Bienvenue à Surfers Paradise, situé en bord de mer, à seulement une minute de la promenade et de la plage de sable! Cette maison de deux étages dispose de quatre chambres et de deux salles de bains pouvant accueillir jusqu'à neuf personnes et votre animal de compagnie à quatre pattes préféré. Garez la voiture, prenez vos sacs et entrez à l'intérieur.

En entrant à Surfers Paradise, vous vous retrouverez debout dans le coin cuisine. La salle à manger, juste à côté de la cuisine, offre une grande table pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Des chaises supplémentaires peuvent être trouvées dans la cuisine, sinon vos invités sont également libres de manger dans le salon au moment des repas. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour concocter des repas faciles et faits maison pendant les vacances. Vous aurez accès à un grille-pain, un réfrigérateur, un four / plaque de cuisson, un four micro-ondes, une cafetière et de nombreux couverts et vaisselle. Veuillez noter que cette maison ne propose pas de lave-vaisselle. Vous aurez également accès à une laveuse et une sécheuse pendant votre séjour à Surfers Paradise, alors n'hésitez pas à emporter de la lumière pour votre séjour et à laver les vêtements au besoin!

Traversez l'arche et vous verrez un grand salon avec un canapé en L et deux fauteuils rembourrés pour se recroqueviller après une longue journée de conduite. Rassemblez vos proches pour un film sur le câble ou lisez votre DVD préféré tout en dégustant du pop-corn après une journée de jeu dans le sable. Franchissez la porte arrière et vous vous retrouverez debout dans un porche couvert avec des meubles. Cette zone est parfaite pour se détendre tout en sirotant un café chaud le matin.

La première chambre et la salle de bain se trouvent également à cet étage. La salle de bain contient une douche à l'italienne et la chambre est équipée d'un lit de repos double avec lit gigogne. Cette chambre est parfaite pour tous les enfants de votre groupe ou pour toute personne qui pourrait avoir du mal à monter les escaliers jusqu'au deuxième étage. Montez à l'étage et vous trouverez les trois dernières chambres et la deuxième salle de bains. La salle de bain contient une baignoire avec barre d'appui pour faciliter l'entrée et la sortie. Les deux premières chambres offrent des lits King, tandis que la dernière chambre dispose de deux ensembles de lits superposés. Vos enfants adoreront avoir leur propre chambre pendant leur séjour sur la côte de l'Oregon!

Pendant votre séjour dans la zone balnéaire, vous adorerez avoir un accès proche à la plage juste en bas de la rue. La promenade offre beaucoup à faire pour tout le monde dans votre fête, y compris une arcade que les enfants et les adultes adoreront, des restaurants, une salle de cinéma qui joue des vieux films, des autos tamponneuses, des magasins de bonbons et plus encore! Le Seaside Aquarium est également situé sur la promenade où vous pouvez nourrir les phoques ou caresser des étoiles de mer. Great trip!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The location was perfect and the view from the sunroom was beautiful. Loved our first time on the Oregon coast.

Family trip

We had a great visit! The location can’t be beat. Quick walk to the beach or town, easy for younger kids too. The porch is gorgeous for watching the sunset. Our only issue was the description in the listing was a little unclear. Both master bedrooms and the bunk room are upstairs with one full bathroom. The second full bathroom is downstairs across from a very small room with only a daybed. Also the BBQ is charcoal and none was provided, but we went to the store and it worked great. But if you’re planning on using it be prepared for that. Overall a great stay!

Anniversaries celebration

We gathered as family for the first time in 9 years to celebrate anniversaries: 52 for parents, 20 for both of our children. The house was just right for us and welcomed all us people and two borzoi dogs. We all got along well in the space provided. The big table met our needs for eating and playing board games. All the appliances worked well. Thanks for making our celebration a grand time.

