Modern and completely new furnished (7.2020) penthouse loft with direct access to the elevator. The apartment is extensively equipped and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Thanks to the 3 bathrooms (3 x shower & WC) there is no traffic jam in the morning!
In the high-quality kitchenette you can conjure up the finest dishes (microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, French press, hand blender, toaster, ...) and the dishwasher takes care of the dishes.
The apartment offers just about everything you could wish for as a guest. It is tastefully furnished, modern and bright and has everything you need. We have paid attention to many details in the design and furnishing. As the bedrooms represent different areas of Munich (Nymphenburger Schloss, Olympiapark, Isar-Auen), we give our guests the feeling of experiencing and discovering Munich in the apartment as well. But also the health and safety of our guests is very important to us. Our bed linen and towels are made of 100% cotton. Furthermore, half of the pillows and blankets (for allergy sufferers) are synthetic - the other half is filled with feathers and down. For safety reasons there are smoke detectors in all rooms and a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher (ABC) and a fire blanket are available within easy reach.
The fact that the elevator takes you directly into the apartment is typical for a penthouse and a practical feature.
A roof hatch provides fresh air and a pleasant cooling effect at high temperatures.
What our guests also love are the 3 full bathrooms, which are especially important for larger travel groups.
