Si vous voulez être DROIT SUR LA PLAGE dans une communauté privée haut de gamme avec une plage privée dédiée et peu de foules, une dune privée sur le pont du salon et de l'eau sur 3 côtés de votre maison de vacances, c'est votre endroit! Le golfe du Mexique est du côté sud, le lac Carillon est du côté nord et le Carillon Beach Pool House est du côté ouest. Légère, lumineuse, calme, entretenue et belle, cette maison immaculée fournira l'environnement pour le repos et la détente que vous recherchez!

Le cottage Fairview est une maison de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain face au golfe ET au bord de la piscine qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes très confortablement. Nous offrons un lit king, queen et deux lits jumeaux. Fairview propose un équipement audio complet pour votre plaisir ainsi qu'un téléviseur HD Samsung de 55 pouces avec USB, HDMI, DVD et plus encore. La cuisine gastronomique est entièrement équipée pour ceux qui préfèrent cuisiner et dîner à la maison. Vous pouvez profiter de vos repas et d'une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique à la table de pique-nique sur notre terrasse côté golfe et après vous pouvez vous diriger vers la plage sur notre promenade privée dans les dunes - ce n'est partagé avec aucun autre chalet!

Du linge de maison raffiné, du papier à lettres, des livres, des vidéos, des puzzles et des jeux sont là pour votre plaisir. Nous avons également une configuration complète pour ceux qui voyagent avec des nourrissons et des enfants en bas âge, y compris un berceau Graco avec tous les draps fournis, 2 barrières pour bébé, une chaise haute, des plats pour enfants, des gobelets et de l'argenterie et une poussette portable. Des vélos et un barbecue à charbon de bois sont également sur place pour votre utilisation comme vous le souhaitez.

Fairview est une grande maison pour deux familles voyageant ensemble! Venez découvrir notre plage de neige blanche et poudreuse, 3 piscines, 2 courts de tennis, aire de jeux pour enfants avec aire de pique-nique et terrain de basket, notre nouveau quartier commerçant et gastronomique du centre-ville et bien plus encore! Vous pouvez apporter vos jet-skis et les lancer sur le lac Powell directement devant nos portes communautaires et lorsque Phillips Inlet est ouvert, vous pouvez skier dans le golfe du Mexique! Des jet-skis sont également disponibles à la location sur place.

2 chaises de plage avec coussins et parasol sont fournies aux clients entre mars et mi-octobre de chaque année civile.

Sécurité fermée et sécurité surveillant la communauté 24h / 24.

Les épiceries Winn Dixie et Publix sont directement à l'extérieur des portes de la communauté.

Bell Carillon avec des concerts saisonniers est situé au centre de la communauté.

Great View

We had a great time at Fairview Cottage. Carillon Beach is a fantastic experience. The beach is not overcrowded. The neighborhood looks like a scene out of a movie. Fairview Cottage was very clean and convenient to the amenities of the neighborhood. What a great view!

We're going back every year!!!!

The fabulous Fairview cottage was just perfect for our family of 6 summer vacation. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, big wide view of the gulf, and the lovely community pool directly next door. Even when you need a break from sitting on the beach, you can sit on the back porch and it feels like you're still right there. The home is appointed beautifully and has every amenity you could ask for; it looks and feels brand new. The breeze off the gulf, especially starting in the evening, is so relaxing from both the lower deck and upper deck. I cannot say enough about how perfect this home is.

Off season family trip

Off season is my favorite time to visit the beach. We have stayed in Carillon for many years. This was by far our favorite rental. The red flag kept us out of the ocean but didn’t deter our enjoyment of the beach. The pool next to the house wasn’t heated so we didn’t have any noise issues. My adult sons enjoyed golf in PCB. The seafood was disappointing, but the Publix’s across the street has delicious subs!!! Roadwork really slowed the flow of traffic on Hwy 98!! The house is fully equipped with everything you need.

As Advertised

You are getting exactly what is described -- an extremely nice beach home with all the trimmings. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beach is incredible and Denise provides plenty of toys for the beach, water and bikes for land. The community is very safe, with two grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. We saw both dolphins and stingrays – the latter from 3-5 every evening. A few minor things, the sofa sleeper is suited for kids, and if you have a large group, buy ice at the grocery store. And depending on you carrier, cell phone service is spotty. Overall, our group of 8 was happy with the trip and Denise was easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location and host

Chelsea was amazing about answering questions beforehand and making sure the check in process was smooth. Once there, it was one of the cleanest VRBOs we've stayed at, not a speck of a sand inside the house, yet being on the beach is a very hard task. The high chair, and stair gate worked well for our 2 year old. There were a few books for children as well. The views were breath taking. The dishes / silverware were perfect for our needs, we took our own pots (nonstick), but there was stainless steel ones available. There are even towels to remove make up, bandaids, all kinds of little things that show that they are trying to cover every need that could arise. I never had a need to contact her during our stay, but if I had, I have a feeling she would've responded instantly.

This house was exactly as pictured. The view of the ocean from the back porches was amazing and it was a very short walk from the private walkway to the sand. The beach was clean and not crowded which made our stay even better. Would highly recommend this beach house
