Ce plan d'étage de luxe 1 chambre offre tout ce qu'une petite famille voudrait; de la chambre principale et du salon vue panoramique sur le golfe à une cuisine ouverte avec beaucoup de comptoir et suffisamment de sièges pour 8 entre le bar du petit-déjeuner et la table de la salle à manger. La cuisine est préparée avec des ustensiles de cuisine et de table, des ustensiles de cuisine et de la vaisselle.

Condo was beautiful and comfortable. It was stocked very well for all of our needs. Free beach chairs were a great added bonus. We had a relaxing and quiet weekend getaway for our anniversary. Check in was easy and staff were very pleasant and always smiling. We would definitely rebook with our host and condo.

OMGOODNESS! This stay was all we wanted and more! The check in host was kind and helpful. The location was perfectly located, being in walking distance from many activities! The condo was very clean with an AWESOME unobstructed view of the beautiful beach! We will most definitely stay at this location again!

Here is the deal. I never had to deal with the property owner. So I can’t speak to communication. But here are the positives and negatives. Please read becuase it will help you understand why we will never stay here again.Positives:1. The property and room were plenty clean. No complaints there and that’s usually the biggest concern. The room could have used some small restoration (shower didn’t work in the guest tub, bad water pressure, paint, etc).Negatives:1. Safety. The “security” here is non existent. The staff here is complacent. For a No Smoking place, i personally saw at least 5 people smoking on the premises and it was bad to the point that the balcony was useless because you could not breathe. My kids would cough the min we opened the balcony door. People acting crazy here were not kept “in check”. Screaming foul language fromThe balconies down at people at the beach, shining green lasers down onto people (and children’s) eyes at night. I informed the front desk of these issues and they radioed security. It went on for several more hours before it quit. 2. Elevators. There are 3 elevators on the left side. One was out of order. One was working 1 out of our 3 day stay. And one was working only with staff running it half of the time. This caused MAJOR delays in getting to the room and leaving. All of the tenants and travelers in passing whined about the elevators. It’s a 30 story place. Not ok._____The bottom line is- For the price, we will not be back.

2nd great stay in this condo!

It was great to be back at our home away from home. Our family always loves and look forward to this trip every year and this year did not disappoint. The condo is exactly as explained in pictures. They went above and beyond with communication, making sure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend this property.

Nice condo. Most people were friendly. Very impressed with the guys who operate elevators on weekends -very friendly. The only thing I can say would be it would have been good to have dishwashing liquid in the kitchen for when you just have a couple of glasses to washEnjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed our week after Christmas in this property, even with the construction and some areas closed due to the virus, we feel it was well worth what we paid and will return in the future.

The room was just as described. Clean and beautiful view. They thought of everything. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. Only negative was the elevator situation. Super slow and busy, which is not the fault of the host. Highly recommend staying with them!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Tidewater 1109.. It was clean & roomy. Decor is lovely. Exactly like it looks in pics. Also nice having the beach chairs to carry down to tha beach! No complaints, only suggestion is the toilet seat in master bathroom needs to be replaced, it is cracked & maybe a nicer comforter & decorative pillows for the beautiful bed! We recommend 1109 & will definitely stay here again!

Amazing place and lcoation except ot takes 1 hr tp get from 11th floor to ground or vice versa. Insanely slow for elevators.

Elevators are extremely slow.

Overall the resort and room were very nice and clean. The wait to get on and off the elevators was ridiculous. Won’t be returning only for the fact of the slow elevators and wasting so much of the trip waiting on them or having to take 11 flights of stairs with beach accessories and etc everytime we left the room.

Awesome family stay however the elevators are unreal, we lost power for a bit and the a/c sucked.

When calling maintenance they say we will call back and never do, the a/c was not working properly. Will not be staying here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is located less than a mile from Pier Park that has many options for dining and shopping. Property description was accurate. Our condo included absolutely everything you may need at the beach. It was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. View from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Complimentary beach service included two chairs and umbrella, which was very nice and saved us some money. The property manager responded to every single request or question in few minutes. Busy elevator issue that existed in the past improved by the resort management. Average elevator wait time was no more than 5 minutes. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and other guests.Four Star Condo should be renamed to Five Star :-)
