when my kids got into bed on the 3rd floor they found food wrappers and sand all in bed. Our only guess was that sheets had not been changed. I notified the mgt. team and they offered to send cleaning crew but by that time we’d already washed all bedding ourselves and picked up trash. The floors were pretty grimy in some areas. My son spilled water as soon as we entered and the paper towel was a nice gray color not what you’d expect from freshly mopped floors. I honestly would not mention any of that if it wouldn’t have been for the smell and obvious mold growing in the 3rd floor bathroom. I told mgt and they offered no resolve. I asked for bleach to spray to help but they didn’t provide any. My kids belongings in there grew mold within 1 day. We just decided to shut the door and put a towel underneath and not use that bathroom. Also we could only ever find one bike so we rented. Rental place directly behind unit. If they can resolve the mold and do a better job at cleaning we’d rebook instantly!

Clean and great location!

Check in was a breeze! Early check in was available. Overall everything was clean! Very nicely decorated and it was a cozy space! Location was everything! Beach access was a few steps away from the property. Was great having bikes to use throughout our stay.
