Butler on the Lake Maison 3 chambres

Une belle nouvelle construction de 3 chambres au bord du lac Hamilton Lake pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  8 personnes. La maison a 2 salles de bain complĂštes, une cuisine incroyable, un espace extĂ©rieur abondant avec foyer au gaz et un accĂšs complet au lac Hamilton avec un quai privĂ©. La crique est calme et sĂ»re pour la baignade, la pĂȘche et idĂ©ale pour se dĂ©tendre sur un matelas pneumatique. La maison est parfaitement situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© des restaurants, des boutiques, de l'Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort et du parc national historique de Hot Springs.
La suite parentale est spacieuse avec une belle douche et un grand dressing. Les fenĂȘtres principales offrent une superbe vue matinale sur le lac Hamilton.

Le bain d'invité a 2 vanités séparées pour que les invités puissent se préparer pour la journée. La douche a une porte de poche pratique pour plus d'intimité. Les deux bains ont un sÚche-cheveux.

Cuisine, salon et salle à manger à aire ouverte. Le canapé est un lit queen size. Des téléviseurs sont installés dans le salon, la chambre principale et 1 chambre d'amis avec Wi-Fi afin que vous puissiez diffuser tous vos films et événements sportifs préférés.

La cuisine a tous les appareils neufs avec un grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur qui distribue de l'eau et de la glace. La table de cuisson et le four sont tous deux Ă  gaz pour le chef de famille. Grille-pain, mixeur et cafetiĂšre Bunn sont disponibles pour votre sĂ©jour. Nouveaux plats, verres, casseroles et poĂȘles et la plupart des ustensiles dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

Le porche extérieur est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la vue sur le lac. Nous avons un barbecue à gaz Napoléon avec brûleur latéral pour la cuisson en plein air. Il y a aussi un grand comptoir en granit avec évier pour la préparation des aliments. Un refroidisseur de boissons est installé afin que vous puissiez refroidir toutes vos boissons pendant votre séjour.

Il y a beaucoup de parking avec un revirement dans l'allée et aussi des places de stationnement pour votre bateau ou des voitures supplémentaires.

Beautiful, quiet house on Lake Hamilton

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Butler on the Lake. This beautiful home is well-stocked and very clean. Detailed instructions were included for everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The area is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. A very nice grocery store (Harps) is only 1 mile away. We would definitely recommend.

Lakeside retreat

We loved Butler on the Lake! We enjoyed the back porch overlooking the quiet cove on the lake. We spent time relaxing, kayaking and fishing. We enjoyed our time at the house so much. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed! It’s a beautiful house and our hosts were so wonderful! It is also located conveniently to all attractions. Great stay!

Beautiful home, prime location, perfect hosts

The home was immaculately clean and fully furnished with everything we needed. Really loved the ample cleaning supplies and equipment as we brought our two fur babies and needed to keep the extra fur picked up! Greg and Deanna are the perfect hosts, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend this property and owners.

Great family getaway

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. This was our first time visiting Hot Springs, Arkansas and this home was the perfect place for our family and dogs. We barely left the home because we had so much fun relaxing on the lake and fishing from the dock. Sad we couldn’t stay longer to soak up more sun and relaxation.

July Trip to Lake Hamilton and Hot Springs

Great place to either relax at the house and enjoy the water, or to run into town and experience all that the area has to offer. We felt fortunate to have found such a nice place and for the hosts to have it available for us to enjoy. We all agreed it exceeded expectations, and we would love to return soon.

We had a fantastic time at Butler on the Lake. Beautiful home, beautiful location. We were comfortably and able to relax and enjoy ourselves! The kids had a great time with fishing and going out on the lake! The accommodations were the best and Greg and Deanna provided all we needed for a great vacation! Everything was great!

A group of us came to Hot Springs for the eclipse and stayed at Butler on the Lake. The house and porch were beautiful and very comfortable. The layout was perfect for our group of 7. The host was very helpful, even gave us tips on where to go on the lake with our rental boat. We had one minor issue that was resolved immediately. I would highly recommend this property.

The perfect Hot Springs Get-a-way!

- Check in process was as simple as it gets. The house is in a nice neighborhood, and the lake views are picturesque! - Its a short drive into Hot Springs but just far enough to feel secluded on the lake. 10-15 minute drive. - The house had everything we needed for both cooking and comfort. Large living / kitchen area was perfect for hanging out with the family. We also enjoyed the covered back patio with fireplace / grill / and tv. - Greg and Deanna were super friendly and available for any questions we had about our stay. Overall a wonderful trip and we will most certainly be back!

The perfect family getaway!

Perfect home for a family getaway! The house has a great layout and comes with everything you would need for your stay. The lake is beautiful and our family spent lots of time on the patio taking in the view. Greg was an amazing host and communication was so easy. Highly recommend Butler on the Lake for anyone who wants to enjoy everything Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton have to offer!

Very nicely prepared property

Very quiet and clean. Easy access to Hot Springs attractions (via short drive). All the basic necessities for our stay were provided with some very nice extras. Highly recommend this property as compared to other short term rentals we have experienced.

Relaxing on the lake

The house is on a quiet cove off the main lake. Relaxing. Be prepared for a steep driveway. It was manageable, but took a little getting used to. The back porch was a great place to sit and have coffee.

Great on the Lake

Great stay! Beautiful property on the lake Ina cove with a boat dock. Kayaks & tubes in the garage for use. Newer home so every thing is in great condition. Owners are very attentive and responsive. Will stay again.

Hot Springs Vacation