Amazing Location and Lots of Room

Reviewer Comments: This home is very close to the beach, less than a block, and two of the three upper bedrooms have amazing views, as does the enclosed porch. It is truly charming, though somewhat dated. The stairway is steep and the kitchen furniture somewhat uncomfortable, which was difficult for our older parents, and the furniture overall was a little outdated. There is no dishwasher, but that didn't bother us, but the microwave made a scary noise. The kitchen is very well stocked and we made several meals at home, including cooking Dungeness crab that we caught off the 12th Street Bridge. The beds in the two main bedrooms are very comfortable, but the twin bunks are very uncomfortable; little kids probably won't mind, but teenagers and adults might. We had trouble with the entry code, WiFi password, and a lost item, but were easily able to reach Oregon Beach Vacations for immediate assistance. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. We visited the beach several times a day and loved being able to have our dog stay in the home with us. Although the description states the yard is "fenced," it is not enclosed, so we brought a long leash for our dog so she could be outside but safe when she wanted to do so. We would definitely stay here again, but would have our parents stay in the downstairs bedroom for safety reasons. Overall, it's a very lovely home in a beautiful location.

Family reunion

Excellent proximity to the beach. Quaint, 1900 house. When we arrived, the main floor was dirty. We had to empty the canister on the vacuum cleaner 8 times while vacuuming. The dinning room table was filthy as were the kitchen counters and floor. The house smelled and we immediately opened all of the windows. The first floor bedroom advertised a twin and trundle. There was no trundle bed, just drawers. The sheets on the twin bed were dirty and we had to wash them. The upstairs was better, although the bunk beds had no sheets on them and we had to locate them and make up the beds. The refrigerator in the kitchen was quite small, kind of RV sized.

Wonderful location

The house was perfectly located one block from the beach. Great walkability to shops and restaurants! Our main concerns were the refrigerator (it was small!) and the fact that the house only has one true stand up shower - the upstairs bathroom has a shower head attached to the facet but no standing option with a curtain.

DEAD RAT!!!!

Literally 1 block from the beach. Other than that the pictures are not what they seem. Read the description CLOSELY!!! Upon our arrival we found a fridge that was "apartment" sized. No way you could put enough food for a family (we were 6 people) in there for the weekend. Only 1 very small shower in the downstairs bathroom. No heat in the downstairs bedroom. Multiple lights burned out through out the house. Hot water temp was luke warm. In an effort to fix it I went to the basement where I found a dead rat on the staircase. Back porch light non operational. I called the management company and they came to fix things and remove the dead rat. That was all on the first day we were there. Needles to say the dead rat made it hard to really enjoy the rest of the time we were there.

Perfect cozy spot

We stayed late October and found this listing about a week before our stay for such an amazing deal! We had 6 adults and 2 littles in our group as well as two pups. It was cozy but perfect. The pics in the listing don’t do the location justice. It’s not waterfront but the view from the sun porch and upstairs bedrooms, you might as well be! The walk to the water is literally 2 minutes to sand and it was positively delightful! Perfect quiet neighborhood who seems very welcoming to guests. My only complaint is I wish a standard size fridge would be put installed. The size of our group and the length of our stay required us to go to the grocery store pretty much everyday. Additionally, it would be nice if the upstairs bathroom allowed for a shower not just a bath....but we made it work taking turns showering downstairs and getting ready upstairs or in our rooms :) 10/10 I would recommend this home to all my friends!!!

A view of the Ocean and a block from the promenade. HOWEVER-The biggest problem for our family of 6 was that the bathrooms are totally inadequate. The upstairs bathtub does not have a shower and does not hold water for a bath. The downstairs shower was only big enough for the 10 year old and my 6'+ son could barely stand in it. Furniture is old and hard to get out of for the 60+ year olds in the family.

Enjoyed being so close in distance to the ocean, but couldn’t see much of the ocean from the house.

Busy location. We witnessed a skateboarder get hit by a car on the corner. It’s no reflection of the house itself, but would find it difficult to stay there again because of it.

Beautiful Seaside Retreat

Our oldest daughter lives in Oregon with all our grandkids so we set up a beach weekend. The house is in a perfect location one block off easy beach access or walking the promenade. It was wonderful to be able to hit the beach 4 times a day or walk to the busy area of the promenade. The front porch being enclosed works great to watch others enjoying trips to the beach too. Everyone had a great time and the youngest grandchild didn't want to leave.
