Lower level apartment in a Historic Gold Coast "Q" House in North Richland. Located near the Columbia River (3 blocks) where you can find walking paths, playgrounds, tennis courts and a boat ramp. Our home sleeps 5 with 2 queen bedrooms, 1 twin Daybed and 1 bathroom. This great location is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Starbucks. This house has Central Heating and Air, Cable TV and WIFI. Family friendly, pack and play and high chair available upon request.

Art in the park

We were here to do Art in the park.. the location was perfect and had great space to leave my trailer. The home was very clean with plenty of amenities. Would definitely book again.

Perfect for a week in the Tri-Cities

We live about a block away and we don’t have enough room to host family that was in town and they stayed there all week. Great location close to shopping coffee the river very nice and comfortable home.

A great choice

It was spacious, homey and well lit for a basement. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The neighborhood was quaint, and quiet, yet within walking distance to shopping. It is also within walking distance of the river and park. Would stay again.

Another good stay

This is our second stay and it went well. The place pet friendly, is spotless and all the amenities are great.The only difference this time was there was a person upstairs who we could clearly hear walking around and they had a small dog who barked quite a bit (but not at night thankfully) We would stay here again.

We left your rental this morning, Susan. So very disappointed and discouraged. It was my birthday on Christmas Day, & we only planned to just get a good night's rest for those 3 nights. Gone during the day w/family. We got very little sleep due to your renters who have small children that run the length of the house at 6:30 AM, stomping & loud furniture movements. Exceptionally loud noises over the master bedroom & constant toilet flushing w/ the water facilities being in that region. No relief from the noise pollution. Just an FYI in the future.As Senior renters, or any VRBO renters (young & old), for that matter, this is not good. I would hope that you might refund my husband one day's worth of rental for the loss of sleep/solitude. Thank you .....

Great Weekend Stay

I chose this Vrbo due to it's location in Richland when I was in town visiting my parents. We wanted a place where we could cook dinner and have my parents plus my brother and his wife over. My parents house is too small for that. This worked perfectly. The instructions for the day of check-out were not too difficult (run dishwasher, put over load of towels, take out garbage). It was quiet and just across the street from Starbucks and Safeway. The pillows are a bit hard so if you like soft pillows may bring your own.

The apartment was spotless and decorated well. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint was the constant walking all hours of the night from the upstairs neighbors. We could hear them talking, laughing, snoring and using the bathroom, as well as, the TV. If it hadn’t been for the noise, I’d give this stay a 5 star. It was convenient to everything and was so private. It saddens me that it was so hard to get a good nights sleep because of the noise level.

A space to go "home" to

It was such a relief to have a space to go "home" to! The kids could decompress, we could rest. We felt comfortable rearranging to fit our family's needs. The host was easy to communicate with. The space was large, kitchen was HUGE! It was super affordable and in an excellent location. We were so grateful for our stay here!

Good location and spacious

We enjoyed our stay here, very comfortable beds, easy walking distance to Safeway and Leslie Groves Park. The kitchen had all we needed. I was concerned that my allergies to animals might be a problem as pets are allowed here. I took my allergy medicine prophylactically and did not have any issues. We could hear the renters upstairs walking around but nothing that would keep me from staying here again. The bathroom and some of the furnishings are a bit outdated which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

Cozy place for a family gathering

This was our second time staying here and it felt like home away from home! Very spacious yet cozy. Kitchen is very nice with labels on all the cupboards so you know exactly where things are! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very nice and clean! We rented both levels and it was so nice to have the extra oven for preparing our thanksgiving dinner!
