Un endroit incroyable pour profiter de vos vacances sur la grande île! À quelques pas de la plage de Kahaluu et des vues à couper le souffle sur l'océan depuis la véranda. Na Hale O 'Keauhou est une communauté fermée de premier plan située au cœur du complexe Keauhou. Il est proche des plages, des magasins, d'un cinéma et d'un parcours de golf. L'aménagement paysager est luxuriant et bien fréquenté. Cette maison de ville a également été bien entretenue et est joliment meublée. Vous êtes accueilli avec une sensation de lumière, d'espace ouvert et de vues sur l'océan et le littoral. Étant sur la dernière rangée la plus proche du côté de l'océan, vous avez une vue sur l'océan et non sur le toit!

Les caractéristiques comprennent des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et des armoires de conception européenne avec fermeture en douceur. Vous pouvez bar-b-cue sur votre véranda pendant que vous regardez les couchers de soleil. A l'étage vous propose votre suite parentale avec plafond voûté, un dressing, une grande salle de bain principale confortable avec douche séparée, et une véranda avec vue sur la baie de Kailua. La laveuse / sécheuse est également à l'étage. Très pratique! Le propriétaire a également fourni une véranda pour six, un barbecue à gaz, des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, une glacière, un parasol et deux planches de bodyboard.

Les installations comprennent une piscine, une piscine pour enfants et un spa et une salle de fitness. Il y a un pavillon avec cuisine et barbecue à gaz pour se divertir. Tous les conforts de la vie en station!

Big Island family trip

Amazing sunset views facing the ocean on both first floor patio and second floor balcony! Quiet gated community on Ali’i Dr. just south of the restaurants and shops. Home is extremely well kept, clean, and organized. I definitely recommend this as a home base for a family trip.

Family Vacation

Beautiful sunsets. Kitchen well equipped. Gym had enough equipment to get a nice workout in. Walking distance to the store and snorkeling. Pool and hot tube also very close and nice.

Great place

This is a property that is better than the photos provided. The location is perfect and super quiet at nighttime and the sunsets are amazing from the back of the property. Location to downtown kona is also ideal. We will definitely book again!

Relaxing Stay

The rental is in a convenient location to town and beaches. Loved the view from the lanai. Well-equipped with beach and snorkel gear. Perfect place for a family and kids. We will be back!

Wonderful stay at a great location

The unit was very spacious, well equipped, and had a great view. The internet was fast enough for remote work including Zoom calls. The beach gear was a welcome surprise and kept us happy in the waves.

Kids first trip to island

Brought my son and his family for their first trip to the islands. The home was great. Location was central to so many things and having the pool available was nice for the kiddos when we were done with the beach for the day. The view was great as well. Property manager responded quickly to any messages sent. Would stay again in the future.

Perfect vacation accommodation with amazing ocean view

We enjoyed BBQ at terrace while watching the amazing ocean view. Also, we played the outdoor pool & jacuzzi and the gym in the neighborhood. In addition, the water gears (e.g., beach towels, chairs, bodyboards, bags) were super helpful to go to the nearest Kahalu’u beach.

Big Island family trip

Our family of 4 enjoyed this townhouse for 10 days. Everyone had their own bedroom which is a must for 2 teen boys. The location was excellent for our needs. The townhouse was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Adriana was extremely responsive by email and text. I highly recommend this townhouse to families.

Amazing time! Place is perfect!

Exactly as represented on the site. Fully equipped, stocked (stop in before heading to Walmart). Close to all things Kona. Super clean, safe, and quite. Perfect sunsets. Walking to shopping up the hill if you don’t feel like driving out for the evening. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful break in the sun
