Spacious home- lots of beds and bathrooms. Beds and linens were comfortable, extra blankets, lots of seating, coffee and tea provided. Wish we had stayed here in warmer month (not December) as covered patio looked lovely. Host was responsive to questions.

Stayed for 4 nights during an event in Richland. Location was great in a quiet neighborhood. This was my second time staying at the property, and everything was exactly as described in the listing.Lots of space to gather, plenty of comfy bedrooms and great outdoor patio.The property manager was very communicative and helpful. I would stay here again.

Girls Weekend

This was our 2nd time at Larrys vrbo. The house is fantastic! The kitchen was fully stocked down to the spices. It was clean and we really appreciated the new recliner. Larry was a great host! We will be back!

Super stay

This weekend’s stay in Richland was the easiest and best experience I’ve had with VRBO. Not that others haven’t been good, but from booking to checkout, this has been the easiest no worry stay I’ve had, and the home was exactly as advertised, perfect for our stay.

The property was wonderful. Clean, spacious, and supplied with coffee, tea, and condiments. It was also within 5 minutes of our after funeral gathering at a family home. The request notebook was easy to follow leaving the premises exactly as we found them with the exception of soiled linens. Having no worries about our stay during a family tragedy was a plus.

My husband and I and my sister were to meet family from seattle but health isdues kept them from coming, but the 3 of us enjoyed the house very much. Hopefelly our family can come down in the Spring snd are able to get this house again. Loved it.

Great stay in Richland

The house was well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. Having two ensuites worked out great. Checking in was smooth, and the host was great at keeping in touch both before and during our stay. The location was perfect to access local restaurants and attractions while being tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this property and host.

Girls weekend

We had a great time st Larrys place. Had a little snafu getting in, but Larry quickly helped us get in. We were amazed by all the amenities and the place was spotless. We appreciated being able to use the garage.. it was really hot and the air conditioning was fabulous. Thanks again, Larry, we will be back

Trip to see Grandma and Grandpa

The property was great. Lots of room for five of us. Well appointed with all our cooking and visiting needs. Back patio was great. Property is close to the river, shopping, and entertainment in the area. Will definitely stay again in the future.

We had the good fortune of booking this home for our stay. The location is great, on a quiet street away from traffic. Loads of space and very well appointed. We would definitely book here again for our next stay in Richland.

Wonderful!

We truly enjoyed this home. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms clean with great showers. The kitchen fully stocked and the patio perfect for a big group. We would love to stay here again the next time we play tennis in Tri-Cities.

Wine Tasting Weekend

Great bargain! The house was great, very comfy and spacious. It had just about everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice, safe, and quiet. The host was very easy to reach and very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great Experience as always

We always rent this property for our daughter and her large family when we have our annual family reunion. This property is super clean and super nice with enough sleeping arraignments for a family of eight. The patio is very comfortable and cool during the dog days of summer. The owner, Larry Davis is a super cool guy that will work with you with any special needs that you may have. Five stars for Larry and his beautiful home!!
